I came they told me it would be 20 minutes more. I went at 20 minutes and they told me it be about 15 minutes more. They seem like they don't give a crap about your time. To the response below: no one said it would take 20 minutes to change the window, genius. I went in for an appointment and you guys were going to be about 40 minutes later. With no regard for time.
