This was under. Reviews were good so I booked! He even gave me another option to give my car a cleaner look at no extra charge, and he took care on the install an area that was funky. Did he explain in detail? Yes. Do I remember? I'm embarrassed I do not. My takeaway is that he cares about his customers and making sure they know what's going on with their car. Sunday night driving home through the 60fwy and unfortunately a rock was launched into our windshield. So I decided to look on Yelp for a windshield replacement. I found Orangutint and decided to message for a quote. Within 10min I received a message from Felipe (owner of the shop) and provided me with a quote that's unbeatable. He was also honest about the advices he provided and didn't take advantage of situation. Mind you that this was Sunday evening and he was closed on Sundays and he took his time responding to me with all the questions I had. Throughout the project, they were communicative including the day of letting me know they were running late. While on site, Alfredo was patient with my questions and respectful of my property, even removing my fasttrack sticker off my cracked windshield and sticking it on my mirror. One of my concerns was calibrating the new windshield with the modern technology on my CRV. I was assured nothing was unplugged and there shouldn't be an issue but to contact him if there was. Upon driving after initial installation, it didn't seem the features were working. I called Alfredo to talk it thru. While we were on the phone it was as if my CRV needed a little time to recalculate and all the features started working. Let me just say, we didn't necessarily go with Orangutint because of the price, although that was a factor considered. It was the constant communication and attention and the pricing.
