Can't say enough about the customer service. Raul and Carlos are very personable, responsive, professional, and they know their stuff. I highly recommend Direct Quality Auto Glass. It's nice to know that my money is going to a local minority owned family business. Andy read more

After just a few weeks of owning a Porsche you notice the brand adds a few hundred dollars to every task, big or small. Raul and his associates did not do that to me. In fact he went above and beyond expectation. I removed my regulators myself to save some $ but when I tried to reinstall I came across some problems. I could tell Raul was very busy but he made time to help a cheap man like myself figure out what I was doing. He had no problem offering me some tools I did not own and kept me hydrated. Raul also didn't mind getting dirty himself at no extra cost. I think he could tell I could not afford much more cost for my car. People like this give me hope for the future. You don't come across customer service like this very often nowadays. read more

Raul repaired 4 windshield dings at my house. We compared it to the windshield on our Escape-where you could see the repairs and Raul's work repairs could not be seen!! I am not kidding-I had been told by another shop that I needed a new windshield. Raul is honest and open about his products---so he is getting a loyal client base and therefore you might need to schedule a day or so in advance------well worth it!! If Pauline B will list her phone number I will do the same as Raul is top rated and one star is total bullshit! I give my personal recommendation to Direct Quality Auto Glass. read more

Called same day and they had the windshield to my 95 Honda civic DX. I arrived and they got straight and to the point. Very reasonable price considering that my windshield had been replaced once before by previous car owner and the didn't seal correctly (wrong type of sealant). The serviceman just kept working at it, no extra charge. Definitely my TO GO place and will refer their services as well! read more

Great job Quality work, done quickly, done right at reasonable price. Raul has done different jobs on both of my cars and have been extremely satisfied with his work. I highly recommend him! read more

Raul came to my house the same day to replace my windshield. Really nice guy, very honest about his products and the work he did. I've gotta say we have never had any other windshield repair service that was as thorough or as good as the service provided to us today. He made sure everything was done right and even advised us about a mistake that was performed previously by the last person who installed our windshield. Definitely our go to service for now on! read more

Raul have done a great job with 2 of my kids cars, Civic and BMW! In all cases, he came to my house and did the repair in my driveway. He is thorough with his job. Windshields are good quality and definitely no BS. He arrives on time, and communicates well to coordinate the best time for him and his crew to come over your house to fix the windshield. After shopping around for different companies that does window repairs and mobile ones, definitely, his price is the best value. Most of all, Raul and his crew are professional! He cleans all the area around of your car where the repair will take place, before and after. I had him fix my family cars's windshield 3 times now. He'll definitely be my main guy for any glass and window repair. read more

Very friendly, very fast, great quality and prices....I would refer anyone!

Horrible customer service. I called for a quote and it was raining that day so they would not be able to come and replace it which was fine. They guy I spoke to said that he would give me a call back on a day that had better weather. He took down my number and I never heard from him again. That was in December ( around Christmas). I called again by accident ( I did notice I called this auto glass place in December) because I really needed the window fix and the same guy answers the phone. He ask what kind of window I needed replaced and he said he would call me back once he got a quote. I am still waiting for a call. I will have it replaced by another company. read more

Great service on my civic, got a good price. Check with these guys if you need glass because they also have a mobile service. Even my neighbor called them a week after for their windshield. The guy I contacted was a little pushy but I was dragging my feet looking for more quotes. He had the best price and he knew it. Thanks again. read more

Why would I have a receipt from over two years ago? That's an extremely empty offer at this point. A pretty much guarantee of you attempting to make some sort of amends without ever needing to follow thru. Reward without any risk... read more

Great customer service and upfront about what you need and don't need. My husband and I brought our new car in thinking we had gotten a crack the night we bought the car. Raul was great and told us the repair had already been fixed and we had just missed it when purchasing. I appreciate him not taking advantage of us and plan on returning to him for a replacement if needed. read more

I was able to pay with my credit card and have everything emailed to me. It was a great experience. Would definately recommend. read more

My regulator was out on my 95 Ford Explorer, every other place I called was over a $100 to replace and install. One mobile mechanic told me 140, another shop in Riverside told me 175...I finally called Direct Quality Auto Glass for a quote, and he told me $80.00... I set the appointment up and was seen that day and repaired within 2 hours. I will be definitely going back to Direct Quality Auto Glass in the future. The mechanic was also nice enough to drill out 2 rivets in the from of my truck that was preventing me from putting the front license plate up. He did it without charge. Excellent Service and excellent prices!!! I am one very happy customer!!! read more

Raul got the windshield that I wanted for my daughter's Honda Civic. He was very courteous, professional, explained everything to us prior to working on it. He showed up on time, did a great job and his price was very good. I would definitely recommend Raul and Direct Quality Auto Glass to anyone who wants to have the job done right. Thanks Raul! read more

I took in my car to have the windshield replaced after an unfortunate accident at work. I had already gotten a windshield replacement less than a week ago elsewhere and I was informed here that the technicians there did not install it properly nor did they use the correct parts. Raul (I think) still fixed their mistake without extra charge, he even installed my replacement windshield wipers for me because he noticed one of mine was ripped. He was transparent about the cost since the very beginning which is great because the other place told me a price over the phone and when it was time to pay up he increased the price to include labor and sealant which should've been included in the price in the first place. As someone who has been working in customer service for years, I can't tell you how key having great customer service is to have a successful business and keep customers coming back to you. read more

Highly recommend this place reasonable prices can't complain and good customer service....

i found this place on yelp and i was very happy with the outcome. first of all the cost was less than half of what other guys quoted me and the service was fast & friendly plus the results were awesome- it was like the horrible as well as huge "chip" just disappeared! i really liked that they had christian radio playing in the shop, i've been to places that blast offensive music which is so inappropriate! read more

Very professional, amazing quality of work. Would not hesitate to refer anyone to use them. Fixed my chip back to a factory look. 5+ stars

Raul repaired the windshield rock chips on my 1993 Toyota Camry. I found this place from Craigslist. He did a great job at a cost that's very, very reasonable. Very friendly folks- his father's name is also Raul and runs the place. It is a family business. Yes, these guys are Christians and it shows on their work attitude and ethics. I will always refer them to my friends and relatives. read more

I spent a couple of days calling around places trying to find someone who would just do a seal job on my windshield since I had a leak. I was getting discouraged with my results when I found Direct Quality Auto Glass on yelp. I gave them a call and Raul answered. I explained my situation and was hoping he could help before the rain started back up a few days from then. He was more than nice and very professional and told me he would be able to help me no problem, after everyone else I called gave me the run around, or gave me a 50/50 chance my glass would break, or just telling me they wouldn't do the work. He took the time to make my problem his problem. I went and saw him that day, he gave me an estimate and I made an appointment to come back since it was practically closing time when I called. He even went as far as explaining to me the problem he saw with the original seal job. Helping me understand, I thought that was a nice professional touch. On the day of the appointment, he was super fast and very thorough. Explained everything to me and was super nice. He did a great job, no leaks. Worth every penny I spent, I will be back if I need any other window services. Thank you Raul. :) read more

They were very friendly and professional. Great job and awesome work. I am very satisfied.

I had a rock fly at my windshield on my Audi while on vacation, and when i got back into town i needed it to be fixed immedietly. Direct Auto Glass gave me an awesome quote and fixed the windshield the next. But upon fixing my windshield, they broke my rear view mirror. As if breaking my mirror wasnt enough, they tried to say it was already broken and i was the one who broke it. After calling them and getting accused of breaking my own mirror they finally agreed to replace it. After multiple phone calls over a period of a month, they still havent fixed it. 4 different times they were supposed to come to my house and resolve the issue but still havent. Excuse after excuse is all i got. Finally someone just now came to my house to fix it (after trying to get me to drive to their warehouse instead). He gets here an hour and half late just to tell me he has to take my mirror off and take it to his shop to make sure he has the right one. So here goes another day with the problem still not fixed. I had plans on recommending them to many of my friends and fellow business owners for their glass needs, but i wouldnt want to put anyone else through this kind of inconvenience. I got a great price on my windshield, and they were very prompt with it, but they fell apart when there was a situation at hand that needed to be resolved. Very dissapointed in this company, i had plans to work with them and have a strong relationship for business as i am custom laser engraver and media printer. But that went out the window after they flaked on my for the second out of 4 times. read more
