I really hate to speak badly about businesses, but I had no choice here. I saw an ad for this detailer on IG. Price seemed great. I just purchased a used car and wanted it fully cleaned before my family used it. I booked the Platinum package that supposedly included "Full interior and exterior detail. Shampoo, seats, carpet, floormats, steam clean seats. Wash, wax, and clay bar paint decontamination, rims, tires, and windows." Employee showed up a little late, that's ok. Worked on the car for a bit, then I was told car was ready. I came out and glanced at the car, asked if the car was waxed too (he said yes) and paid. I had my kids to watch that day and couldn't go over the car in detail. It looked shiny enough but when I drove the car a couple days later, I could see how much was not done. Then I went back to my outside camera to see what was really done. I got the carpets steam cleaned, the interior barely wiped down, and the outside washed and dried. There was no wax or clay bar used. The rims are still filthy. The windows and front and black glass are still dirty. Interior common touch points are still gross. Leather seats were not cleaned. Just a poor job all around. I contacted the next day when I discovered the work not done. Like another reviewer said, I was offered a redo, and we found a day that would work. Then I was ghosted. Got a $60 engine bay cleaning. Fair price, but underperformed. Basically just pressure washed my engine bay with lackluster effort for detailing. Added a weird cheap black coating that made my engine look greasy after they cleaned it. They also blasted off my ground for some electrical. If you want professional cleaning, go somewhere else. read more

Scheduling was really easy, he had time slots available the very next day but I opted for a later day in the week. Jose came to our appointment on time. He had everything he needed in his vehicle. So this was my second time using their services and I have a mixed review. Pros: they are affordable. they come to you. They have their own water supply. For the most part they get the job done. Con: they were late. They missed a few spots. The passenger seat is not as clean as I'd like. I would say just be mindful of the package you choose because you may not get exactly what your asking for. I haven't even checked every little detail. This is just what I noticed getting in the car. Let me just say, my car looked incredible when they were done with it. I haven't had the time to go get it cleaned so a lot of bird droppings, bugs and dirt was on my car for about 3 months. You can only imagine the build up. I got the diamond detail and it's been about... two days and so far my car is still looking beautiful. I am going to be honest they do the best job here but if you pay attention to minor detail you probably won't want service here. I put my windows down this morning and noticed the very top of the windows weren't cleaned... again it doesn't bother me because I could do it myself so it honestly depends on the kind of person you are. You want something spot on go to someone who charges 350-450 for a detail since this was my second option bc I'm in a budget I don't think this company did bad at all. I am happy with my services. They were fast at responding and had the best availability! I needed someone ASAP since my husband found some mold I'm guessing from the rain leaking or putting something wet in the trunk. So, I am about 70% satisfied. The exterior work is fine, but I asked for the Diamond service to focus on the interior. A lot of stains we're still still visible. Granted the stains were not as dark. But the rear window was not even cleaned. I noticed a haze while driving and pulled over and wiped it down. I know it wasn't clean because the rag was full of dust. There was a lack of finishing details which was disappointing. I would post photos but I don't think that is necessary. read more

I read the reviews and the ratings ppl gave and I was SOLD! i looked so fwd to this service and i figure "FINALLY!! my suv is going to get DETAILED!!Im big on supporting businesses, big or small, cause you know...its tough out here. I cant help but to feel disappointed in the job I paid for. I paid $240 for shampoo/detailing and a wash. The gentleman that did the job spent almost 4hrs on my toyota highlander. Maybe it was too hot outside...I dont know? The pictures will speak for itself. The guy who did the job said he couldn't get the stains out of my backseats. He forgot so many different areas, I had to point them out. The back small windows had my kids finger prints on it still and he noticed it when I opened the back door of my suv trunk. He grabbed a rag and spray and wiped it....I pointed out another area...he got that too. I started to feel a little annoyed as I had to point and say "can you get this part? How about this part?" Dont get me wrong the floors were great but i have all weather covering on it so it didnt need too much attention. Its the seats i needed shampooed. The seats had the stains and to tell me you couldnt get it out but i still have to pay for it in full with nothing discounted? It just didnt seem fair. I've had these stains before on the seats and it came out from a place I use to go to when i lived near LA. Im very disappointed in the outcome of this detailing. Its literally in the wording, you just missed all the "DETAILS" of my vehicle. I'll have to make time to wipe down corners and small areas of my vehicle this weekend. read more

Scheduled an appointment for Friday and no show. Lack of proper communication between the owner and his workers. They ended up coming the next day. My car did need a lot of interior detailing but because he took longer than usual they wanted to upcharge me for the whole diamond package. I still ended up paying more than what was advertised just for the interior. The kid did great work but the owner is very unprofessional overall.
