I paid for a minor detailing package on my X5 that was in ROUGH shape. The initial wash came out worst than a drive through as there were streak marks everywhere and they didn't even bother getting the gunk off of my windshield and also forgot to clay bar. But I contacted them regarding the issue and they came back the same day to wash the exterior of my car from scratch and this time it came out looking like it's right out of the dealership.
