I really don't like writing bad reviews but here it goes. I trusted him. Left my prius to have it cleaned. After he was done I was a bit surprised at $250.00. But it is what it is. I trusted him.......... It is a disaster inside with spray drips everywhere. I called him and he said he would fix it. Nope no fix. I found Knights Mobile Detailing through Yelp's quote estimation function. I filled out the quote estimate survey and Yelp sent it to all the auto detailers in the area. I got a total of six responses but decided to go with Miguel because he was one of the first to respond with the lowest price. It was $195 for the exterior detail and the basic internal cleaning/vacuuming. I made sure he used a random orbiting buffing machine since I had a bunch of swirls on my paint. Miguel detailed my car in my office's parking lot the very next day, which made my life easy for me. He also took Venmo and credit which was also a huge relief. It was a hot day and Miguel worked on my car for 3.5 hours. I came outside to check on him periodically and each time he would say that he was finished but I kept catching missed spots on the internal windows, side mirrors, edges of doors weren't dried properly, etc. This happened about three or four times but he apologized and made the desired corrections. Maybe it was an off day for him. All in all, it was a pleasant experience working with him. From start to finish, Miguel made everything super easy and convenient. I'd definitely consider using this mobile detailing service again if I am unable to find a better price elsewhere. read more

Had a few accidents and spills over the past year and needed an interior detailing done and Knights came through! I paid for the Full Detail for my Kia Sorrento. I had dog hair in there which I know took some extra time. Miguel is very nice and he did a great job at first glance. Took him almost 4 hours which is average for the size of vehicle. But once he left I was inspecting his work and got disappointed. The bumper was really dirty, he said he cleaned the engine but it was not wiped down, in between the doors it was dirty, around the lug nuts it was dirty, the mirrors in visors were not cleaned, the steering wheel was not wiped down, the tire looked super dirty. Sadly I will not be a returning customer, I paid $300 for a full detail and did not get a full detail. Have to be "attention to detail" person if your going to be providing a full detail service and I did receive that unfortunately. read more

Quick summary: 10/10 recommend and will be using again! Long story: Miguel was able to get me a quote and get me scheduled all within a few hours! My black car had HORRENDOUS water spots (no really, it was worse than what you're picturing) and was in desperate need of a detail. His pricing is reasonable in my opinion, especially for the quality of the work. My car looks 100% better. He arrived around 10:30 and worked until 3pm. He meticulously cleaned every inch of my car and worked his butt off to get the watermarks out. Due to my own neglect, I have a few watermarks that couldn't be completely erased but they're not visible until your literally about to get in my car.
