He's transparent about pricing and what's included with each package plus he's very fair when advising which package to purchase. My car had been outside and untouched for quite some time. He was able to get stubborn stains out of my light interior upholstery, every bit of dog hair was removed (which in and of itself is a feat because I have a mini husky!), and the exterior is now conditioned and shining. I ordered the odor removal for $95 and the spray enzyme he uses made my car smell worse than before. He said the smell would only last a few days but it's been 3 weeks and the headliner and interior smells like toxic chemicals from that spray he used. Joel was able to get dried RED WINE STAINS out of the cream colored HEADLINER of my wife's Infiniti Q50!!! For those who don't want to read, 'nuff said. If you want to read more, proceed.... To be fair, he did warn me beforehand that he did not think it would be possible because red wine is so difficult to clean, epecially when it's dry AND because it was on the headliner which he couldn't really scrub hard due to the thin matererial, so he's extremely honest. I decided to hire him anyway because of all the other great reviews, and we're extremely happy. We had both the interior and exterior detailed, and now our 2014 looks like it just drove off the lot. The interior and exterior shine like they haven't in years. He was even able to get white scuffs off the paint where someone had scraped the bumper and door. He thought the job would originaly take four hours, but spent over six on the car and did not increase the price. He said he wanted it to look as good as it possibly could, and it DOES.
