I went for the happy hour all day Tuesday car wash and Amer was super friendly and helpful and even threw in a car scent when there wasn't one included in the package. My favorite part was the little buzzer they give you now, like a restaurant when you're waiting for an order, so I was able to go home while I waited (up to 4 miles away he said), instead of waiting in the 105 degree heat. They're very useful to dry some of the water coming out of tight spaces between doors etc and remove some small dirty areas no big deal. I only used one towel for what I needed to dry and used the second one for my windows just to remove small dry water stains and came out perfect. I can see why they have low ratings from the low life's that go there. Had a man with his son bring a Doberman without a leash and letting it run wild through the office and outside around the cars, then another guy on speakerphone talking about some STD he got from some dude in Mexico, all while children sit with in ear-shot. I asked one of the guys working the vacuum how his day was and he told me " I'm very lucky I get to work a job I love with wonderful people on this wonderful day." But then you have people on here leaving one star because their seat was moved when they vacuumed and their mirrors were moved when the employees dried them.
