The owner treated me poorly and I felt somewhat uncomfortable due to him being bothered with me vacuuming before washing my car, he had his employee come and tell me instead of himself and I was asked about my current membership status when I had one last month but will no longer be getting it. My light got broken here at this car wash I'm not to sure of how it happened but they refused to give me the insurance information never called me nor were I able to speak to no one above Tyler in regards to this situation after him and his co workers seen it occurr and never gave me the information I desire so as of now I'm going to file something in court to see what my next move will be ""The owner of a car wash has a duty to provide reasonable care and make their property safe for customers. This means providing detailed instructions for how to use the car wash, training employees to answer customer questions and follow safety guidelines, and regularly repairing and updating the car wash equipment. If the car wash owner fails to keep their property safe for customers, then they have been negligent. I never thought I would be giving a car wash such a horrid review, but this place is by far one of the worse experiences I have ever encountered from any company. First, I purchased the Deluxe Wash which is their top service. Having ran my truck through the wash, I noticed a large smear of some rubber content on the driver side. Clearly was not there when I first pulled up. The substance came off with a wet rag, so it wasn't a big deal to me. I showed the staff, who the young man was helpful, and the advised me to talk to the owner to run the truck through the wash one more time. Here is where I seen the problem with this company. The owner was an absolute asshole. And I'm not just referring to customer service; I'm talking about his character in general. I am a business owner, and I cannot believe how the owner himself talks to his customers. First he fought me on running the truck through again. Then tried swindling me into getting a Basic wash when I paid more for the Deluxe. We resolved the issue. 5 minutes later I asked him if I could use the restroom. He rolls his eyes then tells one of his employees to let me in. Under his lip he says as i walk by, "he's the one barking orders. First a free wash, then the restroom." In shock I asked, "I'm sorry what did you say?" He responds, "nothing," and then walks away. Now I'm at the point of just getting my wash and leaving. He already lost whatever future business i may have possibly given him. But he's not done yet. When he allows me back into the wash, he says sarcastically, "ALRIGHT, let's see if we can get some more grease on your truck!" I am appalled by this mans behavior. If I were his partner in the business, I would be ashamed and embarrassed by the person representing my money. The day this business shuts down, it will be attributed this one man. Such a waste of money creating a business with a person like that running it. I feel sorry for his employees only because I know if he treats his customers directly like crap, I know he's treating them much worse. I would never give my money to this place again, nor would I even recommend anyone work here. The best thing your employees can do is quit and let you rot financially in your ran down establishment. read more

If you are looking for an OK car wash with not much dirt, then this is spot. Their washer doesn't remove bird crap and they won't grant you a rewash to help the situation. Coming here is like washing your car with your garden hose. I would rather use my pressure washer at home that removes all the marks my car gets. Their soap leaves the car outer hard and the blower dryer doesn't reach behind the vehicle. The vacuums are ok and sometimes are clogged with no suction, as I don't think they check them occasionally. This was the $9 wash. read more

This place is the worse. Wax wasn't wax but soapy water and the spot free rinse isn't spot free. It's been years since I've had to dry my car and we'll...that changed today. I don't know why people expect spotless VIP treatment from a $13 car wash. I've been here several times. Customer service is always great and the one time I spoke with someone about my wash having issues they had me go through again. Vacuums are constantly checked and I'm working order. I always come here with my truck after off roading trips or in general for a wash. I'm extremely satisfied w how they always treat my truck and me. I've never been denied service because my trucks way too muddy or I'm bringing a truck bed full of rocks mud etc. They always pressure hose my entire truck AND even my shocks and wheel wells before the actual wash itself. I visited this car wash on Sunday and was impressed. It's a little further than I usually drive for a car wash but came on recommendation of my friend. This place was pretty busy but there was almost no wait time. I chose the $13 dollar car wash. I didn't see any missed spots on my van but I did see some missed spots on the wheels when I wiped them out. I like the little air sprayer to spray out the water in the spots where you can't really dry it. And that you can spray out the dust before you vacuum so you know you have a really cleaned vehicle. The vacuums seem pretty strong. I didn't feel like it missed any spots. I will definitely be back here to visit. This might be my go to place to clean my car from now on. read more

This place is my new GO TO car wash!!! The place is brand new and totally state of the art. My car had dirt, pollen and even some bird doo-doo that had been sitting in the hot sun for a couple weeks. After taking it through the Foothill Express Car Wash and BOOM, it's squeaky clean and shining like a diamond! The whip looks fresh and new, it was quick and easy, the free vacuums were clutch and the owners/staff were nothing short of professional, friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back! Had to put in an updated review. I am very upset as I went this morning to wash my car. To see that there was something wrong with the wash. My car was all oily, 2 young workers came up to my car to help clean it. I was happy but upset, they said I can talk to the manger so I did. He gave me my money back but noticed he knew this was happening and still let cars go through. That is bad customer service, I had to come home and wash my car. I've had the worst experience at this car wash... I arrived and there was a long line to pay for the automated car wash. I decided to vacuum my car first as I wait for the line to possibly have fewer patroons . myhusband proceeded to vacuum the car, one young man approached to inform me that we had to wash our car prior to vacuuming. I explained we would drive through and pay, as my husband was finished vacuuming with exception of one car mat. Shortly after the young man walked away another man arrives and threatened that he would call the police if my husband didn't stop vacuuming. I have never been so humiliated in my entire life. PLEASE POST SIGNS STATING YOU MUST WASH YOUR CAR FIRST BEFORE VACUUMING YOUR CAR!!! Needless to say this car wash will never receive, another dime from my family and friends in the Fontana community. I will make sure my experience is know by my church congregation as well. Also please let the guy that approach us and threatened to call the police, his actions could ignited a very different response had he encountered a person with mental illness. Went with my white Caucasian friend in individual cars, we both got the basic $5 wash and realized the cars were still super dirty, so my white friend goes and tell him how the wash didn't do a good job so the man with the tattoos on his arm let him go again with a smile and an ongoing conversation! Then when I went to tell him I was confronted with a vague expression and was told that I only paid $5 and that's what I got and he couldn't let me get another wash and walked away! Quick service and got into the wash quickly, seemed like the wash was going good. Got home and it had looked like my vehicle didn't get rinsed off after soap was applied. There was dried soap suds left all over my car and pretty much made it look worse than before I had it washed, highly unlikely to use this wash again read more

The car wash is great actually it's one of the best in Fontana. However the customer service or the lack of is something they need to work on. They have a lot of kids working there either grow up or move on If you know you need to train them why not have a manger there at all times teaching them to be great employee. With that said The manager who is not a kid can learn how to deal with people better too!! read more
