We've been using JetSpeed Car Wash ever since they opened and have always had a great experience. The employees are always friendly, the wash tunnel does a great job, and the shaded vacuum/detailing area is a huge plus, especially during the summer. One thing we really like is that if it's not super crowded, you can take a little extra time detailing your car without feeling rushed or hassled. One of the workers, I believe her name is Jasmine, is always checking on customers in the vacuum bays and making sure everyone is good, which is appreciated. Overall, really nice job by JetSpeed. I requested a touchless car wash. The young lady assured me all their washes were touchless. I paid for their most expensive service, and it in fact was not a touchless service. My car received several scratches from brushes. The acid they use to break down grime wasn't even rinsed properly. The acid dried and baked onto the hood. I never go to automatic car washes for this reason. I trusted Jet Speed Express and they let me down. I called them to request a remedy, but they sent me to voicemail and never called me back. I would have complained in person, but due to my knee injury, I just couldn't. This business is falsely advertising a touchless wash online and to your face. Save yourself the heartbreak, confusion, and the anger, and do not come here. I am not rich, and I work very hard to keep my car in good condition with what I have. To not even receive an apology or a refund was extremely disappointing. I was quoted $800 just for the hood and two doors. Buyers beware. read more

Oh my goodness, JET SPEED EXPRESS saved my day! My car was lucky enough to be chosen by a swarm of birds. Needless to say my car was completely painted by said bird. Axel was so helpful in answering questions about membership and pricing and kind Savannah at the start of the car wash spent extra time spraying the areas of attack! Overall, the wash is good. With the recent price increases it would be great to have more added to the car wash experience. Water blowing option at the vacuum stations would be wonderful. Perhaps a smile or a wave hello from the service members as you are entering the wash would be a great welcoming gesture. Again, with the price increases, something additional to the experience, air fresheners or a drying towel, with the wash without necessarily having to purchase the most expensive wash option. read more

Went for the first time to Jet Speed Express today to get my car washed & the prices were higher than most car washes around. This place also doesn't have towels provided for you to dry your car. I was disappointed. read more

This is a great location the machine tunnel has more equipment than most so, though no wash is perfect, it's much more thorough and they can even run your wash touches if you ask. Axel is an awesome staff membe and he's gone out of his way multiple times to make sure we were happy and that we were able to take advantage of the deals and promos offered. I really appreciate this location and the service. He's not the only one that's intentionally made us feel valued. read more

The car washes are decent, but they're pricey for what you get. I signed up for the First Class membership thinking it included everything you get with a single First Class wash, but it doesn't. That wasn't explained when I signed up, although it's apparently buried in the membership agreement. I also tried to cancel my membership a week before it renewed, but was still charged for another month because they require cancellations at least two weeks before the renewal date. There wasn't even an apology or any acknowledgment from the attendant about the misunderstanding. I wish that policy had been made more clear. I'll be taking my business to Quick Quack down the street to see if they have better customer service. read more
