Brody was a great help. Made me get first class and was so respectful He is the best i'm coming back for sure and getting more car washes

We've been using JetSpeed Car Wash ever since they opened and have always had a great experience. The employees are always friendly, the wash tunnel does a great job, and the shaded vacuum/detailing area is a huge plus, especially during the summer. One thing we really like is that if it's not super crowded, you can take a little extra time detailing your car without feeling rushed or hassled. One of the workers, I believe her name is Jasmine, is always checking on customers in the vacuum bays and making sure everyone is good, which is appreciated. Overall, really nice job by JetSpeed. Highly recommend! read more

So in MY opinion, when a business offers something complimentary, it's in hopes that the consumers will like it and continue to support and/or purchase a membership or plan, if offered. Clearly Jet Speed had something else in mind, cause ain't no way.....ain't no mf'n way, they thought that Complimentary car wash I drove clear across town, on 2 freeways, in this heat.....was worth it. The drive up process, scanning the code, and help from the associate was good. Going through the wash, was 2 thumbs down. As I'm going through the wash, I notice that the right side of my car is still dry....so I'm like "WTH!!!" The water pressure was almost none existent, very light on the water flow, compared to other washes. It starts off with soap, but that's to trick you. There was no air dryer and the lights at the end that tell you when to go, didn't work, so I just used my own judgement and drove off, before the car behind me, got too close. The vacuum area was huge, with about 25 slots and the vacuums worked well. I was going to use the towel they gave me, but it was nothing to dry, only dirt to remove. My car looked like it was dirty, and got sprinkled on, then dried up. I was literally scrubbing dirt off my car, because it looked worse coming out the wash, than it did, when I went in. The free towel, air freshener and vacuums, were the only good things about the wash. read more

I requested a touchless car wash. The young lady assured me all their washes were touchless. I paid for their most expensive service, and it in fact was not a touchless service. My car received several scratches from brushes. The acid they use to break down grime wasn't even rinsed properly. The acid dried and baked onto the hood. I never go to automatic car washes for this reason. I trusted Jet Speed Express and they let me down. I called them to request a remedy, but they sent me to voicemail and never called me back. I would have complained in person, but due to my knee injury, I just couldn't. This business is falsely advertising a touchless wash online and to your face. Save yourself the heartbreak, confusion, and the anger, and do not come here. I am not rich, and I work very hard to keep my car in good condition with what I have. To not even receive an apology or a refund was extremely disappointing. I was quoted $800 just for the hood and two doors. Buyers beware. read more

Oh my goodness, JET SPEED EXPRESS saved my day! My car was lucky enough to be chosen by a swarm of birds. Needless to say my car was completely painted by said bird. Axel was so helpful in answering questions about membership and pricing and kind Savannah at the start of the car wash spent extra time spraying the areas of attack! Will be back great staff, great wash, great service! read more

Love it here! Especially their friendly and helpful staff and the good wash! It's always a fast and easy process!

Great service, nice employees I like the washes here and the vacuums. Haven't had an issue here

This is a great location the machine tunnel has more equipment than most so, though no wash is perfect, it's much more thorough and they can even run your wash touches if you ask. Axel is an awesome staff membe and he's gone out of his way multiple times to make sure we were happy and that we were able to take advantage of the deals and promos offered. I really appreciate this location and the service. He's not the only one that's intentionally made us feel valued. read more

Great wash. Staff is always friendly. Savannah was great helping me out today. The second wash still at half off is also a great deal.

Came 10 minutes after open. Still had cones at opening. Another car and myself left without a car wash. I waited about 10 minutes to give them the benefit of the doubt but no luck. read more

Overall, the wash is good. With the recent price increases it would be great to have more added to the car wash experience. Water blowing option at the vacuum stations would be wonderful. Perhaps a smile or a wave hello from the service members as you are entering the wash would be a great welcoming gesture. Again, with the price increases, something additional to the experience, air fresheners or a drying towel, with the wash without necessarily having to purchase the most expensive wash option. read more

Well just to say one thing, the girls that work at JET SPEED CAR WASH on the corner of sierra ave and sierra parkway are very nice. The problem with this car wash is that, the owners don't care about their customers or their equipment that they use to-wash your car with. All the "OWNERS"are worried about is putting money in their pocket, due to the fact that the last five times I've been here, half of the scrubbers do not work so only half of your car get washed. But they'll will still "CHARGE"you full "PRICE" without giving the customers any discount or any warning knowing that their equipment is broken down. What that tells me is that their maintenance people have no clue of what they're doing, or if they can't fix it then they need to find somebody who can. Also the sad part is that I was told that the owners have been told a number of times in the last month about all of the complaints that the girls have been getting, due to there is never a manager on the property, and still nothing has been done. Which is not fair to the girls who work there because they have to hear all of the complaining and they have no answers for the public. So shame on you "THE OWNERS OF JET SPEED CAR WASH" you're not the only car wash in town. I have no problem taking my business some where else. So Just like the water that goes down the drain, so does all of the customer money that we pay full price for and get half the service. So keep up the bad customer service and crappy quality of car washing and you're your business will go down the drain just the dirty water from the cars. read more

Two of the brushes on the right don't work. The soap sprays but without the brushes nothing gets cleaned. They dont tell you when you pull up. They just take your money, which too expensive for what you get. Never coming back. If I could do 0 stars I would. read more
