Well just to say one thing, the girls that work at JET SPEED CAR WASH on the corner of sierra ave and sierra parkway are very nice. The problem with this car wash is that, the owners don't care about their customers or their equipment that they use to-wash your car with. All the "OWNERS"are worried about is putting money in their pocket, due to the fact that the last five times I've been here, half of the scrubbers do not work so only half of your car get washed. But they'll will still "CHARGE"you full "PRICE" without giving the customers any discount or any warning knowing that their equipment is broken down. What that tells me is that their maintenance people have no clue of what they're doing, or if they can't fix it then they need to find somebody who can. Also the sad part is that I was told that the owners have been told a number of times in the last month about all of the complaints that the girls have been getting, due to there is never a manager on the property, and still nothing has been done. Which is not fair to the girls who work there because they have to hear all of the complaining and they have no answers for the public. So shame on you "THE OWNERS OF JET SPEED CAR WASH" you're not the only car wash in town. I have no problem taking my business some where else. So Just like the water that goes down the drain, so does all of the customer money that we pay full price for and get half the service. So keep up the bad customer service and crappy quality of car washing and you're your business will go down the drain just the dirty water from the cars. read more

Two of the brushes on the right don't work. The soap sprays but without the brushes nothing gets cleaned. They dont tell you when you pull up. They just take your money, which too expensive for what you get. Never coming back. If I could do 0 stars I would. read more

Jet Speed use to be amazing but the past year it has gone downhill. Brushes in tunnel are frequently not working, and I'm always told parts are ordered. Vacuums are constantly plugged and the last time I was there, 15 of the 30 were all out of order. They used to spray the front of vehicle to help with bug removal, but they recently stopped that. My vehicle is not clean after washes. It takes me two rags and a bottle of water to finish cleaning it. Just canceled my membership and will go elsewhere moving forward. It's sad to see this happen. read more

Last year I have an incident in this car wash one of the spinning brush rip my brand new vehicle front fender I did make a report to the manager and the going to send my vehicle to the shop but I don't like the way they going to repair my brand new vehicle so I decide to bring it to other shop that will involve a deductible on my insurance when we tried to follow up to get my deductible covered the car wash denied and state it's not their fault and not cooperate to release the evidence such as video showing the incident in their property. I've been a member for something and I'm so disappointed and I will presume with my claim to get my money back that I spend, time and the stress I'm getting!!! read more

I called ahead to make sure they had a touchless wash and the manager Robert confirmed and assured me that my car was in good hands, when I got there the people greeted me right away and were very kind, and wash came out very good. I do drive a decently low car so the water didn't wash away all the soap, but with the complimentary microfiber towel it was easy to clean the rest off the car. read more

I have had a membership on and off since the car wash opened. Today one of the brushes wash not working so I notified the kind attendant. She offered to have me rewash the car because the brush has been broken fot a while and not sure when it will be fixed. I currently have a membership so I was not too concerned. If I did not I would have been a little more annoyed that I was not informed in the beginning. I hope it gets fixed soon. It seems the quality of the wash has not been as good as my washes a few months ago. I understand if they are waiting for a part. I would be nice to know before paying for pricey wash since there are 2 others in my neighborhood. read more

I've had a membership for months, the last two times I came to get my car washed. The automated system will not recognize my license plate and I get stuck. When the attendants come to help they always go to the people in the other line first which means more people pass me in line. Super annoying. At one point I changed my membership in the middle of the month to a less expensive package, instead of giving me the higher cost car wash that I had already paid for a full month. They immediately downgraded me to the cheaper car wash. read more

Here is my update this place went down hill after I wrote this review I would come down here 3 times a month been a loyal customer but many times I noticed the cleaning mats were dirty and full of debris I mean black with dirt at some point I could here the small rocks stuck in the mats scraping my car, BE VERY CAREFUL coming here as this will definitely sand your car AND THEY WILL NOT take responsibility BELIEVE ME I'ts done damage to my paint and the tire cleaner scraped the side of my car, again they will try really hard to deny any damage. They just said go through my insurance lol Also the machines squeeze the car too much thus the damage it caused with the tire cleaner. The dirt on the mats plus the pressure of the machines with the sand. I also noticed they like to skip the water down before the car enters ASK THEM TO DO IT BEFORE because trust me the sand on those mats is enough, jesus. In the phone call after I filed the claim the exact words were ''we will not take any responsibly, because of the "inconsistency's" they like that word a lot. I went down there and showed them that it was in fact very consistent. Waiting to hear from them if not might go a different route not my insurance though lol that will raise your own monthly payment, advocate for yourself. read more

This is normally the place I come to get a quick wash and usually a decent experience. I was here Monday 6/30. Bought a wash and a discounted 2nd wash. I've tried to come back 7/1 and 7/3. Both times they have been closed despite their hours. This place isn't on my way anywhere I need to go, so this is pretty frustrating. read more

The car was caused damage to my brand new 2024 truck they won't take responsibility for it. The manager was very polite took down an accident report at the time took pictures of my rims since when my truck went through the wash both the front and rear drivers side have identical marks from something hitting both rims. When I was going through the wash my entire truck shook, it felt like some sort of a jolt. I talked to the site mgr Robert who said he was reviewing footage. He showed me footage before my truck shook, I told him that it happened afterwards. I don't recommend this place at all, they don't take responsibility at all especially if they cause damage to property. He said after watching all of the camera footage my truck never moved which I know was incorrect both of my rims have identical marks on them to prove otherwise. read more

I've been a member here for well over a year. The wash is pretty darn good, especially for an automated drive through. I have never been offered a towel. Once I asked for one and was cheerily provided. My only issue is the Rinse. The exterior seems to be rinsed well, but not the crevices. You know, open the door and all soapy at the bottom and at the hinges. The lift gate is the same. If they could rinse better, I would be very pleased. Thank you. read more

I used to have a monthly pass it became to expensive then I started buying a wash with a second was for like half off, the problem is, it expires in 21 days and u have to have the receipt.... Either I loose the receipt or it expired the day before or I can't find it.... I've prob given them $50 in second washes without ever getting a second wash. It's very frustrating it should be like gift card that doesn't expire I feel like I'm just paying for services never rendered. read more
