I've been a member here for well over a year. The wash is pretty darn good, especially for an automated drive through. I have never been offered a towel. Once I asked for one and was cheerily provided. My only issue is the Rinse. The exterior seems to be rinsed well, but not the crevices. You know, open the door and all soapy at the bottom and at the hinges. The lift gate is the same. If they could rinse better, I would be very pleased. Thank you. read more

I used to have a monthly pass it became to expensive then I started buying a wash with a second was for like half off, the problem is, it expires in 21 days and u have to have the receipt.... Either I loose the receipt or it expired the day before or I can't find it.... I've prob given them $50 in second washes without ever getting a second wash. Horrible Car Wash! A Complete Rip Off! I went there to use a car wash I purchased earlier and the clerk said the wash credit had already been used (which it had not). Like many of the reviews listed, they take no responsibility for anything. I used this facility all the time to take care of my 6 cars because of the close location, but No More! My family and I spent $100 a month and we are finding a new facility that honors the wash they sell you. They upsell you on a secondary wash at a discounted price to use later only to not honor it when you go back. Find another place to go! read more

Just swung by to get my car washed for the weekend. When pulling up, the girl informed us that they were making a repair, but it would be no more than ten minutes. Unfortunately, twenty-five minutes later, we were finally let into queue for a wash. Right, as we were about to go through. It appeared the system broke down again. After a few minutes, we finally went through. There was no soap applied to our car and we wasted approximately 40 minutes for a wet car. I complained to the employee and they offered for me to go thru again. I said no due to the extremely long line and already wasting my time. They gave me a refund and nothing more. No apology or offer for a future free wash. I understand mechanical issues but customer service should always be on par. read more

I have come to this location a few times because it is near my home. While I enjoy a hand wash, this is convenient and fast. I purchased the buy one, get one half off and you have 21 days to use the second wash. The most recent time I purchased a wash, there was a lot of rain on the way in the upcoming weeks so I opted for the rain to pass. On the last day I was able to use the second wash, it was raining during the day and I came in the evening (before closing hours) to use the wash. This was on 1/3/24. Well, they were closed at 6pm when I arrived. There were cars washing during the day and when I arrived, there were at least 10 cars in the lot but not washing (possibly a meeting happening). When I came another day to explain the situation, the guy who came to talk to me (not sure if he's the manager or otherwise as he did not say his name) offered me half off. He stated they closed early that day because of the rain (but it was raining all day but not in the evening when I came). When I asked how their customers are supposed to know that they are closed early, he said that I had 21 days to use it. Seriously?!! Regardless, you closed the business early on a day that I could use my second wash and it's not a good excuse. He proceeded to give me "half off" a regular wash which is what I already paid for so essentially I paid for another single wash. If you have a membership it shouldn't impact you much but if you come once or twice a month, you could run into this situation which isn't good customer service. I've been using another car wash and decided to switch to something closer to where I work every day. Stopped in this morning to get my 2023 Chevy Colorado washed. So when I came in was offered three different membership options I chose the middle. Went through the car wash noticed that things weren't turning when I was going through them. When I got to the end of the car wash pulled my truck around and could see dust was still on it and quite a few places to the point where I showed the gentleman by wiping my hand across the dust of the newly washed truck. Team member there said I could run through again, but this is the way it worked. I wasn't happy with that asked for my money back and canceled my membership. He could only give me another wash not my money back but did cancel my membership. What a waste of my time. Something needs to happen up there Jet Speed Express to stay relevant with quick quack that has air sprayers when you're done to blow air off your truck and Raceway that does the same. First time here, wasn't expecting much as this is a drive through car wash. I did the First class car wash. The speed of the drive through was a little too quick. The speed of the wash did not allow the soap and other spays to wash iff completely, therefore I had white residue all over my car. It doesn't wipe off. Over all the place is clean and the vaccums work, but I am disappointed with what was left on my car. read more

I have dropped by several times& only met one owner who said it's impossible that it was their fault. I have sent emails & left an estimate for damages to my truck. No response to either. My bf and I decided to buy a monthly pass for our cars since they were having a promo family deal. Buy one month full price add on a car for half off! We decided to get the first class package! Little did we know the "kit" that comes with this wash is only a one time thing. Every time I took my car through the wash my car looked the same. If I were to come again I would just get the most basic car wash because it does the same job as the most expensive one! Some of the workers don't care about their job which I understand but one time they had me align my car and I don't believe they guided me properly because my steering wheel was moving left and right and I got a warning message on my car regarding the wheels. December 1,2022 update: I've been calling and calling the number. It doesn't have a voicemail. My emails to the email on their website bounce back. All I want is for them to stop charging my card. I don't want this wack service. Bought the monthly package but their machine does not clean the back of my car. Tried to speak to the manager but the attitude was sorry sucker, it's not my problem. Try to call and cancel, no one answers the phone and people on site are unhelpful. Do not recommend. My hose does a much better job. It would be nice if the machine actually cleaned the whole car properly. Last time I was here a man with a giant truck also had the same complaint and received the same brush off from the person in charge. read more

I was very happy that they finally opened a car wash down the street from my house, however I have dealer plates and that means I'm constantly changing cars because I own a dealer and I sell cars. When I explained my situation to the guy by the booth told me he will gladly discontinue my membership. Very disappointed that they won't accommodate me. In a month I used less than 7 washes. And to answer your response to my review, a dealer plate is moved between cars that are owned by the dealer. So when I pulled up to the booth and explained to your employee that I have dealer plates, why he never mentioned fleet plan????? Which I will be happy to sign up for if you let a manager reach out to me. He was quickly to discontinue my membership without any solution. So far, I've visited this car wash a total of 4 times and I have not had any reason to give a rating lower than 5 stars. Customer service: Each one of my visits, there is always an attendant at the pay station offering help and before entering the wash station itself. Value: the pricing is perfect, even the highest option is cheaper then 90% of places I've been too at $15.99. They provide a complimentary microfiber towel, scent and interior cleaning wipe. Not only that but vacuum is FREE along with two separate hoses on each side of the station that can be used to avoid scratching your car. read more

The best part is after the air dry, there is an additional step to dry the car using what looks like microfiber rollers. The vacuum is very powerful. Very happy! Very nice facility. I feel like their drive through car wash machine is better than other places but wish their prices were lower. I get a basic wash for cheaper 10 mins away. Also, they don't provide the air sprayers after the wash which I really like from other places. They only have the vacuums, which work great. My wife and I had a membership here for quite some time - what started off great, such as a new car wash at the time in the neighborhood, friendly staff, clean and overall a decent car wash ended for us when we realized that on both of our cars the machine was, in fact, rashing/scratching the clear coat. In addition originally the machine had brushes specifically designed to wash your rims/tires - this was eventually decommissioned as a feature, with no price reduction due to that feature not working as it should such as extending dressing beyond the tires. HERE'S HOW WE CHOSE TO CANCEL Instead of making a complaint (since we know carwashes like this take no responsibility we've decided to cancel). We showed up, expressed our interest in canceling membership for both of our vehicles i.e the entire account, and had to fill out a form indicating the reason for cancellation, etc. This was late December 2021. We were told that we could utilize washes up until Jan 14th which apparently is the end of the billing period. We chose not to, of course. On approx Jan 12th, 2022 we are billed again, at this point I assumed this was the last charge we'd see, and perhaps was the final bill for the period. Now we've approached Feb 12th, 2022 yet another charge is reflecting, so I attempt to call multiple times to resolve, no answer! I eventually decide to show up letting them know we are still being charged despite our cancellation. The gentlemen mentioned that he was sorry and that the previous employee had only canceled one of our vehicles instead of the entire account which has two vehicles total. He mentioned that he didn't have the authority to refund, and that his manager was on lunch with an unknown return time. I mentioned the various attempts to call prior to showing up and he mentioned that their phones have been broken for quite some time.... Anyhow, he mentioned that the manager, Polymer would be calling me (as I left my contact information). Polymer never reached out.... Here we are, March 12th, 2022, and yet another charge! Keep in mind we have utilized our membership whatsoever. Yet these charges continue. I decide to show up again, was told by a gentleman there's nothing he can do in terms of a refund, with the exception of stopping billing going forward, and that I could utilize service until the current billing end date. I of course refused and requested to speak to the manager. The gentlemen mentioned that the manager was working, and didn't have authority to refund and that I could leave yet another message for Polymer. This is when I start asking names (his + current manager on shift) and suddenly I am told to wait, perhaps the manager can help. So I spoke with the manager on shift which was Mr. Fisher, he acknowledged the mistakes and was going to reach out to Polymer directly to obtain direction. Within ~15 minutes of my departure, Mr. Fisher was able to assist with 2 months of refund, vs the 3 I was owed, which is what I had proposed as well, to show how generous of a customer I am (simply wanted future billing to stop). The moral of the story, if you choose to cancel -- be sure to document names, and watch your credit card statements, it was a nightmare getting them to stop! I for a second thought I was going to have to chargeback the transactions. read more

I have liked coming here in the past. But was disappointed the last time I went through. Asked if the wash didn't get all the dirt if I could go through again, and the attendant said I couldn't with the (cheapest) wash I purchased. Proceeded to feed me a bunch of baloney about how some cars are "maintained" (ie cleaned) and some are not, and for example if you had "water marks" on your car, it wasn't being maintained, and as a result they couldn't guarantee the wash would get all the dirt. We pay a little over 50 dollars monthly for the car wash. Multiple times, we have visited at 730 PM when they claim to be open until 8 PM and they are closed. We are definitely going to be canceling my membership. read more
