I have used this car washed many times and it's a decent fast car wash. However, when employees are not trained to handle the unexpected it's really frustrating, Sitting there watching four cars Go ahead of me as I wait behind somebody that's waiting for a gift card. It would've been relatively easy for the gal that was helping that laying next to me letting everybody go through for her to walk over and explain to me, but she just stood there and looking at me and I had to holler at her and ask what's going on and then I had to back out and get in the other line. I went so far as to park and look for a manager and tell her what happened and she just said well that was my fault, I was in the restroom. Well, I'm sorry that's just not acceptable. The employees should've known what to do in that situation. It's probably not that manager's fault. It's probably her managers or the owner but something needs to happen there at that car wash. She also did not offer me any kind of a discount or a complementary wash or anything. I left pissed off. Not a good experience. Since we have so many car washes in Upland, this one is in comparison isn't that great. There are better places that offer more services like towels for drying, air fresheners, and have bays with double sided vacuums all for the same price and they don't take tape pay. read more

Been coming to PrimeWash Express since it opened years ago-- and it is the only drive through car wash I trust in the I.E., and I am happy it is on my way to work so I can pull up in a freshly washed car! Which is what I'm about to do lol customer service is amazing here - Derlin was very helpful helping me pay for a new wash when I incorrectly selected one. One more thing is that they have plenty of vacuums so I always get one! Never had an issue not getting one. Best time to go is in the morning before noon. Not too hot or busy! read more

NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I have brought my Mercedes here a total of 4 times as I signed up for the most expensive wash subscription. Each time I used this wash I saw more and more scratches. The first two times I wasn't too sure if they were previous or new so I wrote it off. But I had taken my car to the coin wash and spent time detailing it before returning a third time. On the third visit I found definite new marks after using the wash. I told myself I wouldn't use this wash again, but I was stuck in my subscription and today I gave in and said I'll go through again. This time knowing where every scratch/ missing paint and dent were. After using the wash today it really did a number on my car. I filed a complaint but was told they are not liable for any damages. You can clearly see blue marks from their machines around every area that has damage. This is just terrible. PLEASE BE WARE read more

I pay for the highest subscription but this is the second time when I go through the polishing side the attendant takes their sweet time talking with a customer and their questions. Its morning rush and people are heading to work. The best thing to do is have them park and go inside like I've been made to do. read more

Seems to be a popular place that a lot of people take their cars to get washed. I was in the area and was looking for a fast place to get my car washed. It seemed pretty self explanatory, and they would have someone help you on what you want, or you could just do everything yourself. They had basic "xpress" wash for $8, "signature" for $13, premium plus for $16 and a two tunnel for $25. I didn't want the basics and didn't need to have that much so I went with the Signature. After the wash there were stations where you can vacuum your car free for 10 min and it seems like you can also get some air (for your tires) Overall pretty solid experience, would recommend you to bring a micro cloth towel to wipe down the spots on the car that may still have wet spots, since the dryer doesn't completely dry your car fully. Not a problem as I usually want to check out the car and see if there are any spots that aren't so easy to get off from a drive through wash. read more

They said they couldn't scan my coupon since I have a privacy screen. They wanted me to pay for it. Seems like a scam.
