Overall I like Primewash for the convenience of a clean wash and the ability to vacuum your own car and have trash cans available to throw out your trash. They offer a value monthly membership that provides you with convenience and a clean car every day!! The membership comes with a small sticker on your windshield (your vehicle will be scanned) so each time you pull in, the arms will automatically come up, no hassle. BEWARE!!!!!! Car wash chipped my brand new car!! I got my Tesla 2 months ago and I've been taking very good care of it since the beginning. Made the terrible mistake of taking it to this carwash and now my car has DEEP dents in the hood and on the side of my car. They do not want to take any responsibility and claiming their "cameras show the dent before the carwash" which is FALSE. I asked for evidence and they deny it. Not only terrible equipment but liars as well. Working this out with my lawyer and insurance. If you care about your car DO NOT GO TO THIS CARWASH or any carwash from this company!!!! This is my first time at this Express car wash. I usually go to the one on foothill in Upland. Which I've never had a problem at. Came here and was not happy ran my car AND ITS STILL DIRTY!!. Spoke to a gentleman and instead of telling me to run it through again, he was trying to upsell me a lifetime membership, excuse me, sir I just wanted my car cleaned for the amount of money that I paid. This morning I went the Prime Car Wash Ontario Ca as I was waiting for them to open. I observed a young lady doing her morning rounds and doing her job very precise and accurate and responsibly as she's checking the Vacuums she grabs a ladder and tightens the end of the line to have the suction continue as it may have popped off ..
