It should be a given but do leave any valuables or spare change in the vehicle. They have people who remove your personal property and change. Manager stated its possible that the vacuum sucked up the change. But this vacuum must be selective to only suck up the heavier coins and leave the smaller ones there. They also left two cans of cold BUD LIGHTs in the backseat of my car. So these guys are drinking during lunch break or on the job. read more

Stoped by because the car needed a wash and this place is busy they offered me $200 with the clay bar said I am good I have family that is in the detail business so he dropped it down to $150 was thinking ok that's fair we got a deal. Only for them to screw up the paint I live down the street so me walking back from across the street i started to notice the circles all on the top half and none on the bottom. Instantly, I told him that they did it wrong and they proceeded to ignore me then came who I assume is one of their managers and was telling me this is normal and I started to laugh and showed him the top half and the bottom half and I said you see the difference. This is not normal from there. They started trying to fix the issue but couldn't really fix it now I have to pay a professional to do it the right way. Take my advice. I've been here multiple times with other vehicles and had no issues. I love their service, they take their time when cleaning the inside of your car and make sure there are no water streaks left on the body and windows. Fully staffed and they're able to work on about 10 cars at a time (which is all the space they have). Came here on a Sunday morning right when they opened at 8:18am and there was already a line of 9 cars ahead. I didn't mind since summer is quite hot here and I didn't want to wait later on in the day. I'm not sure what happened this time. I brought in my 2 month old car and left with a cluster of pretty noticeable scratches that are about 3.5 inches long and another scratch that was also 3.5 inch long going the opposite direction on the other side. Looked like it was from the car wash scrubber when your car goes through the conveyor belt portion. I'm pretty sad about it. I hope I can buff it out, it's not too bad. I didn't notice it at the moment since it was on the passenger side only. Rest of the car was unscathed. I would suggest they should rinse off their scrubbers daily to prevent this from happening again. read more

it seems like every time I come here and pay for the platinum service spray express wax I get a half ass spray on my vehicle. I have complained to the foreman, manager, and owner of this establishment in hopes of correcting this issue. I enjoy coming here and the personnel working do a great job on my vehicle. What happened to this Car Wash?? It used to be the only place I would take my cars. Omar, the manager, was great. Now, it appears someone else has taken over and this place couldn't be more awful. DON'T COME HERE! I made the mistake of giving them another chance only to be disappointed. My truck had not been fully vacuumed, I have a 3rd row seats, and they only vacuumed the front. I had them re-do it and they still didn't vacuum the back! Then as I am driving off I see that the windshield is dirty and my console wasn't touched! This management is in the wrong business. In May 2024, I purchased an oil change for my car. A month later, I found myself stranded on the side of the road because there was no oil in the engine. I took the car to the dealership for a check-up, but they couldn't identify any issues. In October 2024, I returned to get another oil change. Fast forward to today, December 4, and once again, my child and I are stranded on the side of the road due to having no oil in the car. I primarily drive locally, not long distances. That's two oil changes in just six months! My car shuts off when it runs out of oil, and fortunately, I caught it in time this time--otherwise, I might have blown the engine. read more

BEWARE! Never going back!!!!! Went here for a regular car wash. The man tried to sell me a $200 clay car detail because he said I had several black spots on the top of my car told him I could not afford it. He went down to $150. I said maybe next time. He then sold me the most expensive regular car wash $34.99. Went inside, Waited for my car. Two men were wiping it down and dressing the tires. Gave them an $8 dollar tip. noticed the driver side floor mat was extra clean, but the passenger side still had dirt in the crevices so I pulled into the bank parking lot behind (Citizens) so I could walk around and lock the floor mat back in on the passenger side and I noticed the top of my car was still covered in black spots. For a moment I thought oh darn I should've got the detail, but then I licked my finger and it wiped right off. It was literally just dirt!! Stood there pouring water and wiping the entire roof of my car down. You're telling me two men who were both taller than me didn't notice the top of my car was still filthy. I think they purposely didn't touch the top of my car so that next time I would go back and do the more expensive detail! needless to say I will never go back!!!! read more

This place sucks. I went there this morning for a value wash, which is outside wash, inside wipe down and vacuumed. When I was told it was done, I got in my car and noticed my doors weren't wiped down and there were still dried drool spots on my seats from my dogs so I had the guy come back over and showed him and asked him to wipe everything down again. When I got in my car after his half assed wipe down, I noticed my car smelled like nasty wet rags, which is what they used to wipe my car down. I've been there once before and at the register I was asked if I wanted an air freshener, but I wasn't asked this time and I completely forgot until I was driving down the street. But my car still shouldn't smell like old wet rags after just having it washed. The smell was so bad that when I got home, I sprayed my entire inside with disinfectant spray and then Febreze. JUST GET THE BASIC WASH!!!!! I purchased the Platinum wash for years at 34.99 and the only difference is the spray wax that is applied at the end of the wash tunnel by the attendant. The last few times I observed the attendant spraying the car and they only sprayed about 30% of the car. Save your money and just get the Basic or go somewhere else. I've gone to this car wash for YEARS, and have brought multiple cars in and have never had an issue. However, today I got a car wash, and one of the workers broke my cell phone mount for my car. I'm not even mad at the fact that they broke it. I'm upset that no one even bothered to say anything to me about it. The "fixed" it as best as possible, then left the rest of the pieces in the cup holder. At least have the decency to fess up to your mistakes. They happen! read more

It was our "First time! Long time!" to this carwash and had wanted to check the place out. It's was also cool that it's walking distance to the 'Cock-a-doodle' restaurant & bar for lunch that day. The only downside on this visit was that when we came back for our car, about an hour later. The attendants had no idea where the keys to my car had gone as they scurried around trying to find them. Crazy busy Saturday morning. Still only took one hour. They did a great job on my car inside and out. They forgot the air freshener though, but no biggie. It's very scary watching them drive your car and hoping they don't hit anyone or anything because there is a lot going on. Once you are in you cannot get out, there is no turning around! A driver tried and very slowly was making her way out the entrance as someone else pulled in and she moved over and hit a Tesla, just tapped it and it already had a broken mirror hanging on the passenger side. It was some commotion to watch as my car was being dried. Anyway I will likely go again, just not on a Saturday morning. read more

My interior is still dirty, didn't bother to vacuum the drivers side matts. Crumbs on the passenger seat that are very easy to clean. Exterior looks like a regular drive thru car wash job. I guess thats what 32.99 gets you here at soft touch. Wont be coming back. read more

Always a little cautious bringing Tesla, as some car washes don't allow them through machine wash. This one knows how to handle with care as they will recommend the premium hand wash - for sure worth it. Washed the 22"s real good as well - better than most I've been to. Nothing more frustrating that receiving a response from a manager of a business making it look like you are being unreasonable. I didnt ask for stains on carpet to be removed, I highlighted the DIRTY sides of the doors in the picture... low and behold with a simple rag and product the DIRT was removed by my husband by just looking at it, and cleaning it. Its best not to respond to reviews if you cant take the feedback. They did a subpar job on DIRT. Not the stains. And the shine im referring to is the EXTERIOR of my car, and there arent any pictures of in my post. The guy who sold me the platinum wash specifically said my car would be SO shiny. It looks average. Dont give a condescending response like I dont know what a clean car looks like. Many other car washes have done much better jobs. Keep your freebee. I paid $31.00 for platinum wash but the interir was left dirty as shown in pics. They skipped the fragrance too then added after I asked. Another guy re-cleaned but still left interior dirty. They promised a shiny car when up-selling but when I asked why its not that shiny I was told the hand wax makes them shiny. So...$31.00 for what? The guy was nice helping out in the end but I walked out with a dirty car and just the regular shine on my car. First and last time there. read more
