I went in for an oil change and was amazed at how nice and informative Marcos was. To be fair, I called and said "Text me when you are not busy." I only needed an oil change. He let me go to the back to watch because my grandfather had a body shop, so the whole auto repair atmosphere has good feels for me. We were chatting as the other guy was draining the oil, and he told me about a program my cars manufacturer has because they are known to burn oil. No recall is out there, you just have to, somehow, know about it. My day went from a quick oil change, to a dealership visit starting the process of evaluating my oil consumption. I meant to write this sooner. About a month ago we came in because of a service light & our 2018 Santa Fe was burning a lot of oil. Marcos replaced the faulty Ignition coil & spark plug, but the service light came back on a short while after leaving shop. Marcos told us about the problem with this particular engine and advised us to take it to the dealer. Marcos wrote up a detailed description of the engine problem, and after a lot of jumping through hoops and not giving up, Hyundai replaced the engine. We will definitely be back with any other car needs. Thanks Marcos !! P.S. we had to provide a record of every oil change on the vehicle to Hyundai, glad we had them. read more

Marco is a straight up dude. Not much more you can ask from a tech. This is where I've decided to take my cars.

I thought this place was a five star, not so much. I just wanted to know why my check engine light was on that's all. So then $800.00 later replacing things like thermostat and cracked manifold. Again I'm not not mad about the money part, what I'm upset about is the lying part. They said they drove the car around, that was a lie. And when you go to a mechanic you want someone to tell you straight out what it is, not beat around the bush and lie to you. I tried to drive the car home and the car didn't even make it 3 blocks and it over heated worse than I ever seen before. My straight advise to the owner of this place is to not lie. You could of said I think you should not drive it and I would have towed it to my house I have AAA. I will never go back to place again. read more

Best experience with a mechanic I've ever had! They worked on my 2013 Jetta that has been giving me issues for years. The owner was so helpful, patient and honest with me. He gave me a detailed explanation of what needed to be done and was very transparent through the whole process. Honest, honest, honest! I am so grateful to Marcos for being such an honest business person. The engine light on my car came on, so I took it there and a diagnostic was done on it. It turned out that the car needed some work and a part to be changed out and the total is gonna be $500. My brother told me that was a fair price because he called around and asked for me. I didn't have the money so I told him that I would come back when I had it. A couple of months past and I started putting better gas in the car and for some reason the engine light turned off. I called Marcos and I told him that the engine light turned off. I also mentioned to him that I had started putting better quality gas. He mentioned to me that may be the better gas fixed my problem. So I took the car in and he did a diagnostic test on it again and he did not charge me for it. I was ready to pay the $500 for what it needed. Marcos came back and said keep doing what you're doing because it doesn't need to be fixed anymore. It's good now. I was so happy to hear that and what made me even more appreciative is that he was so honest to let me know that the problem fixed itself. Anybody else would have went ahead and change the part. since it original diagnostic test said it needed it, and then charge me $500.
