My fix wasn't easy, but the owner and mechanics tried all day to make it work, and they finally did! Keep in mind, there is a heat wave in LA right now and my commute to work is very long, so the owner really put in the effort to fix this. He also was so kind and knowledgeable. Last year i had a tube blow out and caused overheating issues. Wasnt sure why so i went to get it diagnosed with these guys and although they prolly do good work, it's the quality of of service that failed. They "diagnosed" my car for 150 and told me i had a blown head. Charging 7000-10000 to fix? I took the car back, had it sent to a place that diagnoses for free and just saw that the thermostat was the issue. What kinda diagnosis are you guys doing? Just the expensive stuff first? read more

This shop has unexperiance mecanichs and the owner, "Travis Vuong," is a thief! My son brought in his vehicle for only a motor Valve Cover Gasket and Spark Plug Tube Seal kit of which my son bought separately and he was charged: $600.00. The vehicle had a very small leak before bring it it to "BB Auto Tech Repair!", but after the service of this shop, the vehicle started dripping motor oil like the engine had a whole, bilut it was the work they performed and the spark plugs where full of oil. We took it back, they had it for a week, then again it started to dripp oil so I told my son, let take Travis, to small claims/BB Better Business Bureau locations and Travis offered to pay halve ot the $600.00, which are $300.00. This is unfair, but my son accepted the $300.00, of which my son has not received!! My son has a full time job, he attends college and he plays music as a worship musician, he said he had to much stress to continue with these issues and let it go, but I tell everyone, please be careful with this business, they don't care and they don't have the necessary experience to repair vehicles. At the end, your auto repair will beit more expensive. If I could give them a negative 0 stars, I would!! read more
