Go anywhere else. This place: STOLE my $350 cologne that I keep in my car. (They simply sit there and deny it... nothing you can do.) They incorrectly recharged my refrigerant so it's been a hot week (they're flexible to fix it but never available). And will not compensate me for having a shop fix it. Their invoice doesn't specify anything that they did to the car other then what should have been a $1500 job or doing the coolant delete on rear LDU. (They'll just list LABOR as $3500 and tell you they did all kinds of work.) One of them drove my car home (80mi.) round trip (unauthorized mileage). They returned my car with horrible Hard water stains all over the body and windshield. My car missing center cap and valve stem on one wheel... maybe stolen because they'll park your car on the street and take it home randomly. Just go somewhere else. My battery when charged at 80% now shows 30 miles less in range. they're so shady that I wouldn't doubt if they swap batteries out and keep good ones. read more

I was a bit hesitant due to low reviews, but the ones I saw were very positive. My experience has been a very positive one as well, the team was friendly and the price was more than fair. Leito and Bob - Duo Team! It was Sunday 8 AM, I was desperately looking for a same-day service. I needed hybrid "battery cell" replacement instead of replacing the whole hybrid battery pack. Sent them a message through Yelp and didn't expect anyone to respond since they're closed on Sunday. I did a diagnostic test and the code: POAFA came up. My car was showing "Check hybrid system... VSC system" and the check engine light came on. I changed my 12V battery and my car would not start. They were knowledgeable and gave me their honest opinions. I can either replace my entire hybrid battery pack or replace the individual cells. Hybrid individual battery cell replacement options: 6 month or 6k miles 12month or 12k miles 24 month or 24k miles 36 month or 36k miles I notice they are closed on Sunday but I asked if they were available for same day service. Leito and Bob drove 45 mins to replace hybrid battery at my residence for FREE.99. They show up came 15 mins early and installation takes approximately 45 mins. When the dreaded "check high voltage charger" warning lighted up on the dashboard of my 2015 Chevy Volt, my heart sunk. Few mechanics will look at this car, the stealership will charge $1000 every time I was unlucky enough to use their services and the only honest hybrid car-repair on the westside (shoutout to Car Geeks!) had a one week waiting list. I tried my luck at Yelp and found these 5 star rated guys wayyy out in Montebello. Called, got an instant appointment, on my way. They ran the diagnostic, found all that was missing is a little cooling fluid for the battery (which Chevy discourages you to refill on your own), poured in some and send me my way. But wait, how much? Oh, nothing, said Bob, the owner. Not even a little tip for your mechanics? Nah. Bob and his team obviously work for Karma. I brought it over later that day, Bob took it for a spin while it was hooked up. Told me there was a variance in the voltage, not normal but not bad yet. Advised to start planning on buying a new one but assured me at that moment i was fine. Absolute life savers!!! I found United EV on a Facebook marketplace ad and after Telsa told me that I was going to have to spend $16k on a new battery for my Model S, I was willing to try anything. Their ad read "Tesla Battery Repair $5,000" so, I took a shot called. Bob was very informative about how they do their repairs and upfront about the possibilities. After only a few days they informed me that the issue was caused by my pyrofuse and only charged me $565 for the repair. HUGE DIFFERENCE FROM $16,000! I could not be more grateful for the honesty and integrity of this shop. When needed I will happily make the 1hr and 45min trip from Palmdale again.
