I'm so happy I found this place. They were honest, knowledgeable & able to help me with my 2006 hybrid Lexus. My check engine light kept coming on and off and another mechanic couldn't help me due to that issue. I drove it to work and it felt great! Should out to Matt who worked on my vehicle and their team for the communication. read more

Shout out to Bob and the crew once again gotta leave a review on every app possible outstanding customer service Best Shop in LA hands down

Bob was amazing! Had my car ready in literally no time. I recommend united hybrid! Got my fuel gas pump fixed

My Tesla had a charging issue and Tesla wanted to charge me a crazy amount to diagnose and fix it. Found United Hybrid and called Bob. Bob and his team were very knowledgeable and able to get my car fixed quick! Bob kept me up to date on everything. Definitely recommend United Hybrid! read more

I was hit with the infamous P0A80 code and needed a hybrid battery ASAP because my upcoming smog check deadline was looming. I reached out to dozens of HV battery companies, but half of them either responded too slowly or were unable to match United Hybrids' prices. I don't mind paying extra for quality, so I asked each one what made their services better than the rest. Not a single one gave me a straight answer. Bob and the crew, on the other hand, delivered exactly what I needed: quick, no-nonsense service. AND they did it the same day in just 45 minutes. No upselling, no fluff, just results. I talked to Bob about their services for other cars, and the 3rd-gen Prius is one of the fastest battery swaps they can do. Other cars may take longer, so be prepared if you have a Volt, Tesla, or other vehicles. I'll 100% be coming back when I need another battery. read more

Go anywhere else. This place: STOLE my $350 cologne that I keep in my car. (They simply sit there and deny it... nothing you can do.) They incorrectly recharged my refrigerant so it's been a hot week (they're flexible to fix it but never available). And will not compensate me for having a shop fix it. Their invoice doesn't specify anything that they did to the car other then what should have been a $1500 job or doing the coolant delete on rear LDU. (They'll just list LABOR as $3500 and tell you they did all kinds of work.) One of them drove my car home (80mi.) round trip (unauthorized mileage). They returned my car with horrible Hard water stains all over the body and windshield. My car missing center cap and valve stem on one wheel... maybe stolen because they'll park your car on the street and take it home randomly. Just go somewhere else. My battery when charged at 80% now shows 30 miles less in range. they're so shady that I wouldn't doubt if they swap batteries out and keep good ones. read more

I honestly barely leave any reviews for any place but honestly United Hybrid services were great!! They were able to fix my Hybrid Battery for my 2015 Toyota Prius. The price for the battery was honestly better than most places I was looking at near me in Orange County! I recommend them if you need to fix your hybrid battery they are awesome!! They offer payment options as well if you can't immediately pay for the battery! read more

Leito and Bob - Duo Team! It was Sunday 8 AM, I was desperately looking for a same-day service. I needed hybrid "battery cell" replacement instead of replacing the whole hybrid battery pack. Sent them a message through Yelp and didn't expect anyone to respond since they're closed on Sunday. I did a diagnostic test and the code: POAFA came up. My car was showing "Check hybrid system... VSC system" and the check engine light came on. I changed my 12V battery and my car would not start. They were knowledgeable and gave me their honest opinions. I can either replace my entire hybrid battery pack or replace the individual cells. Hybrid individual battery cell replacement options: 6 month or 6k miles 12month or 12k miles 24 month or 24k miles 36 month or 36k miles I notice they are closed on Sunday but I asked if they were available for same day service. Leito and Bob drove 45 mins to replace hybrid battery at my residence for FREE.99. They show up came 15 mins early and installation takes approximately 45 mins. They came with a hybrid battery and switch out my hybrid battery. Service price includes free installment and mobile service. 5 stars service! Would recommend their service. Professionals with 5 years experience with hybrid cars. They save my day. I didn't have to get a rental for work the next day. Thank you for the accommodations and working with my schedule. read more

Process was fast and easy a pleasure to deal with them. I would highly recommend United Hybrid

My Prius unfortunately had an issue with the hybrid battery, after looking around and talking to multiple shops I ended up selecting this shop. I was a bit hesitant due to low reviews, but the ones I saw were very positive. My experience has been a very positive one as well, the team was friendly and the price was more than fair. I was in and out in about 1 hours with an appointment made ahead of time. I opted for the 1 year warranty battery and as of 24hours later it has had no problems. I will update this review as time passes. read more

Thank you guys for making my dream car a reality again and I appreciate you guys getting me out of my nightmare. I highly recommend this company. read more

Very happy with Bob and the crew. I called today when I noticed the warning signs on my dashboard, Bob told me to come down and they would look at it. They found the problem (the hybrid battery for my Prius) and swapped it on the spot! I waited one hour, just in time to get back to work! Thank you so much, highly recommend them! read more

Friendly and professional staff, one of their techs, Lito, took care of my hybrid battery replacement quickly while I waited (and intruded a little bit because I was curious). Tested at 90% capacity with Dr. Prius app battery test, which seems reasonable for the price. Car cleared the permanent P0A80 code within a week and I passed the smog test I needed for registration. I am satisfied. read more

I have all good things to say about Bob and his master mechanics. Bob will only fix what needs to be done, his prices are very reasonable and he will never try to upsell you on something that doesn't need to be fixed. I have been there twice for two major jobs and will continue to come back as needed. They are very quick to fix your car . You can trust United hybrid. I will continue to be a repeat customer. Keep up the great work, United Hybird !!! read more

Thank you SO MUCH to the entire team at United Hybrid for taking care of my 2014 Camry Hybrid. I love my car and was seriously heartbroken when my partner and I found that the hybrid battery needed replacing. I looked for multiple quotes -- called Toyota as well -- and there is no beating the offer that United Hybrid makes. My original dream was to get the OEM battery, but with the price point and inevitability of my car needing some other big project in the next 8-10 years, United Hybrid offered an incredible price point with a WARRANTY. Don't look further, you should definitely come here if you're reading this! Save time, talk to the honest people here, and get your car back impressively quickly :) read more

Very good work on my 2005 Prius , I called and was told the exact price. I would recommend this place 100%

Spoke with Bob, out of the numerous shops i called, he was able to provide the best service and price compared to others. Offering multiple types of warranty's in addition to only taking an hour. He answered the many questions i had regarding the hybrid battery replacement. Although there are low reviews, do not let them shy you away. United hybrid is knowledgeable and my car runs like new. read more

I called and Bob answered and helped me. He went the extra mile to help me check my car and didn't charge me since my old EV car was a lost cost and not worth it to repair. Highly recommended and honest. Will call them again for my other EV and future EV vehicle. read more

Just sharing my experience with United Hybrid. I had been calling around to many shops that say they work on hybrids because I had some things going on with my car but no messages. Bob at United Hybrid has by far been the most honest and upfront. Many businesses are really taking advantage of the hybrid and electronic car owners. I have to say Bob was very honest, helpful and actually cared. I drive to the business for the free diagnostic. My car had no messages but codes came up. I'm grateful, I was almost in tears because they were so helpful. I miss this type of human caring and concern from businesses. Thank you Bob so much for your kind heart to help people. I appreciate you. Yes Bob did not charge me anything and still helped me out. read more

I got my internal battery replaced with United Hybrid. The customer service was impeccable and my car is running well.

When the dreaded "check high voltage charger" warning lighted up on the dashboard of my 2015 Chevy Volt, my heart sunk. Few mechanics will look at this car, the stealership will charge $1000 every time I was unlucky enough to use their services and the only honest hybrid car-repair on the westside (shoutout to Car Geeks!) had a one week waiting list. I tried my luck at Yelp and found these 5 star rated guys wayyy out in Montebello. Called, got an instant appointment, on my way. They ran the diagnostic, found all that was missing is a little cooling fluid for the battery (which Chevy discourages you to refill on your own), poured in some and send me my way. But wait, how much? Oh, nothing, said Bob, the owner. Not even a little tip for your mechanics? Nah. Bob and his team obviously work for Karma. And theirs is so good, I'll be back if I ever have to change a battery or some other big job. Happy to pay for their services! read more

My battery had been acting funny. So I contacted a shop through yelp where it sent my question to a few different places. All of the shops except one said I needed a new battery without even looking at my car, so I continued my search. United Hybrid reached out and told me to bring the car on by and he would diagnose the issue. Bob was the one I was in contact with. I brought it over later that day, Bob took it for a spin while it was hooked up. Told me there was a variance in the voltage, not normal but not bad yet. Advised to start planning on buying a new one but assured me at that moment i was fine. He did not try to pressure me into getting a battery, answered my yelp inquiry quick, and shared valuable information. If I ever need my battery replaced, i am coming here. I feel bad that he provided value without me paying him anything, but he should know that when my battery DOES die, he will be getting my business. read more

Absolute life savers!!! I found United EV on a Facebook marketplace ad and after Telsa told me that I was going to have to spend $16k on a new battery for my Model S, I was willing to try anything. Their ad read "Tesla Battery Repair $5,000" so, I took a shot called. Bob was very informative about how they do their repairs and upfront about the possibilities. After only a few days they informed me that the issue was caused by my pyrofuse and only charged me $565 for the repair. HUGE DIFFERENCE FROM $16,000! I could not be more grateful for the honesty and integrity of this shop. When needed I will happily make the 1hr and 45min trip from Palmdale again. I highly recommend them to anyone with a hybrid or electric vehicle. read more
