Went in for a faulty blend door actuator in a 2015 Challenger and was told it would be a few days. They got it done in a day and a half! It was an excellent experience with updates along the way. They even took care of the part after I brought in the wrong one. My a/c is running perfect after the work and just in time for summer. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work it took. I highly recommend for their professionalism and excellent work. read more

I've taken my Mercedes here multiple times and also brought my mom's & daughter's Mercedes, and the experience has always been great. The work is solid, communication is clear, and most importantly they are honest. As someone who's dealt with dealerships trying to upsell or overcharge, it's refreshing to find a shop that genuinely looks out for you. I always hated getting my car serviced because I could never tell if I was getting scammed or if they were trying to upsell me but not here! They're super fast and honest, came here for a repair and they told me I didn't need anything extra. They're super fast fixed the problem and for a great price! Found this gem that can work on all my cars and they have been life saving without breaking the bank. I had a 2013 Honda fit a/c go out & they fixed it within a day at a super reasonable rate. I have a 2015 Mercedes glk350 that needed new coils and spark plugs and they charged 1/3 what the dealership would charge. I only take my cars here from now on and recommend them to all my friends and family. read more

I'm so glad to have found WSC Auto Center! Being somewhat new to the area it's been a challenge to find a shop that I trust with my vehicles. After a nightmare of an experience at a different shop, I contacted Kay at WSC for an inspection to make sure the previous work (done by a different mechanic) was done correctly and my car is in good health before an upcoming summer road trip. Kay was very accommodating, explained what needs to be addressed with my vehicle and assured me that it's ready for the road! He was very generous with his time and I will definitely be back for any of my vehicles needs. I'd also add, that their waiting room has to be the cleanest and most comfortable of any repair shop I've been to, with many drink and snack options as well as electrical outlets to keep your devices charged. Super friendly service!! My brake was making the extremely loud squeaky noise and Tri Auto turned me down for not knowing what brakes made the noise (which is the whole reason why I needed to go there). WSC took me in and diagnosed the issue within 2MIN!!! They didn't charge me anything since there was no fixing needed. These guys were so nice and quick, I'll only be going back and recommend them to all my friends. Thank you!!! read more

I ran over something and had major oil leak right after. Tow it to dealer. Was told by dealer new engine cost 64k with labor cost over 70k. Cost more than cars current value. Friend recommended me bring it to WSC auto center. The owner was MERCEDES BENZ AMG TECH. Very good with engine work. So I brought it in. They found a used engine and got the job done for 1/3rd of the price. Car runs without any issue. Very happy with amount of money I saved and I can keep this car going read more

This dealership was reputable with its previous owner (A-1 Auto), but has proven to be untrustworthy with the new ownership. I received a second estimate from a different mechanic who indicated I did not need the repairs suggested by WSC. I saved over $2,000 going to a different mechanic that did a fantastic job making only the necessary repairs. I will not return to WSC as they have proven themselves untrustworthy. read more

Went there a few weeks ago to get a GT500 CFTW installed on my 2022 Mustang Mach 1 (I bought an aftermarket wing). Love the results, very good price for installation. Finally have transmission oil done for my E92 M3 in WSC. After comparing the price and service with 5 differnt shops. WSC quote me price with the best value . Price included oil , gasket and two filters for complete tranny service . You got to meet the owner Kay . He is professional, humble, knowledgeable and friendly. I am that type of person asking a lot questions about the services. Kay answer all my questions with patient , and even explain to me more detail . I arrived early morning 8:30am. He will be able to work on my car immediately. Put me back on road within 1 hour 30 mins as promised . Amazing . Something bout his background . He used to work in Mercedes benz dealer as the top rated master technician. I feel so lucky to find a shop like this . Very happy with my service . I will recommend this shops to all friends I know . The quote we received was $580 to replace the upper radiator hose. For reference: The part itself retails around $49. The labor guide (verified in our own automotive software) shows 0.6 labor hours for this repair. Even at a $180/hour labor rate, this would equal approximately $108 in labor. Another local repair shop completed the same repair the same day for $200 total. We were told the system showed 2.6 labor hours, which does not align with standard labor time for replacing an upper radiator hose. As a rental company, we rely on fair and transparent pricing. This experience was disappointing and caused unnecessary stress for our customer, who had to drive an overheating vehicle to another shop. I encourage customers to verify labor times and obtain a second opinion before approving repairs.

Now my entire front suspension is compromised either due to them tampering or just the fact they had to drop my front suspension 3 times. Also their main tech isn't ASE certified and is just a "helper " AVOID THIS CHOP SHOP !!

I've never had any issues with any of my classic cars he's worked on and believe me he knows classic cars very well. In Feb 2024 my Chevy Silverado blew the rear differential and I took it to Felipe. He recommended that since I needed to replace the 373 differential I should put in a 456 instead. It cost me a couple $$ more but boy am I glad I listened to him. My 2008 Chevy never towed or ran more efficiently and on less gas then it does now. To those 2 haters that left a bad review was probably cuz they didn't listen to his recommendations that he told them.
