I Highly recommend and vouching for this Auto Shop. Having an acciddent sucks and such a hassle but bringing my car here is super worth it. The owner guy Sherwin pretty much did all the work for me, talking to the adjuster and insurance and made sure i've got everything i need covered. They did a tremendous job too on bringing my car back the way it was or even better. All the new parts from the dealer probably some new recently put out parts too. EXTREMELY HONEST, ETHICAL, AND REASONABLE!!! I've been utilizing independent mechanics since '91. This is the most honest and reasonably priced mechanic I've done business with. The last South Bay independent Benz shop wanted to charge me $200, PLUS a $90 a/c recharge service fee to replace a/c hose they claimed needed replacing and recharge refrigerant. Sherwin diagnosed a/c system to just needing recharge; he saved me hundreds!!!!! I had my a/c recharged, a tune up, auto transmission fluid changed, and an oil sensor leak detected and repaired done on my '97 E320 and all done at a more reasonable price than I've ever experienced at other MB independents. I now have the piece of mind of having an reasonably priced and more importantly, an honest mechanic I can turn to for any routine automotive maintenance and mechanical issues!!!!! read more

This place is great. I drive a German car that is no longer covered by the dealership and I'm 100% human and not made of money. I was referred to Wen by a friend and it was the greatest thing to happen in 2020. I've been to him 3 times now (each visit I already knew why I was coming back because he gave me a heads up on upcoming issues and maintenance suggestions) and each visit was a breeze. I live in KTown and making the 30 minute trip to him is well worth it. No sketchy vibes, I know exactly what's getting fixed and why and the price is always explained and not even too bad. I was recommended to Wen Autoworx by an auto motor rebuilder. I took my Subaru, Forester 2007 Turbo to Sherwin for a 3rd opinion. He turned the car on and diagnosed the problem within 5 min. They gave me a few options and I went for the valve job. His team were professional, clean, and patient enough to do the job right. While rebuilding the top end, he would communicate with me via text about other issues on the front end like worn out ball joints, hoses, and other mechanical issues that happen after 180,000 miles.
