Well he replies and makes up a whole story about how I was cussing him out for a long time and interupting other customers. His story in the review had several contradictions in it and he must have realized it, since he deleted it or challenged my review via the system. After reviewing the other reviews, it appears clear to me that he is manipulating the Google system for a better rating. Definitely avoid if you do not know about auto repairs.
