A friend's Dad recommended Andy and his team. I'm very happy that I made the time while on vacation during the holidays to have some things done. I'm a firm believer in taking care of the car that takes care of you. Had the brakes done and it felt like I was driving a brand new car. Three weeks later I went in for a tune up. So far so good. They leave the replaced parts out for you to see what was removed from the car when you go back for pick up. I called to simply ask about putting some lock lug nuts on 3 wheels and the guy was so rude. He immediately said it would cost $60. $60!?!? To unscrew 3 lug nuts and insert the lock ones on? That job takes less that 2 minutes. Not only that, when I questioned the price he said "fine then do it yourself and save the money". The business was a total scam when they tested for any leaks, it took less than 10 minutes. Another garage had to take more than 20 - 30 minutes. $1500 was what they wanted to charge me. It wasn't maybe, it was total cause they wanted to make sure everything was able to pass the smog test. Nothing less. Took it to the dealer and got two parts replaced. Less than $500 to fix. Andy!!! He saved my day. I went to get a smog check and found out I needed a hose replaced to pass. I was super bummed. When I searched a nearby place to go and Andy told me to come in so he could check it out. Immediately he told me it would be an extremely fair price. They are very unprofessional and lack diagnose repairs. Mr. Andy responded he did not know what was wrong with my vehicle and advise to to take it to a real certified mechanic. Mr. Andy also advise me he was going to double the labor rate that he quoted me. On December 15 at approximately 2 pm Mr. Andy approached me while I was fueling my vehicle with an aggressive behavior and got in my personal space and staring threatening me for responding to yelp reviews. The next time Mr. Andy starts to threaten me I will Chino Police Department involved with this issues. The Worst auto repair in Chino ! Installed the serpentine belt on my 08 sienna the wrong way. it damaged the pulley and the new belt. had to replaced the pulley and belt somewhere else and cost me $300. The burning smell was noticeable after they replaced it . Good thing the belt did not brake while I was driving! I came back to the shop after repair it somewhere else . showed the damaged belt and the pulley and he said the pulley already bad before he replaced the belt. Rude owner and not being honest to admit their mistakes .These guys don't care about your safety , they just want money !! Stay away from this place ! read more

When I tried explaining that they had quoted me a lower price, he very rudely replied "I'm the one who runs this place" It's wasn't about the price, but about the low quality service and rudeness. This is the most honest/quality auto repair shop I've been to and we should keep this type of right business up I came to the shop due to many satisfactory feed-backs from my references. I brought in 01 old 1999 car for tune-up and 01 new 2012 car for check-up. The old car had a serious problem with the ignition and holding the gas after that in the early morning. The mechanics examined both cars very carefully and quickly listed all necessary tasks. They wouldn't mind to explain in details and clearly the "Why" for every tasks technically and be willing to answer any question from the customer. They had a great mentality that "TREATING customer cars like their OWN ones"and "Saving every buck for their customers". They recommended me to use some of their OEM used parts for my old car for higher quality/cheaper cost with a very minimum charge. Also, I noticed Andy kept asking the discounts/promotions from part dealer while ordering new parts for my car to get the best deals for his customer. Regarding the bill, I think it's very reasonable compared to all my past experience. It has been 03 months since the last shop visit and my both cars have been run great/smooth, I don't have to worry about the ignition problem on my old car anymore. The engine started like a charm now in the morning and I'm very happy with the work from Andy and Mai. I went to get some information if they do auto electrical. I stood around for 10 minutes before i had to ask another customer if anyone was in. When someone did walk up to me i asked if they dod Auto electrical he told me he not the owner then yelld out to 2 other machines to see want i needed them both gave me they dont understand me in English and there not the owner. Omg i was going to talk to them in Spanish but i figured if they treat new customers like this and this place is so dirty cars looked worked on but they gave up on them so half way done. I will be informed on how dangerous and dirty they run a business in chino. I will never take my vehicles there or recommend them to anyone.
