Juan was amazing and so kind! Got to me in less then 15 minutes! Was so kind and helpful!

Avoid at all cost!!! I asked for an oil change and was gonna pay $150 and then ask him if he could check the code for a check engine light. He the tells me it's gonna be $160 just for a diagnostic which sounds outrageous just to plug in a device and get a code, which is all I wanted him to do. He insisted I paid that $160 on top of the oil change. A shop down the street did oil change with check engine diagnostic free included. Check else where for a mechanic not here it's a scam!! read more

Took my car to have the air conditioning serviced as it stopped blowing cold air. They had it diagnosed very early in the day after drop off and called to go over all their findings and costs for parts and labor. While my car was there the owner went through fully and checked brakes and battery, cables, and anything else safety wise, and made mention of anything that needed to be replaced, which I very much appreciated as my husband is able to replace those things. I feel we really got valuable service and they are very attention to detail! Best part is one month later and my AC is working perfectly which in this California heat is important! I highly recommend this auto shop! Honest great value and fast! read more

The man owner so rude customer just asking questions but yell loud in front customer to answer don't come this auto shop

A friend's Dad recommended Andy and his team. I'm very happy that I made the time while on vacation during the holidays to have some things done. I'm a firm believer in taking care of the car that takes care of you. Had the brakes done and it felt like I was driving a brand new car. Three weeks later I went in for a tune up. So far so good. They leave the replaced parts out for you to see what was removed from the car when you go back for pick up. Since it's a family business, I do recommend calling around the holidays to verify their hours. read more

Don't go to this shop. They quote you one price when you go in, but give you a different price when you leave. Fucking assholes.

Been coming here for years but this time I was disappointed. Had to cancel my appointment because I cannot get an estimate without an inspection. I already know what I needed to be done. Called again the day before service advisor took all the information and said he will get back to me but never did so I took my business elsewhere. This shop does great work but did not like the way I was treated being a regular customer. read more

I called to simply ask about putting some lock lug nuts on 3 wheels and the guy was so rude. He immediately said it would cost $60. $60!?!? To unscrew 3 lug nuts and insert the lock ones on? That job takes less that 2 minutes. Not only that, when I questioned the price he said "fine then do it yourself and save the money". I called the next mechanic on google and he was happy to do it for free. And of course I gave him $40 anyway for the great service. Do not give this place business! There are plenty of other places that are more deserving read more

I highly recommended Andy to take care of your car. He does quality jobs and never messed up my cars like other auto shops.

The business was a total scam when they tested for any leaks, it took less than 10 minutes. Another garage had to take more than 20 - 30 minutes. $1500 was what they wanted to charge me. It wasn't maybe, it was total cause they wanted to make sure everything was able to pass the smog test. Nothing less. Took it to the dealer and got two parts replaced. Less than $500 to fix. If the business owner is telling you all the truth here, what's my car? read more

Andy!!! He saved my day. I went to get a smog check and found out I needed a hose replaced to pass. I was super bummed. When I searched a nearby place to go and Andy told me to come in so he could check it out. Immediately he told me it would be an extremely fair price. He even bolted down a loose pipe I had at no extra charge. Done in 15 minutes, and passed my smog check. What a blessing! Great place I recommend it! read more

Chino Auto Repair - Quick fix for my 99 Audi A4 - Auto Repair Near Me - Chino, California

I feel that he is an irresponsible liar. He repaired my car and replaced my belt many years ago but then repaired my car and damaged it not only did I lose the car but I was also defrauded of US$800. read more

They are very unprofessional and lack diagnose repairs. Mr. Andy responded he did not know what was wrong with my vehicle and advise to to take it to a real certified mechanic. Mr. Andy also advise me he was going to double the labor rate that he quoted me. On December 15 at approximately 2 pm Mr. Andy approached me while I was fueling my vehicle with an aggressive behavior and got in my personal space and staring threatening me for responding to yelp reviews. The next time Mr. Andy starts to threaten me I will Chino Police Department involved with this issues. I believe Mr. Andy thought he can get away ripping off customers for repairs he couldn't perform. Just a reminder for Andy there are 3 things that make a gasoline engine run compression.,spark and fuel. read more

I love Andy and Mai, best team around. I've been coming to them for all my car needs for a few years now. I'm always there as soon as they open because whenever I drive by they always have a line of cars waiting haha! Honest, reliable and they have the best hands in Chino. As a girl going to a mechanic is always a little intimidating but Andy is always so nice and makes conversation with me. Never once have I felt like I was being ripped off. They have my business and will continue to have it as long as they are open. I feel like the people who leave bad reviews are the people who think they know more than the mechanic! Andy and Mai I wish you many more years of success and thank you so much for helping a girl out when her car isn't doing so great. read more

I went yesterday to resurface rotors. They gave me a quote and when I went back to get it done they gave me a higher price. When I tried explaining that they had quoted me a lower price, he very rudely replied "I'm the one who runs this place" It's wasn't about the price, but about the low quality service and rudeness. I will never come back and never give them a dollar. Lost business. read more

The Worst auto repair in Chino ! Installed the serpentine belt on my 08 sienna the wrong way. it damaged the pulley and the new belt. had to replaced the pulley and belt somewhere else and cost me $300. The burning smell was noticeable after they replaced it . Good thing the belt did not brake while I was driving! I came back to the shop after repair it somewhere else . showed the damaged belt and the pulley and he said the pulley already bad before he replaced the belt. Rude owner and not being honest to admit their mistakes .These guys don't care about your safety , they just want money !! Stay away from this place ! read more

This is the most honest/quality auto repair shop I've been to and we should keep this type of right business up I came to the shop due to many satisfactory feed-backs from my references. I brought in 01 old 1999 car for tune-up and 01 new 2012 car for check-up. The old car had a serious problem with the ignition and holding the gas after that in the early morning. The mechanics examined both cars very carefully and quickly listed all necessary tasks. They wouldn't mind to explain in details and clearly the "Why" for every tasks technically and be willing to answer any question from the customer. They had a great mentality that "TREATING customer cars like their OWN ones"and "Saving every buck for their customers". They recommended me to use some of their OEM used parts for my old car for higher quality/cheaper cost with a very minimum charge. Also, I noticed Andy kept asking the discounts/promotions from part dealer while ordering new parts for my car to get the best deals for his customer. Regarding the bill, I think it's very reasonable compared to all my past experience. It has been 03 months since the last shop visit and my both cars have been run great/smooth, I don't have to worry about the ignition problem on my old car anymore. The engine started like a charm now in the morning and I'm very happy with the work from Andy and Mai. I would highly recommended this service to anyone who is looking for "HONEST, HIGH QUALITY, AND AFFORDABILITY" for their car services. You NEVER go WRONG with this shop. read more

A small, honest shop with nice, helpful employees. I don't live in the area but I was on an early leg of a road trip. My old Honda was making some strange noises and shifting was not as smooth. Duke and his team were able to fix a leak in the clutch as well as an oil leak. In no time I was on my way. As a female, I've often been scammed by mechanics with costly repairs I didn't need.
