If you're looking to avoid upselling and unsolicited service recommendations this is the place for you. I've been comming here for all my cars ....oil changes and all mechanical issues on my cars. So far we've had the instrument cluster went out on our tahoe 825 dollars cheaper than the dealer......shocked were also replaced on the tahoe 280 dollars cheaper than the dealer. Brakes done on both my tahoe and silverado saved us hundreds. Oil changes on my beamer which also saved me hundreds. I've never had issues or complaints not to mention the thousands saved over the years using their services.Alfredo and his team is always very professional and honest. BEWARE! Do not go to this Auto Shop! On May 19th I went to get an oil change and Jiffy Lube informed me they could not service my car because my vehicle had silicone around the drain plug and oil pan from the previous oil change. I informed the manager of the problem because they did my last oil change at KP Auto Service, which by the present silicone around the oil pan was a hack job. Alfredo told me to come in and he would fix the problem. On May 20th upon arriving he said he was not at fault and continued to lie and said that he had told me they would put silicone around the drain plug because it was leaking beforehand, which was a lie. The customer service ended with him simply stating I could sue him if I wanted to. Please beware of this shop, they are just a scam! read more

But today Alfredo tried to charge me 40 then saw I had a semi what newer car he tried to up the price. For that price I'll go to a dealership. I love this shop, when I give them the specs for my truck and ask for a price they give that price. Everytime. They're fast, know what they're doing and better then any goodyear or jiffylube. I found this shop after being jipped from goodyear only to find good year stole my oil cap, they sold me a new one for ten bucks and I was happily on my way. I've been comming here for oil changes and tune ups on my car for 3 years and have never been disappointed. They do have to charge $2 for using a card thats why most signs say cash only. Some people posted that they've been charged more for things. I never have, maybe its because I'm a loyal customer who drives from yucaipa to chino because I trust no one else but... I have a toyota and never been charged more then $50 for a full synthetic oil change which is cheap since goodyear charged me $100. read more

Been coming here for awhile now... Long story short...Yesterday I bought a new battery for my pickup. As I was driving to work this morning I lost power and the truck almost stalled, which is what was happening with the previous battery. After work I called Alfredo and asked if he could take a quick look before going home for the day...I called him right before 6PM which is when they close. He told me that he would wait for me. I forgot to tell him that I was coming from work and was about 20 minutes away. When I got there they were obviously closed and they were waiting for me. I apologized for being so late, but he was understanding and took a look at the battery and connections. He spent about 15 minutes working on the terminal cable and fixed the problem...no charge. read more

So what could have been a really stressful experience turned out to be a relatively painless one thanks to the help of the nice gentleman at this service station. It was near the end of my lunch hour and I stopped by here to get some gas and upon trying to leave I turned my key and.. *pff click*click*click* NOTHING!!!! My Mitsubishi Eclipse was dead! Arrrggh!! Luckily one of the guys from here noticed my situation came over with a jump device and started my car. Not wanting this to happen to me again later I asked them if they could do a diagnostic and figure out the problem and also hey while I'm here I should hey an oil change since I was near due anyway! Long story short everything was fixed and I was out of there within 20 minutes paying only a little bit over $20. Catastrophe was averted! Thanks guys! Will definitely be back here! read more

One star because the guy who did the oil change was nice and knew what he was doing. Minus 4 stars and the reason I will never return for the shop owner, Alfonso, he is a crook. Sign says 19.99 for an oil change but he'll charge you extra every time. I should have known when he charged the guy in front of me an extra 20 bucks because he had a 6 cylinder car and used dome special oil, he tried to charge me an extra 15 because he said I had a "special" filter. It's just a regular barrel filter used on most GM cars. This guy is a joke and a cheat. Stay clear. I tried to support this place because it's a small business but I'll be going to Jiffy Lube from now on. read more
