Came in for a basic oil change. the guy I assume to be the manager was rude from the moment i pulled up and it was obvious his coworker was uncomfortable as well. This guy was extremely aggressive in his mannerisms; slamming doors, talking/cussing to himself while on the computer. He then proceeded to raise his voice to me when asking if I received a text message regarding a price. Not only did he fail to explain to me what the text was for or where it was coming from, the text came with a quote which was $30 cheaper than the price given. I've been coming here for years and usually the workers show me the price, up sale me on extras, I pay them directly and leave. Simple. I felt extremely uncomfortable from the moment I got there so I decided to leave. I told him I was going somewhere else and he yelled at me that he had already drained the oil from my car. So I yelled back at him for taking the oil out of my car before even giving me a quote or price. And after reading other reviews of him mistreating people I'm glad I did. His excuse for this was "to move things along faster". I WAS THE ONLY PERSON THERE. After going back and forth he said (still yelling) that I could leave, but that I would never be able to come back again. He yelled at the worker to pull my car out and again, I yelled back at him bc he told me he pulled the oil and he is being mean to the worker. He responded by then saying the service was completed and the oil was in there. Livid, I told him it was crazy to complete the service without quoting me. The worker pulled my car out and apologized for what was happening. Idk who this guy is, or why he is still there after all these YEARS of horrible treatment toward customers and workers. The guys are friendly and do a great job. Had my headlights restored in 30 minutes. The location on Pine said it would take 3 hours. The dealer told me it would be $4000 to replace headlight covers that turned yellow. $108.00 from Jiffy is a lot better. I recommend this location for service. read more

Just went here and the guy at the desk was extremely rude. When he was talking to me he was talking very fast/ mumbling I asked what was that as to repeat what was said and I got a total attitude and raised voice back. But guess what that's not it I'm now on my way to a different location one closer to my house because the bottom of my car is clearly not put back together correctly. The lack of respect for my car and property is unacceptable. Im not sure wtf yall got going on but this place sucks BOOTY CHEEKS and I wont be coming back. These people almost completely damaged my 2021 Lexus a few months ago after an oil change. I drove home to find oil leaking the entire way. My hood was smoking significantly, and the engine was rumbling. It was extremely unsafe and scary. When I returned, they fixed the issue but only after giving my dad attitude when he rightfully expressed concern about the potential damage to my car. More recently, I came in for another oil change (never again), and they went into my glove compartment WITHOUT asking, to check the air filter. In the past, they've always asked first. I wouldn't have been upset if they had actually returned it in good condition, but they left my glove compartment a complete mess. It was filled with dirt and leaves from the filter, and they just shoved everything back in carelessly, breaking my perfume bottle in the process. This was unprofessional and easily avoidable if they had simply asked for permission before going through my personal belongings. One too many bad experiences. read more

The service was great. I did not have an appointment but got in quickly and the oil change was done in 15 minutes. They also changed my cabin filter. It was the original on a 2016 vehicle. I come here for my oil change all the time. It started because they let me stay in the vehicle when I have my son who is autistic so that's extremely helpful. They also top off my tires with air if it needs it. Today they vacuumed my car and threw all my collection of water bottles away without asking. I think that's really nice. Car came out with extensive damage to driver side fender on the corner were the hood meets the fender. Carlos was so nice. My other half died recently and this was the first time in 17 years I had to deal with car maintenance. Carlos treated me with respect and empathy. This Jiffy Lube was my #1 choice. My hubby and I used to park near them, facing the strawberry patch, to enjoy ice cream cones from nearby Wienerschnitzel. I feel safer now, since the oil/filter change, various fluid checks, and tire pressure. And Carlos replaced the 2-year-old paper dealer plate with the license plate I found in the glove box. If I could give this place zero stars I would. They see that my skid plate is missing bolts and is damaged but FAIL TO TELL ME. So what happens? It falls and drags ON THE FREEWAY. Could have fallen off completely and blasted out from under my car, hitting the car behind me and causing an accident. Hubs takes it in the next day, they apologize, say they will order the bolts and make notes for the manager. I call the manager the next day (Monday) and he was like, "Oh well, it's noted right here on your invoice that the bolts were missing when you came in." AND YOU DON'T TELL THE CUSTOMER??? I usually take my car to the jiffy lube in Chino Hills, but because this one on Riverside was closer I decided to bring my car to this one...big mistake. I paid for the Signature Service. On the receipt they checked off that they cleaned the windows and vacuumed the floor...that was not done. I had new tires put on at Costco the day before, and Costco puts green caps on the valve stems to indicate the tires are inflated with Nitrogen. Needless to say two of my tires had been replaced with black caps on the valve stems and the other two were missing entirely. The sticker they put on says my next oil changed is due at 149,938 miles. The actual mileage on my car was 149,300 miles. The receipt states 144,938. I believe this is a con to bring my car back earlier than needed. Not going back there ever again. read more

What a rip off. Bought a jeep, took it here for an oil and filter change, paid the money, and look what I found today. This old filter that says to change it in 2011. I trusted that they did the honest and right thing for their customers but apparently not. If you go here be sure they take out your old filter and show you the old one before replacing it. You just can't trust them but they will be sure to still charge you for it. What a waste of money and so sad we have to be so cautious. I've been driving around with this old filter until today when an honest mechanic showed it to me when he changed it. Better to save your money and give someone else your business. Came in for an oil change just to get my car messed up. The guy didn't screw the bottom plate all the way in which came off while I was on the freeway. Which left my car making a noise, so I had to call off work and bring my car in which the supervisor was no help. They tried telling me there was nothing they can do, so after talking for a while they agreed to get me a new bottom plate with no refund. I asked about the noise and they told me it wasn't anything and if I had a problem I can bring it back or take it to another shop. This is the second time I have been to this jiffy lube recently, and the service quality has been very poor. They don't go over what they did to your car anymore like they used to. Nor do they do everything that you pay for, but charge you $50 for an oil change anyway. They are supposed to wash your windows and vacuum out your car. They mark off on your receipt that they did these things however, they never do. They even checked off on my paper once that I declined services when they never asked me if I wanted it. The last time I went, they never even let me get out my car. They let me sit in the car the whole time while they changed my oil so they never could vacuum it. They also don't give stickers anymore for when your new oil change is due. When I pulled up, everyone was sitting around doing nothing. And they acted like they didn't really want to service my car. They did the bare minimum and sent me on my way. The employees come off as very lazy here. I frequent this location and the customer service is usually great. However, today, was a different story. It was a normal start of the service. I parked my car in front of the open bay. I was approached quickly, and service began. I had asked for an oil change and to check the condition of my back beaks. My car was moved into the bay it was parked in front of. However, after about 20 min, nothing happened. During this time, I checked into yelp and set up the 12$ off coupon for this oil change. Something I have done 4 times at this location (and more for other jiffy lube locations). My car was eventually moved to the other bay. After they moved the car, I was then asked which brakes needed to be checked a second time. I guess they moved the car to the other bay to check the rear brakes? Service was performed on my car and after 45 minutes, it was done. There was only one other vehicle in the bay for an oil change when I arrived. I went to pay, and everything was going accordingly, until I attempted to use my coupon for checking in. The code didn't work. The employee asked if I was at the right location, which I told him I was. I went back and checked the coupon and I had forgotten to activate it. I did so, yet the password still didn't work after that. He said he couldn't take the coupon and said he would only offer me 10$ off and that he would only take the coupon if it had a barcode instead of a code. I had to haggle with him until he gave me 12$ off. When leaving, I was also surprised and annoyed to find that someone had tracked and left oil stains onto the floorboard on the driver side. I am disappointed by the attitude given by the employee and finding oil stains on the floorboard. Not only that, from the time I arrived and left, it had been well over an hour. I had left home at 8:50 and didn't return until 10:45. The car took about 30 min to be moved to the bay, and another 45ish minutes to be serviced.
