I opted for the $15 supreme wash which includes a wheel blaster and tire shine but post car wash, it was still pretty dirty. However, the best part of this car wash is the powerful vacuum at the end of it! The vacuums had a great suction and was able to clean up all my dog's fur lingering on the floors and on my seats. I used to go to the other car wash in Montclair near Costco since it's $7 for tire shine + car wash but the vacuums over there are so old and has terrible suction. This place is with it for vacuums but not worth it to the tire shine + wheel blaster at the $15 tier. Maybe I'll try the premium wash at $18 next time or just go to a hand wash place instead to treat my car once in a while. read more

I tried this place out using a coupon I found and I wasn't disappointed. Once I arrived there was an attended to help check cars in. This is the type of car wash where you sit in your car and then you can vacuum after. I got the premium wash and it did a really good job with washing the car. After, I dried it in the bay with towels that I brought. I then proceeded to vacuum my car which was super dirty considering I have kids who always seem to make a mess.. lol. The vacuum did a really good job picking things up. I think the only draw back was that the vacuum had a long straight head which made it tiring to hold after awhile. My hand was hurting after 20min. I prefer a "T" shaped head which would catch more and other car wash places have that shape, especially in Huntington Beach where they have a lot of car wash places. I enjoyed washing my car here and it really did a good job. I'm considering getting a membership. Great spot! Busy intersection so make sure you drive slow to get in and watch out for cars on the way out. read more

Been a customer for over 2 years. I chose this location due to my ease of washing my vehicle coming from work to my home. At first everything was going as it should have, after a few months I starting noticing that this location would be shutting down due to malfunction of the carwash itself or would be open but the vacuum system would be shut down pretty often. It was always something with this spot so I finally decided when prices went up I cancelled my membership and now I have found another location that has kept me satisfied with a lease amount of money that I used to pay for. I don't recommend this place anymore after the downfall of their customer care. read more

This is a great car wash not only for people that reside in the area, but also for anyone passing by the Central Ave exits on the 10 or 60. That's what I did on the way to Palm Desert. It's a short drive off the exits. The least expensive wash is $8.00 The most expensive is $19.00 The 2 exployees that I had contact with were excellent. They were customer oriented, focused, and helpful. I would hire them to work at my company. The wash did a very good job. No automatic wash will take off all the bird poops but this one got most. There are 2 long rows of vaccumes with large spaces. No one is going to have difficulty finding an open vac and you wont get sprayed when someone uses the air hoses. The vaccume suction is fierce. I lost another pair of rubber gloves to the hose that was close enough for a split second. It also grabbed my short pants leg and I had to forceably yank it away to get it off me. Keep anything valuable far away. Like all automatic car washes they are harsh on you car's body. Today this one broke off my rear wiper and rendered it useless. (See picture of condition after the wash) Who needs a rear wiper anyway? They do not tape your wipers here unfortunately. The Premium wash comes with automatic machine applied tire shine. I was glad they were able to turn it off at my request because at other washes it's not accurate and over sprays the oily substance into the brake rotors whuch decreases stopping distance and causes accidents. I would default not include it unless specifically requested by a customer after they sign a waiver of liability. They have nice clean restrooms here: you need a code to enter. No paper towels--bring your own. I wanted to buy a dry towel in the vending machine, but after I put $2 in paper bills in 2x and it said sold out even though there were many, I left with a fist full of quarter refund converted from my dollars. In sum, Car wash did a very good job cleaning the car, (but broke off my rear wiper), nice restrooms, excellent vacuum, nice diligent people work here. I would wash here again my next time in the area driving by. Now that the rear wiper is broken I don't have to worry about it breaking a second time. read more

I've been going here for almost a year now and I have the membership unlimited washes, I have always got the bug spray before I go into the wash itself. I don't get all the bells & dings I have touch less since my car is new and they are not responsible for any scratches at all. Everyone always gives me the bug remover spray when I go through. The employee just shoots some on your hood and top of car. Yesterday I went and it was a different day than usual, and the man said I could not have spray at all, because I don't have the PREMIUM PACKAGE. I was like well I have always got the bug spray he said no. And rude he was. All Packages should include the bug spray. No matter what. You pay a lot monthly I pay $28 a month, the least you could do is put some spray on my hood and top of my car. How petty is that. I would have to pay $40 a month for the bug spray. I am the package down from Premium. Gessh, I went and bought my own to use now but damn it was just some bug spray I would have gave it to the customer to make them happy instead of being a rude jerk. I was thinking about cancelling my membership and changing car washes, but the only thing keeping me there is it's touchless and I have not found another one around. read more

I've been going to this car wash since it started! I paid $19.99 for the basic wash . I get billed every month since then , but this month I was billed the "New Member Price " $22.99 ! No email, no text ! I went twice , I asked why didn't I get notification that you are raising the monthly payment? The worker apologized and took my name, license & phone number and said someone will contact you. Two times! Sill no one in the two weeks ever called or text me . the machines wash pretty well and I like the free vacuum services. I have the monthly plan and I'd say it's worth the price if you wash every week. I will say sometimes their hours are inaccurate, and it's happened multiple times that I go to wash during their open hours online, but it's actually closed. I had a mixed experience at this car wash. After checking my bank statement, I noticed a $30 charge and was confused, since I'd only visited once and paid $10 for a wash. I remembered that when I initially tried to use apple pay the employee asked if I had my card. At the time I didn't think much of it, assuming they maybe didn't accept apple pay. However, I've now realized that's how he was able to get my card information and sign me up for a membership without my consent. VERY concerning! When I reached out to resolve the issue, the current staff was helpful and issued a full refund, which I genuinely appreciated. The manager also informed me that the employee responsible had been fired for fraud, which shows they're taking steps to prevent this from happening again. Overall, I'm grateful for the resolution but still cautious about the initial experience. read more

Found a coupon online for free! And when I got in line the gal smiled, took my coupon, and gave me great service! I've been to a few other drive thru car washes but I definitely saw a difference in service and friendliness. I most appreciated the trash cans which are scattered about, I dragged one close to the car and was able to throw stuff in as I went. Went on a Saturday and the liner was fresh, so I know they keep up on emptying them! So convenient to have them moveable! Also, I loved the extra touch of the little hand held pressure air, because there's been little crumbs I haven't been able to get til I put that puppy on them! $9 for the cheapest one, 17.99 for the premium! Any company that allows you to sign up for a subscription online but does not allow you to cancel it online has scam like tactics. Would give ZERO stars if I could. My wife and both have accounts and today noticed a Family Plan banner offering $5.00 off EACH vehicle. I spoke with the lady manager inquiring about the family plan, she said it was easy, that we just needed to put both of our cars under the same payment card. I said perfect! I then stated the discount was $5.00 off each vehicle correct? She replied, no only one. I replied, well your banner says $5.00 off each vehicle. We both went outside to look at the banner. She then replied to me that it says $5.00 off A vehicle. I said no, it says EACH vehicle look a little closer. She said oh I'm sorry my eyes are pretty bad, then told an attendant to take down the sign. We went back in the office and she asked for my debit card, I asked her, so I get $5.00 off of each vehicle correct? She said no only one. I asked her for the manager, she said she was the manager. The hours are not posted at the kiosk. The attendant took my payment and did not state that the car wash would close at 8 pm. I was there at 7:56 pm. Just enough time to run through the car wash and the vacuums were shut off! When I asked about the vacuums another attendant said that they close at 8pm. Don't take my money if the services are not available. THEN the attendants were telling each other SHE is mad. A customer (there friend) where are you from? We close at 8pm every day. When you enter, you can choose which car wash you want- premium, supreme, and deluxe- and then you pay and head into the washing area. (They also hand you a drying towel to use!) I love how convenient it is and I love the free vacuum. It is super strong so it's perfect when you need to vacuum the inside of your car. Also, the staff are super friendly and kind! I tried the touchless car wash option today and it didn't clean as much as I expected it to, but Cody helped me out and let me go through the wash again and it was way cleaner! I returned to the car wash ready to fill out a claim form, then came Nathan !!This wonderful employee assured me it was dirt from under my car. The wash washes away dirt from under the car.(WOW)!
