If you can't read on, let me just say, you 100% will be completely happy, satisfied, impressed, thankful if you use Abe and Sunshine Auto Detail! We bought this car 5 years ago. It's 2014 Honda pilot. The previous owners gave us an incredible deal with super low mileage, but, when I saw the interior I wanted them to knock the price down a few thousand. Fast forward and after adding my four kids mess to their mess-- I truly believed the damage was beyond repair. We had spilled half a beef stew in the front seat from our crockpot, which left a terrible odor. There was yogurt on the ceiling, hand prints on all the doors, the seats' originally greasy stains had turned multiple shades of gray from being trapped behind 4 car seats. I genuinely have never seen a messier car and I was embarrassed! Knowing we couldn't buy a new car rn I decided to look into getting it detailed. I was in chino (though I live 10 miles from there l) and looking up car detailers while waiting for my daughter. I thought I had been looking locally but I happened on sunshine auto, saw the good reviews and called. Abe answered and was equally friendly and professional. He was incredibly understanding and made my "7kid mess pilot" seem doable and quoted me sight unseen for 300-400. I thought, it couldn't hurt and I wanted to at least give it a try... worst case I lose 400 and I'm disspaointed, best case, it looks better! That's where I got it wrong! The BEST case, would be that Abe goes above and beyond, keeps the car a second day so he can work on the odor, polishes my headlight and shines up my exterior (he had only quoted interior per my request) and, I genuinely couldn't believe what I drove out of that church parking lot in. I had read a review for them that said "feels like a new car" I knew that wouldn't be my experience, but then here I was, repeating several times to the kids "guys, I feel like we are driving a brand new car!" And I do! Some stains are still there but I'm telling you, the interior looks and smells so good, the steering suddenly felt smoother, the tint on the windows seemed more luxury, absolutely everything screamed "NEW!!!". I'm so so so so impressed! I feel so thankful for their team I know they gave me way more than we payed for and we are so blessed! read more

Sunshine Auto wasn't our first choice but so glad it didn't work out with the other guy (that other guy had the reviews but lacked in politeness or helpfulness). When we got a quote from Abe, he explained what they were going to do and the cost for each thing. We didn't even have to ask! What he said and the price he gave aligned perfectly with what we were expecting. Already, that was a very good first impression. There were cheaper quotes from others but they were "too" cheap and the others just blurted out prices without giving details. Even more amazing, they got us scheduled for the following day. When they arrived the next day, another plus was the van was clearly decaled with the company name and logo. We were relieved it wasn't just some shady windowless white van that pulled up. Daniel was out detailer. Daniel was the coolest, nicest guy! He's the type of guy where if you were willing to talk, he will make time to listen. Very approachable, very friendly and easy to talk to. Daniel worked a solid 2+ hours. From my window I saw him leaf blowing, spraying, scrubbing, and doing all sorts of acrobats to get to all the nooks and crannies of our car. When he was done, it was as of the car was new! But the most amazing part was he got rid of the smell! We spilled Boiling Crab butter sauce in the back seat when transporting a tray of shrimp. If you guys have had Boiling Crab, you know the smell. It wasn't too bad at first, but after we tried cleaning it ourselves, it ended up smelling way worse. It smelled like someone threw up in the car. We tried everything : blow drying, dish soap,.spray deodorizers, baking soda, vinegar, a Bissell deep cleaning machine. Nothing worked. It was during Christmas so everything was closed and it was rainy, so we ended up just leaving that smell there for about 2 weeks. Then came Daniel who worked his magic (and did his acrobats) and the smell is now gone! We are super relieved and thankful we found Sunshine Auto Detail. We highly recommend them! read more

We discovered ants in our minivan so decided to get the car detailed. We dropped the car off in a church parking lot in Chino. I forget the lads name but it wasn't Abe. We were originally quoted $350 for the interior to be detailed and for the ant problem to be fixed. We took out all the car seats and emptied the car for him and the guy had to charge us an extra $50 (so $400 total) because he "wasn't informed about the kid mess." Well it's a minivan bro... and in our defense it wasn't that bad. The interior is leather seats so it's not like fabric had to be washed or anything. Just some crumbs or sand to be vacuumed up, nothing crazy. We left the car with bromie for about 6 hours because they had to do Ozone treatment to kill the ants. When we got the car back it was visibly cleaned but I wouldn't say detailed. And there were still some ants crawling around. Although I appreciate friend's time and efforts I probably would not use this auto detail place again. Thank you anyways. read more

Anyone with a spider phobia would understand what a BIG NO-NO this was.
