Especially since my wife has some white vegan seats that have tough stains and some crackling. He offered to review some photos I provided him. Upon seeing multiple positive reviews for Benny's Bubblez, I decided to reach out and schedule an appointment. I sent them a message through Yelp and received a prompt response. They communicated well in answering any questions I had and what their pricing was. I wasn't expecting them to be available to service my vehicle at 4pm the same day. We opted to schedule my auto detailing the next morning. When morning came, I received a text message from Sho Sho confirming their scheduled appointment with me. They informed me that they were running late and I appreciated the updates. Upon arrival Benny explained to me the service package they were going to perform on my vehicle. During his assessment he noticed a peeling decal and faded rubber seals around my vehicle and offered additional services for a fee. I appreciated his feedback and explanation for the additional services. I opted to add it to my bill. What I appreciated most about Benny was him explaining what products he uses and why. He also educated me on the best treatment for my leather seats and what to avoid having used on them from a regular car washing facility. Being a dog owner, and with 3+ years since my last detail, the inside of my car was filthy. Mud and dog hair plastered to the leather. Food crumbs embedded in the carpet. It was important to me to find a detailer who could target and eliminate the underlying sources of odor, in addition to the much-needed deep cleaning. Benny and his team didn't just detail my car: they completely restored it. I appreciated the team's timely arrival, and the thorough consultation and walk-through in the beginning. Showed up 35 minutes early, worked diligently to get the job done before it got hot outside. He cleaned inside, outside, the engine, removed the oxidation around the wheels and calipers, shampooed the carpets, waxed and sealed the outside. First time using a mobile car cleaning service and I was not disappointed. Contacted about 6 Mobile detailers for an interior detail with some stain removals on a Sunday around 4pm. Benny was first to respond, was friendly, had the most reasonable prices, and was out to me within a few hours, again, on short notice on a Sunday evening.
