I recently contacted Benny's Bubblez on short notice for an exterior car wash of my Mercedes-Benz Sprinter in Jurupa Valley. We agreed on a flat rate of $100. Upon arriving at a mutually designated location, two gentlemen arrived and proceeded to wash the van. After their completion, I decided to give a $25 tip before inspecting the vehicle. Initially, I assumed the wash was satisfactory until I noticed numerous soap streaks on the surface. The following day, I reached out to the owner to express my dissatisfaction with the service. I informed him that there were areas of dried soap damage across the entire vehicle. He kindly offered to come to my location to rectify the issue, stating he would be willing to drive to the Coachella Valley to polish the paint and address the damage at 5:00 AM the next morning (Saturday). I accepted his offer; however, due to my late arrival the night before, I had to message him to cancel our appointment. I informed him that I would take care of the issue myself. On Sunday, I met with my local detailer, who estimated the cost of repairing the damage to my Sprinter at $800 (please see the attached photo). In total, the detailer spent 9.5 hours repairing the damaged paint. I strongly recommend considering alternative services for your vehicle. While the team at Benny's Bubblez are well-intentioned, even the best can make mistakes. In all fairness to them, they did offer to rectify the situation. However, if the initial service had been performed correctly, I would not have incurred an additional expense of $800. read more

I just had my car detailed here and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. They were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what they were going to do. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new , inside and out. The exterior had a flawless shine, no streaks or water spots, and the interior detail was incredible. Every corner, vent, and crevice was spotless, and even the carpets smelled fresh and clean. They clearly put care and attention into their work, not just rushing through it. Pricing was very fair for the quality, and they finished right on time. It's rare to find a place that combines excellent customer service with such meticulous work. I'll definitely be coming back regularly and recommending them to friends and family. If you want your car to look showroom-ready again, this is the place to go! read more

I can't recommend Benny enough! He recently detailed two of my vehicles and did an absolutely phenomenal job on both. What really stood out was his fast response time. I needed the work done on a tight schedule, and Benny was incredibly accommodating, fitting me in right when I needed it most. It's rare to find that kind of reliability and efficiency these days. Beyond the speed, the quality of the work was top-notch, and the pricing was very fair. If you're looking for someone who provides great value, professional service, and a showroom-quality finish, Benny is your guy. Benny was very good at communicating quickly and answering my questions. In person, he was very kind and friendly and easy to work with. They ran a little late, but made sure to let me know their ETA. He and his teammate took their time working on my very water-stained car and got it looking very shiny. I requested this service because my car had very worn-in hardwater stains on the glass (to the point that driving at night was sketchy), and he had great success getting the stains out! I appreciate that he gave advice on how to avoid water-stains in the future and suggested easy ways to care for my car. read more

So pleased with my experience. I had a carton of milk break in my trunk and the smell was so bad, and I needed it professionally cleaned. Benny replied to me right away and offered to clean my car that evening in just 2 hours! He was able to clean just my trunk for me, because I didn't want to pay for an entire interior cleaning. He explained exactly what his cleaning process was for me, and even gave me a personal recommendation of an odor eliminator I could buy. He did a great job and I'm so relieved to have my car smelling normal again. Definitely recommend! read more

Benny was very accommodating and was able to come out last minute to clean our car. We have 3 very high shedding dogs and needed the car deep cleaned after a big trip with them. It was important to us that it was done thoroughly since our baby is constantly riding around with us. I was mainly looking to see that the dog hair was taken care of but was very blown away by the attention to detail on all areas of the car. Definitely will be hiring Benny again. read more

Brought my car in for an engine bay detail and honestly, these guys killed it. Super professional from the jump--quick check-in, explained what they were gonna do, and didn't waste any time. They got the job done fast, but still managed to hit every little corner under the hood. No greasy mess, no half-done wipe downs--just clean, sharp, and looking way better than I expected. Feels like I just drove it off the lot again. read more

Benny did an amazing job with my Mazda 3, he went above and beyond and made sure the interior was clean and just like new. I thought this Mazda 3 thinking the seats were already pretty clean but I was very wrong as evidenced by what came out of them during the cleaning. He came early and worked very hard for a reasonable price. I highly recommend him and will be using him the future. read more
