I cannot say enough about this car wash. Honestly, I've lived in the Inland Empire for years and this is the only car wash I love! When you arrive at the stop, an aid comes to help you make your choice (lets be honest that most are the same but the higher prices have more awesome stuff). I always take their advice after saying my wants--and I've never been disappointed by it! After the wash, they have their own car vacuum area that has never been too full for me to find a spot. Their vacuums work very well and really do the job. From my last visit, the aids gave me a microfiber towel for use with the car wash, which is fantastic for me! The only spot I go to! The staff is friendly and they take care of your car. I love that they have a designated area for you to use the vacuums. Best part is it's not timed like the traditional gas station spots, so no rush to get all the nooks and crannies. The only thing that bothers me is that they don't wear masks which is why I took off a star, especially since they assist you when picking which car wash you'd like. I can't complain, though, they really do take care of you besides the masks part. I haven't had any troubles here and my car never has any streaks or anything of that sort after leaving. Why do you guys always pre-spray only the right side of the car before it goes into the wash? The left side ends up no being 100% clean. Aside from that, it's a good quick deal for $7 bucks. Have been a customer since they opened but over time the service has gone way down. When Elaina is not there the other employees are more interested in talking to each other then paying attention to their customers. Have to ask for the wheel treatment that has been paid for instead of the employees coming out to my car automatically. I guess service isn't important anymore. read more

I have been coming to this car wash over 6 years and I have never experienced the bad service I've experienced today. First the guy had problems putting my cash in the machine ( was not his fault-machine malfunction). Second the the vacuum was clogged. I walked over to the booth to inform them of the problem. The guys acted like I was bothering them by telling them about the vacuum. Two guys came out with attitudes, one disconnected the vacuum hose and the other went to put armor oil on someone's tires. I had to inform the guy to put armor oil on my tires since I paid for the monster wash. He ahas an attitude but he did it. I ended up backing out of the parking spot to back into the spot to vacuum the other side of my car. After was done the guy reconnected the other vacuum hose. I was very disappointed with the service today. read more

Pros: It was cheap, fast, without waiting even during the weekend, and had free self-vacuum (As it was not crowded I used vacuum for about 20 minutes). Cons: I know that my car was very dirty, but after that it still had a lot of dirt spots (I did a super wash for 9 $). Also, the vacuum was not that much efficient. read more

Generally no wait for a wash or the vacuum bank, totally reasonable prices and the kids who work there (really, only ever high school/college aged folks) are always friendly. I once even took a winter road trip from CA to WY and back and my white truck was filthy- the first wash wasn't super effective so they sent me through again. I went there on December 17 to wash my car , i ended up with scratched paint , broken turn signal and a broken windshield, my car has only 9 k miles and it's almost brand new ! I noticed that immediately after i left the tunnel so i asked the guy there to come take a look at it, we filed an incident report with my email address and my phone number to let the owner call me . This place certainly looks fancy on Sunnymead Blvd... but, it's just another bad mechanical carwash... It's cheap, I'll give them that. $5 for a basic wash for my truck (F150), but unfortunately it didn't actually clean it... It's the kind that attempts to beat the dirt off with spinning cloths, I really don't like these types of washes. The machine pulls your vehicle through the wash by it's front driver-side wheel, while you ride inside listening to it attempt to slap the paint off your vehicle. The end result was poor, water marks, many areas that the machine did not clean, just very bad all round. I won't be returning. Back to the hand-wash places that actually get things clean and dry, it may cost more, but you get a clean vehicle and that's the entire point. Oh, and I have to mention that I paid cash to the machine, it gave me back $4 in singles and coupon for $11 in washes as change from a $20. Nice try... This is a seriously shady business practice. I had to find a manager, but I got my $15 change in cash, glad I did considering the job it did washing my truck. I have to wonder how many people took the coupon thinking they would be back, but have never returned due to the poor job done by the machine, and forgot to bring those 'coupons' back to get their real change. read more

I loved it at first then they started having some issues with some of their equipment, I was kinda disappointed at first but thankfully they explained what was being done to repair those issues. I have gone recently and I've been pretty satisfied and must say I was impressed with the employees too...very nice and helpful... Glad they're improving the services! Really friendly service! I brought my car out here for a routine wash. the washes are very thorough and reach all the tight spaces. The new management team seems like they are doing a great job running the place. They place is kept up very well. I am in and out in no time at all. They do have a detail area as well, but i haven't used it yet. i think i may be up for it very soon. Prices are very good for what you get. This place looks fancy but service was so so. I paid for the (full service at $18) and I feel Ripped off. The pre soak is pretty much getting hosed down by water then you go into the car wash machine right after. The entire car wash was less than 2 Minutes. After the car is blown dry, you pull up to the parking area so they can finish the "full service" I paid for. Don't expect much at all! All they do is wipe your car down with a towel and shine your tires. They won't try to take off the grime off you car that the machine was unable to do. If I would have known, I would have just paid for the $6 service Maybe the $9 one and do the cleaning myself, good thing their is a auto zone next door if you need the supplies to clean your car properly lol. Anyways don't waste your money on the $18 car wash, I also didn't even get my air freshener I paid for, I realized that after I left. I'm not saying I will never come here again but the likely hood of me returning is not high. I brought my car here to get washed alot and started noticing some scratches on my car after coming out of the car wash . I dismissed them as I thought maybe they had scratched it else where. The last time I brought my car here I inspected my car before taking it in to wash from the outside to see where it had scratches . Sure enough when i was done it had new scratches on top of my trunk. I will not bring my car here anymore. I love this place! I get what I need here and that's a clean car. The major difference between the $10 and $5 wash (beside the $1 towel) is the Armor All service. Some of the vacuums need cleaning/fixing but they all pretty much suck... and in a good way. This is my go-to place for a fast wash. The only reason why I gave it 1 star less is that they sometimes forget the Armor All service and for the price they could include a complementary air freshener. read more

The young man that did the presoak for the car barely soaked my vehicle, & once the wash was over my car was still half dirty. I go to the vacuum side there are NO towels to dry the car with so my car was left with a lot of water spots.. I ask for some towels & he says "you can buy them". So what did I pay for? This wash is fast and your car comes out really clean. Every time I go I get the wash with the wax (well worth it) and my car comes out looking brand new. My experience here is always great I have to give thanks to the management they always go out of their way and make sure I'm a happy customer. I brought my Jeep Cherokee and got a Monster wash, it came with a free towel and hand applied armorall. the menu is very easy to read so it's simple to make a decision. I did add a new car scent for a $1. The wash comes with all the soaps and goodies it's the best deal. after about 3 min in the wash I drove into the vacuum area and my car was about 90% dry. I used the free towel and finished any missing water spots. I didn't have spots so I'm assuming the spot free rinse actually works. some of the other car washes left too many spots on my car. I vacuumed and wiped down my interior and they armoralled my wheels before I left leaving a nice glossy touch. overall great place to wash I'll be back again. read more

I highly recommend this place. There are a lot of car washes to choose from around here but if you want to get the most for your money iWash is where you need to go. I took my car there and was very pleased with how helpful the staff was and how clean my BMW was afterwards. I got the super wash for $9 pretty good wash lots of colors and soap. Also like a lot of people out there I dont have a lot of patience for long lines and I have never had an issue with that here at iWash. I wash about once a week and will be back of course. read more

The people here are great. The problem is the owners don't maintain their equipment. Wax not being released until half your car has pass, some of the soap sprayers plugged, even rinse sprayers plugged and releasing very little water. I went through one day and the first brushes never came on. If you have the monthly membership you better make sure you are receiving all that you are paying for. Like the employees and hate to leave, but I wasn't getting what I was paying for. read more
