Update to my initial review;…read more I have been repeatedly reaching out to the owner asking him to fix an issue that was caused by his employees. They did a lot of work on my sprinter. They polished the entire van which was brand new and did there ceramic coating on the outside and inside of the vehicle. Within a few months I noticed that the top of the van not the body or the front the top of the van was covered in swirls. It's been at least 3 months possibly more that I've reached out on Facebook texted the owner and keep getting promises that someone will reach out to me to schedule a time. Basically this morning I again reached out saying if we can they this fixed I will update my review and take to small claims I spend thousands with this company paid cash and they can't handle fixing there own mistake. Great I definitely won't be using them again not refer any business and I will update my review on google as well. I even offered to pay to have them wash my van and fix the issues but have been rejected. The owner wants me to take him to small claims so I guess I'll file the paperwork this week.

He is a really nice guy! I was in desperate need to get my car detailed asap; I was putting a brand new heavy duty car seat in. I needed a deep clean after taking out the old one. You realize how messy kids can be when you remove a car seat. He was busy but made time to squeeze me in the same day I contacted him. He is very meticulous and spent 3 hours on my small SUV. I even had some type of asphalt buildup on my hood that he was able to remove. His hard work showed! He cleaned things I didn't even know existed. I understand why the price of his detailing costs what it does, he puts in all the effort! All the little Chrome pieces in the infotainment screen were not wiped down.I had to do it. The car did a look a lot better but i'm think he is relatively new at this and does not have the experience.
