It's been long overdue to give this shop an awesome review. I usually have a shop that I trust and…read morego to but with my scheduling and distance of the place I needed to find one close to me. I was referred from one of colleague at work as I was impressed of tint on his vehicle. I just picked up my new Rivian and needed to get this vehicle tinted as it's basically a fishbowl. I messaged the shop and Jorge replied back immediately. I texted him what I wanted and he quoted me a great price. The best thing about this shop is that they work on the weekend as it's hard for me to take off time from work to drop off the Rivian. Jorge and the team worked with my drop off schedule and had it done at the time promised even with the issue they had to redo the windshield. They kept me posted on the timeframe and professional. Me being the biggest OCD found my vehicle to be cleaner than I first brought it in that morning. I'm super impressed with the service they delivered and the excellent communication that I'll be taking my vehicles and providing referral to my friends and customers to this shop.

I reached out and told them I drive with an infant and this is dangerous they never would get back to me I always had to call multiple people to get this corrected then the owner Jose told me to go in on a day they were closed to get the film removed and he would refund me . I waited an hour and a half at the shop while it was closed no one came no one answered the phones. I had to come back AGAIN the next day the film was then removed and told that my refund would be given but if course IT HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED . I've made attempts to correct this and have been patient but they do not respond. Edit : the owner commented saying user error lol the entire purpose of the film was to protect against rocks chips and scratches ... so why would the film be scratched if I used the wipers DURING THE RAIN ????? I also have already told you this but you are embarrassingly not taking responsibility for the low quality work I might add I also told you ... THIS IS A BRAND NEW 2025 car fresh out the factory it didn't even sit on the car lot ... so how would a car that was just made ruin my windshield during the rain ???? Update to my initial review;…read more I have been repeatedly reaching out to the owner asking him to fix an issue that was caused by his employees. They did a lot of work on my sprinter. They polished the entire van which was brand new and did there ceramic coating on the outside and inside of the vehicle. Within a few months I noticed that the top of the van not the body or the front the top of the van was covered in swirls. It's been at least 3 months possibly more that I've reached out on Facebook texted the owner and keep getting promises that someone will reach out to me to schedule a time. Basically this morning I again reached out saying if we can they this fixed I will update my review and take to small claims I spend thousands with this company paid cash and they can't handle fixing there own mistake. Great I definitely won't be using them again not refer any business and I will update my review on google as well. I even offered to pay to have them wash my van and fix the issues but have been rejected. The owner wants me to take him to small claims so I guess I'll file the paperwork this week.

You realize how messy kids can be when you remove a car seat. He was busy but made time to squeeze me in the same day I contacted him. He is very meticulous and spent 3 hours on my small SUV. I even had some type of asphalt buildup on my hood that he was able to remove. His hard work showed! He cleaned things I didn't even know existed.
