I've been an avid member of fast 5 express for the last few years. I understand that equipment breaks however they do a good job getting back running in a few hours. Lot of businesses don't not fix till it's hard on their profits. I've seen a lot of employees xx ' through there. Some care some can really give a hoot. Brad is a keeper ! He keeps busy washing down the bay. When he presprays cars. He gives it a 100% priority. He acknowledges with a thumb's up!! I thumbs up back ! However a few teammates i have raised the middle finger .... Sad !! Keep it going BRAD ,you got this !! Duane and Paula Alexander 909 720 7461o read more

If I could rate this less than one star I would. I went there this morning (March 28) and got a car wash here and it was absolutely terrible. My windows were still completely dirty and I feel my damn water hose woulda did a better job. I used to come here for years and loved it but it's truly gone downhill and yet they higher their prices smh. I wanted a refund and a reward but I had a headache and the guy running the car wash seemed lazy and half asleep. Never coming here again. read more

Horrible wash. I came in with my jeep and I literally didn't get any of the brushes to touch my vehicle. I tried to speak with someone there about it and was told jeeps don't get any brushes period. I specifically asked if my jeep would get clean and washed before I even paid. Not even a super thin layer of dust was cleaned off. Save your money I would go somewhere else it's a total rip off. Just threw my money away. I should've just gone to the self service wash down the street. As for the automated reply save it. I called your number and was told nothing they can do but a re wash on the same vehicle. If I could I'd give it 0 stars read more

Save your money, this is one of the worst car washes in the city, got out and there was still dirt on my car and covered in water, find another car wash. This one sucks, the only thing worth a damn was the vacuum and that's pretty sad read more

I have been going to this place ever since they opened. I have had three different cars and I got for each one last week. I had a bad experience and I'm thinking about going to the other place now. The place closes at 8 o'clock. I came there about 7:15 PM drove through the car wash pulled up to vacuum the car out and the young man took the hose before I can vacuum my vehicle talking about we're getting ready to if that's the case don't let people come through the car wash if they are not allowed to vacuum it was very rude and disrespectful read more

This place is a joke. It doesn't even clean your car well. Say something and they come up with ABC on why they can't allow you to go on again and have your car rewash or provide you with a refund. They are money hungry. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. On top of that the white Older gentleman will Confuse you with someone else saying this "happened the other time" sorry wrong person I guess it's a lot of people who complain then that you can't keep account for . The car looks dirty and he will say no "it looks clean to me" It looks clean to you but not for the costumers which should be your number one satisfaction so you can keep your business open. read more

SCAMMERS!!! This place is a complete scam they stole our card info. And made large food purchases in a local area. Luckily my bank detected the fraudulent activity and stopped it before they made more the activity immediately started after I made a purchase from here and I am constantly monitoring my account activity . read more

Of the best car washes in all of the city. I love coming here. The workers are friendly and the vacuums always work very, very well.

Have to give recognition to Elijah, who went above and beyond to put to bed some confusion about my club status. I honestly though the car wash was going to brush me off with the question and confusion I had, but Elijah fixed my issues and personally called me up to tell me he had work everything out. I was not expecting that at all. He really made me feel like a valued customer and I've already told multiple people about his excellent customer service. Thank you! read more

Fast 5 express is a great and convenient place to wash my car. I recommend to all my friends and i love the vacuums

I still have an active platinum membership with Fast5Express, but the Perris location suggested that I go back to the Costa Mesa to get a replacement sticker because the Perris one has the upgraded system that reads the license plate, rather than the stickers any more. read more

Great car wash love there vacuums it's always fast they are very clean and the workers are always in a good mood I've been coming to this car wash for over a year already never had a problem read more

Went to go there and printed out the free car wash coupon on their website. Didn't know they offered free car washes on your birthday as well! The basic car wash took about 5 mins. There is a staff on stand by just in case anything goes wrong during the wash. After you get out, there are multiple (about 10-15) vacuum stations that you can use for an unlimited amount of time! Just make sure to park at a good vacuum spot to get a strong vacuum. read more

Very bad service. Manager ANDRES wouldn't honor 3 day wash. Even though it was paid for. They only care about your money. None of the employees care and people just pull up and start throwing all their dirty stuff and start vacuuming their cars when others have paid for the service. NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!!! read more

I was extremely grateful I had no problem with paying for a wash even tho it's a cloudy day he just blessed me I'm a local customer I love coming her it's fast and cheap and does a magnificent job as far as my car being clean I look forward to seeing young folks like ANDRES AND GIANNA who are happy and treat their customers with respect with great attitudes. If I could give you no stars I would I've been going to this car wash for years since it was build always had nice employees and I would always have to run my car twice so it could be clean but this week it broke my side mirror. I let the employees know then they filled out paper work and they were going to give it to their boss and that he would call me .WRONG! She's a female and she never called me so I decided to call her and she didn't know nothing about it then she found the paper and I let her no it was my side mirror she says she's going to give me a call later to let me know her decision she left me a voicemail afternoon that she never got to it . That's fine I'm a single mother of two I understand we get busy I call her today and she says her policy doesn't cover side mirrors.if your policy didn't cover side mirrors why didn't you say that when I tolled you the first time and what does your policy cover she couldn't answer me that either she didn't under what the question was .she proceeds to tell me that when I go fix my mirror to let her know what the amount is and she will give that amount to me in Car Wash Why the HELL would I bring my car back to this car wash if it just broke my mirror and you are not doing anything about It is very upsetting that they did not do anything about this situation I've been coming here for years and just like that it was a not my problem not even here's half of the money to fix it at less get me glue to fix it . I've been driving with a broken mirror for 3 days and that's all she could offer it's bullshit! read more

I love this car wash! After 3 memberships with competitors fast5xpress is by far the best!! The fact they have TWO built in dryer sections of the wash is a game changer!! They are also consistently Open I never have to worry that they are not going to be open on time. I also have only once ever had a problem with a vacuum not suctioning to its full potential and this was resolved by just moving to another station apparently someone had sucked up a mask that had prevented that one vacuum from functioning properly they resolved it within minutes. All in all I highly recommend this car wash for a monthly subscription I go about two times a week love this place! read more

This Fast5 car wash in Murrieta, is Great. Please do not let yourself be confused by the Poor reviews for the Perris Fast5Xpress. The poor reviews are a complete disservice to the fine, well managed, clean, customer service friendly Fast5Xpress in Murrieta on Murrieta Hot Springs Road. This location is Great and they have hundreds of repeat customers, including me 4-6 times a week. Please visit them and buy a monthly pass as I did. It's a bargain. read more

Fast5Xpress Car Wash - Paid for Platinum wash got bronze wash! - Car Wash Near Me - Perris, California

When they first opened they wanted you to purchased $20 worth of gas & then you get a free carwash. Then, a month later it was $30 of gas. Then, another month it was $40 of gas $1 carwash which it's fine. Then, 2 weeks went by it was $40 of gas $2 for carwash. Now, 2 weeks goes by $40 of gas and carwash is $2.99. Their prices for carwash it's inconsistent which is annoying! Because I got my cash ready for the carwash since I don't carry cash I used my debit card they charge $1 to used my card. With the carwash prices constantly changing and Arco gas is not even good quality gas. I only go there for the cheap carwash. I'm going to stopped coming here and go back to getting gas at Costco and go back to my carwash membership. Atleast, that carwash really gets the dirt of my car. read more

Love this carwash! If you go through the cash line they give air fresheners. I like to come every week. Membership prices are good too.

This is the first time this location made me so unhappy! Didn't even touch the bugs that were on my car when I went through the wash. When I asked to go back through I was told that the bugs looked pretty bake on and the guy gave me a useless bug remover and no help or 2nd wash. Majorly disappointed! read more

Great place for car wash. I got a free towrl from them. I will return to use the towel

Pros: Good carwash with a buy Premium wash for $14, get second half off with receipt. Membership prices are reasonable if you get at least one wash per week. However, it's limited to a single vehicle. Free vacuums that really suck!! As in, will clean out your change bin or eat that Premium wash receipt if your not careful. Willing to allow you a second run through if you're not satisfied with results. I've taken advantage of this once. But only recommend if second wash is seriously needed AND they are not busy. Highly recommend getting a couple of their microfiber towels ($2 ea in vending machines) or bring your own. I use two for drying and one for rims. Cons: If you have a low-profile vehicle, the Armor All Tire Shine applicator will apply it along the entire length of your car. This is okay on black/dark vehicles, but leaves black streaks on white/light vehicles. To avoid, ask your operator to "pull back the Armor All." However, you will not get the Tire Shine you paid for. You could also purchase an Armor All package for $2 and apply yourself. Does not wash break dust off rims. If they are not busy, I ask the operator to hit the rims on both sides with their prewash spray. It helps but still not perfect. read more
