Wow! Do we have a new car or did Joe just do the most amazing detailing job? Hint: it's all Joe! We have been very careful with our outings due to Covid. Because we have a highly compromised family member who stays home doesn't mean that I can be careless with my choices on where I will go and how long I'm comfortable spending there. Going to the car wash and sitting there for a long time inside (or outside, for that matter) was too high risk. Hence, our lovely Subaru Outback has been sadly neglected for months and was kind of a mess, especially the interior... still had remains of winter grime and all kinds of dust and "stuff." Admit it, you know what I'm talking about. Meeting Joe when he came to our home for the detail was like greeting an old friend. He just has the most amazing manner and you can tell that, although very tired (I'm sure he had a long day as we were his last appointment), he loves what he does and takes a great deal of pride in his work and his enterprise. We are delighted with his work. Our car looks like it has never left the show room floor! The price was right, too, for the comprehensive nature of this detailing. I honestly think that, other than the under carriage, he cleaned every single inch of the vehicle from the front bumper to the back, including the engine. Our leather looks just like new and he even got out some little rubber marks left behind by our dog's bench cover. I could not be more impressed! I decided to call Joe because of other positive reviews and real customers' photos. I am very happy for my decision. My car turned out much better than I expected. I have used Joe for 3 years. He does a good job once he shows up. He has slipped with communication to why he doesn't show until I contacted him. This happened twice, no call or text, just didn't show. Never called back to reschedule. On the 2nd time I made the contact again. He was to be there between 8-9. At 10:30 I cancelled him. I understand stuff happens but communication is a must if you really want to work. If you don't mind waiting around to have your car done, he does a good job. I personally, will move on. read more
