This is a great service. Joe came out and washed and waxed my travel trailer. The stickers look new again, all the black trim looks new again. I let it sit for 1 week to write the review. I was very please and happy read more

Joe is great! He was willing to come out on a Sunday afternoon to do the job. He is in regular communication and let me know he was running a little behind before my appointment and that he was on his way. He did an amazing job. 5 of 5 across the board. I will be calling him back to detail my other vehicles soon. CT read more

They did an incredible job at detailing the interior of my vehicle (sadly, they forgot to vacuum the mats in the trunk). The exterior wash was superb as well! Unfortunately, they were about an hour late, but they did a great job nonetheless. I will definitely continue doing business with Joe! His guys were very hardworking and polite :) read more

Awesome service! Joe does a great job. Recommend him 100% if you are in need of a mobile detailer.

I called Joe to schedule an appointment and he was available and fit me in yesterday for same day service. He was efficient in communicating his arrival time, he was professional and provided quality service. Joe is detailed oriented and will leave your car shinning. Just from a car wash my car was so clean it looked like I had a wax job done on it. I would highly recommend his service and will continue to patronize his business. Thank you Joe for your services and leaving me with WOW experience. I value your time! read more

First time using Joe's service and we are so happy!!!!! His customer service is excellent. Fast reply. Professional. And his car wash on my Mercedez and his detail on hubby's Range Rover is INCREDIBLE! We are VERY picky when it comes to car wash/detail. Joe's work has no water spots and no places that are missed. He also went the extra miles to help me buff out some scratches on my paint. If there was 10 stars on Yelp, we would give him 10 stars! read more

Oh my gosh! My husband found Joe and let me say we were NOT disappointed. We just bought a Durango which was detailed by the dealership but we recently went to Sedona and have kids so need I say more?! Well it was a mess and dirty plus I wanted a true detail. We opted for the whole detail package inside and out. My car is more shiny now than when we first brought it home. Joe paid so much detail to the small things which we appreciate. We completely trust him with our car but we now will only use his services for our vehicles. You must have him detail your cars. You will not be sorry! read more

I will never go to the car wash again. Joe provides a great car wash experience, without the wait and overcharging. My only gripe is that he is a Philadelphia Eagles fan, but I guess no one is perfect LOL. Overall, if you're looking for a quality car wash or detail, look no further than Joe. read more

Joe is the man! I was looking for a car detailer on Yelp to get my 2009 Ford Flex looking perfect so I can sell it for top dollar. Joe came the next afternoon and in 3 hours, my car looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor. I was amazed. I will be hiring him to do my new vehicle. The guy knows his stuff, and is very personable! read more

I've been using Joe for about 3 years now and couldn't be happier. Joe has done everything from a simple wash to a complete interior/exterior detailing. My car is black so it shows every little swirl or smudge and I'm pretty picky but Joe makes sure it's perfect and his prices are fair. So, I highly recommend Joe. read more

Wow! Do we have a new car or did Joe just do the most amazing detailing job? Hint: it's all Joe! We have been very careful with our outings due to Covid. Because we have a highly compromised family member who stays home doesn't mean that I can be careless with my choices on where I will go and how long I'm comfortable spending there. Going to the car wash and sitting there for a long time inside (or outside, for that matter) was too high risk. Hence, our lovely Subaru Outback has been sadly neglected for months and was kind of a mess, especially the interior... still had remains of winter grime and all kinds of dust and "stuff." Admit it, you know what I'm talking about. Meeting Joe when he came to our home for the detail was like greeting an old friend. He just has the most amazing manner and you can tell that, although very tired (I'm sure he had a long day as we were his last appointment), he loves what he does and takes a great deal of pride in his work and his enterprise. We are delighted with his work. Our car looks like it has never left the show room floor! The price was right, too, for the comprehensive nature of this detailing. I honestly think that, other than the under carriage, he cleaned every single inch of the vehicle from the front bumper to the back, including the engine. Our leather looks just like new and he even got out some little rubber marks left behind by our dog's bench cover. I could not be more impressed! It is such a wonderful feeling to support a hard-working entrepreneur! Hope you try it! Highly recommend! read more

Reliable, punctual, friendly and did an awesome job on all 3 vehicles. Under the hood looked better than when I bought the car brand new.

Yelp helped me out because this is where I found Big J. And I can since moving to Perris nobody else had came close to the way he does a car he treats it and washes your car like it's his so if you won't your car hooked up get with Joes Kustom, Thanks J ESAB. read more

I love my car even more after the wash..! I just bought a new (used) car, so I become more picky for the hand car wash. I decided to call Joe because of other positive reviews and real customers' photos. I am very happy for my decision. My car turned out much better than I expected. All the rough area, dirt and rain water spots are smoothed out. (Wash, clay & wax) I live in rural area with plenty of dirt. We forgot to take before photos, but you can see how good the car look right after. He would be my regular go to guy now. Keep up the good work Joe..! read more

I have used Joe for 3 years. He does a good job once he shows up. He has slipped with communication to why he doesn't show until I contacted him. This happened twice, no call or text, just didn't show. Never called back to reschedule. On the 2nd time I made the contact again. He was to be there between 8-9. At 10:30 I cancelled him. I understand stuff happens but communication is a must if you really want to work. If you don't mind waiting around to have your car done, he does a good job. I personally, will move on. read more

I was in need of a complete detail same day. I reached out to many but everyone was busy. Now that's great for you all but it left me high and dirty. Then Joe reached out and fit me in same day. Not only did he do a great job, he did for less than everyone else's quotes. I will be using him again, no doubt about it. Take a look at the pictures and you decide. Just in case you're almost blind the first picture is after, lol. read more

Thanks Joe, took care of my MDX today. Was skeptical about the mobile details in general, but Joe came through and delivered; couldn't be happier for sure. Will contact you again, in about a month or two. I am glad that Joe took the call and came to my resident to provide the service. It was a good day today, that's for sure. Why? Because I was the last minute client LOL, he accepted the task and materialized it the same day. Didn't have to point and show him the spots like I normally would at those self-claimed "handwash" establishments. Last minute client but turned out great. Great Southern California weather today and my car is detailed by Jose. Will contact you for the future needs. Thanks once again Joe! read more

Requested a quote at 8am got back to me in about 20 minutes and then he asked when I would like to have it done, I said , well I'd like to do it today if we could, my schedule is kinda tight(as I am a truck driver) he replied that he could do it somewhere between 12-1 and sure enough at 12:30 he called me up letting me know he was on his way, and he showed up very friendly and professional. Very detail oriented. The car honestly looks better than the day I bought it. Now when I get home I can take my 2019 wrx out and feel good about it. Thanks joe and thanks for working with my super tight schedule!!! I will be hitting him up for more services! read more

Joe detailed our cars once in the past and did an awesome job. However, when I reached out to him a second time, he had a delay in response time and explained that he was booked for the week but he did not provide another availability. I reached out a third time, on another occasion, and he responded within the day, providing a full description of services and prices. Since our cars are new and only require a wash and interior wipe down, I guess it wasn't worth his time, so after telling him this, he did not bother to respond when I stated that I had three cars needing to be washed. I guess he's bigger than small jobs!!! In any event....never again! read more

Okay Joe was amazing! I messaged him about getting my interior cleaned (I had a vomit incident). He let me know a quote (within a few hours) that included interior and exterior detailing. I asked if he could see me asap like the next day and he said yes! I was so relieved because I didn't want to drive my car with the nasty smell another day! So Joe told me he had another job earlier that day in Hemet and he communicated with me the whole time letting me know when he was on his way. He was a cool guy, professional and got the job done really quick! My car looks so nice and thank God the smell is gone. I would definitely use his services again and will recommend him to all my friends and family. Hit up Joe!! read more
