I messaged a few detailers here on Yelp inquiring about washing my vehicle and Andrew responded promptly with all of the options he offers with pricing. If you are looking for a detailer that treats your vehicle with care as if it is their own then Andrew at Detail Xperts is your guy. I had him come out and service my Rivian R1S and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. As many Rivian owners know, these vehicles have unique finishes, intricate trim work, and tech heavy interior that requires a knowledgeable touch (like going into settings to put the vehicle AND interior screens in wash/clean mode). From the moment Andrew arrived, it was clear he wasn't just "washing a car." He took the time to address every noon and cranny, from the dual sunroofs to the vegan leather seats, ensuring everything looked showroom ready. I'd recommend Andrew because he was very communicative and explained the products he was using and why he uses them and suggestions to help preserve and upkeep the appearance of my vehicle. His pricing is affordable and his attention to detail is unmatched. He understands the specific needs of an EV (no harsh chemicals on the screens or sensors) and he was punctual, polite, and passionate about his craft. My R1S looks better now than the day I took delivery and if you care about your vehicle. This is the person you want handling it. Thanks Andrew! Also, if any of you see this tell him Rio referred you! read more

Andrew was amazing. Both me and my husband's cars are Teslas and we were adamant on bringing them to a regular car wash since they are electric and don't want to ruin the paint. Andrew did an amazing job on both of our cars. The details of cleaning is insane! From ceiling to wheels, spotless. He took his time to thoroughly clean and detail the cars very well. Highly recommended! read more

Went with a full detail for my Suburban. Andrew went above and beyond to magically restore the shine to my car's aging paint. Price was fair for the incredible amount of work he put in, and communication was excellent from start to finish. I would recommend this detailer without hesitation. read more

Detail XPerts delivered exactly what they promised! He was on time and very respectful and showed up on time. I wish I had pictures of the car before he cleaned it. This was a car I purchased that was filthy and stank inside but by the time he was done, it looked and smelled brand new! I am very impressed and highly recommend any of their services. Money well spent in my opinion and worth every cent with the added convenience of them coming to you. read more

I struggled with my regular mobile detail/wash service flaking out on me way too many times, so how fabulous it is to discover Detail XPerts! Andrew responded right away to my initial request, answered all of my questions, and when I was ready to book an appointment, I got a next-day appointment in the morning. Everything he promised to wash/clean was done promptly. I always have challenges getting the inside of the front windshield clean, so he offered to come out and clean the inside of my car at a reasonable price. Same for the outside, in case I ever need that done. It's nice to have such a flexible, competent, and friendly person working on keeping my car clean, which will be a more significant challenge when I move soon to a non-garaged location. read more

I spotted Andrew detailing a car right down the street from where I live. He provided me with his business card to schedule a wash for a future date. I reached out to him a few days later to schedule a wash. Since this was my first time using his services, I opted for his basic premium wash. He does require a deposit to reserve your time slot, which I can understand because there are a lot of people who can flake out on you. So, I made my deposit and he showed up within a timely manner. Overall, I am satisfied with his mobile car wash services because he's professional, leaves my car looking nice and clean, in and out. Also, he is just a really nice guy. I have used his services a couple of times now and will continue to use his services. read more
