They never responded to any of the calls or online requests. I called our realtor and was told that the tank was owned by the previous property owners. So I called around and had another company fill the tank. 5 months later, I got a call (not sure how they found my phone number) from All State claiming the tank was rented, and I need to pay for another inspection fee, and I wasn't allowed to fill the tank. I refused to do anything until I saw some proof that the tank was not owned, and I argued that I should not have to pay for another inspection fee, especially since most companies don't charge an inspection fee, and the tank was inspected twice within the past few months. Within minutes of the phone call, they sent someone back out and shut off our gas when we weren't home!!!! I called - no answer. I called their emergency number... no answer (comical). They called me back, were super rude and demanded that I empty the tank right away, and they will have it removed the next day. Long story short, I had another provider switch out the tank to one of theirs the next day, and I want nothing to do with this company. I can't believe they left us without gas, hot water, or cook top for two days!! So unprofessional, so rude, and terrible at returning calls. The most interesting thing is that at no time did any of them try to de-escalate the situation or offer any solutions. Just hostile, rude, and unhelpful. So many better options out there.

We had been customers of World Famous Propane for four years, before we changed to another company…read more We went with them since the previous owner used them and we have friends that use them as well. From the beginning we had a strong odor of gas from our tank. WFP told us this was normal and just vapors from the tank. Thinking they were professional, we thought they knew what they were telling us. Almost every month we were filling up and we just thought that was normal. We had people over and everyone said, "why does it smell like gas"? Finally, we had a friend come over and confirmed we needed a new regulator. He changed it and the odor was gone, and we didn't need to refill every month, until we started using the heater again. Also, I called to see if they could offer a better price on propane. We were being charged $3.899 per gallon and the price would never change, for over two years straight. AND one fill-up was over $5.139 on 3/19/2022. They would not lower the price, so I dropped them. I can tell you we've saved well over $1,000 a year, by switching. Our average cost per gallon is $2.40 now.

Previous station was unforunately burnt down -- so after months, and months, 76 Grand Liquor Gas…read moreand Food opened -- with a modernized facility - though a slight slack of grand opening. Though it appeared the owners, were quite active in regards to getting the location to run smoothly. Some hiccups included the pumps, and even diesel at the time. Diesel for example was out of order, and on another visit, pumping at a very very very very low rate (essentially out of service). Some noticeable yet disappointing visual construction yikes include poorly installed veener on the pillars near the pumps. I'm not sure who they hired to do that, but there was some noticeable low grade work done. On a positive note, it's the closest gas station to lytle creek, upon entrance and exit - though to keep the market competitive, just a little south more competition stations exist. So assuming you aren't on e, perhaps look at the cost of the other stations so that you could get the best value for your money. What makes this location unique is the many pumps (assuming they're all function upon your visit) the quick hot food available, liquor, and also presence where limited supply is in general serving the immediate neighborhood. I firmly believe that this location has potential - and I'm confident they can adjust as needed to stay competitive. I'll be sure to revise my review as more trips allow :)

I got off of Sierra Ave. After I turned left, I noticed there was a new gas station about a quarter mile north of where I was originally planning to pump. Well, I was curious so I drove over to this 76. Its gas prices are a little bit higher than its neighboring gas stations. It appears to be a newly renovated gas station. It has about 20 gas pumps if I counted it correctly. It's a good size gas station. It has very bright lights outside. Food mart inside is a tad tight IMHO. They have too many stuff. They also have Krispy Krunchy Chicken available. After pumping gas, I needed to use the restroom. The women's restroom was locked. I asked if anyone was inside and no one answered. What I found odd was that it had a key lock from the outside. However, the men's restroom didn't have it. I didn't feel comfortable so I left. Anyway, if you're coming from the north side and you can wait a quarter of a mile, then I would recommend you pump at the other gas stations to save a little bit of money. Otherwise, pump away. You may like this newer facility better. Happy 76'ing!

I messed up and ran out of…read morepropane in the middle of the long Memorial Day Weekend, so I checked YELP and found Diamond Valley Propane. I called & left message on Sunday evening, and by Monday morning (on a Holiday no less), Harry called me and told me they'd be out the very next day to refill my tank (which was Tuesday). However, nobody showed and I was a little concerned, so I called & left a message on Tuesday evening and first thing Wednesday morning, Harry called to apologize and also let me know that our RV park had given him the wrong space number (which I confirmed as true, so it was not their fault - it was my own RV park who made the mistake). Harry was gracious enough to schedule me for a special delivery (on a Wednesday), as they normally only service my park on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Sure enough, James arrived with his propane truck & took care of business, and the price of the fuel was exactly the amount I expected.
