STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! A little over a week ago their gas prices went up over 40 cents per gallon for regular!! Not only that but mid grade went 30 cents over the regular & premium 20 cents over mid grade ending at 4.79 a gallon! This place opened a few years ago touting being the lowest prices. NOT ANY MORE !! I don't know why Ali (the owner) went out of his cotton pickin' mind in doing this. You can get gas down the road cheaper or go to Moreno Valley for the best prices. Gas is cheap here, and it's an arco that takes credit cards. This place also advertises itself as the largest ARCO in the U.S. Primarily because it doubles as a truck stop in the back. I commute pass this place to go to UCR so I try to stop here because there's always a pump open and I know the price will be cheap. I feel the price can be cheaper by a few cents, but I'm not really going to complain considering we're only talking about 25 to 30 cents of savings per fill up. read more

This review is for customer service ... I've been here a few times now in the early hours between 6-9 am and I seem to be missing something from the cashiers ... a nice SIMPLE "good morning" greeting or eye contact when I ask a question regarding my purchase at the pump. These are women who don't seem to like what they are getting paid for... SERVICE to the customer. If they don't like their job I suggest they leave it for someone else who would really appreciate any job right about now. This is what happened to my boyfriend last night: So I went to Arco gas station last night around 6p.m. to get gas, walked up to register hearing the lady in from of me saying pump 6, I say $20 on pump 7, the guy says back to me ok $20 on 7, I go back outside and start to pump gas, pump wasn't on, so I hit the button and say can you turn on this pump? No one responds, so I go back inside to the guy I gave the money to and ask him if he could turn my pump on? He says what number? I say pump 7. He starts looking in his computer screen and he says their was only $60 dollars pumped on that one and I said I know it says that on the pump screen. But can I get my $20 dollars I gave you for gas on 7. Then he says you must of said pump 6 cause that's the last transaction I have, then he says let me call my manager on the phone and find out what to do about this, time goes by, he comes back with a form and says you need to fill this out and if I'm wrong we will give you your money back and I said, I don't want my money back I just want my gas I don't have any other money, I live in Murrieta CA(this is the Arco off Cajalco Expwy in Perris CA calling itself The Worlds Largest) and I have no gas how am I suppose to get home? He said I don't know what to tell you except fill out the form and my manager will call you tomorrow and if I'm wrong she will give you back your money. But if I'm right you don't get back anything. So instead of punching the guy as I should've did I called the cops and about 1 1/2 hours later one shows up to tell me basically there is nothing they could do. It is a small claims matter so I said, If the shoe was on the other foot it would be stealing and I would be getting arrested. But because it's a gas station that has some paper posted on the wall that says that they can basically screw you over for gas, they don't get in trouble for taking my money and not giving me my gas. So I fill out the paper and the guy says that they will call me first thing in the morning. No call this morning so I call them and they say the manager called in sick today and won't be in until Monday so I'm out money cause some low life gas station employee can't do his job!!! Moral of the this story. If you buy gas with cash ask for a receipt and keep it until you get what you purchased or you will end up like me pissed off and ready to beat up gas station employees!!! read more

This is the worst truck stop I've ever been to. As I'm living in my car right now. I'm here almost every night. 1, let's start with broken toilets and the hand dryer doesn't work, for 3 weeks. They dont even give you paper towels to dry your hands. At night you can only go thru the front entrance as the back is always locked, and the side is locked at night. I see the truckers that have to walk around the building rain and cold. Noontime, more than half the time all the coffee is empty with no line and girls standing around. Now, I have a card, buy 4 get one free. Last week a girl used a hole puncher twice and then stamped it twice. I go in today for my free coffee and the girl said they dont accept the hole punched ones. I said , well she punched it here, since this is the only ampm I use the card at. Then she continued to argue with me that they dont do that. Perris/Moreno Valley needs a better truck stop read more

They have an excellent coffee bar, however, their gas pumps are always out of order. I have been coming for the past two years and it takes me at least three pumps to try to figure out which one is actually working. No one seems to care at the cashier. read more

Stay away from here. I got a oil change by them on a Friday and my car was destroyed by the next week due to the incompetence of their staff. they failed to put the oil plug back in after changing the oil causing the engine to blow up. After I notified the manager of the problem they denied any responsibility in the matter which is a total joke since it was a new car and they were the only ones to touch the oil since I bought it. No Ticket info anywhere here on YELP... So ...Being a typical consumer non biz owner affiliated knowledge of this place here goes... This place is oddly arranged and unfriendly to the clients. The restroom is always in a shambles. Place is somewhat like going out of business.. It's like an almost was but NEVER was a truck stop without a restaurant.. You're better off across the street for gas and Jack N Box for a bite and restroom stop! I've been trying both sides of the street randomly over the last year now. So it's NOT what it's cracked up to be AT ALL. I've been across the country on the original US 66 before the Interstate systems came around and of course used the current Interstate/Freeway systems.
