Never had an issue with the pumps here. Depending on when you go the bathrooms are either a mess or they just got cleaned. The gas station itself is relatively clean. The convenience store does have a wide variety of options for food and drinks. Sometimes I'll grab a coffee but choices are limited since one machine has been broken for a long time. I pulled up at a time where it wasn't busy( only car ) 10:00 pm I pulled up , I was looking for my wallet to pay and by 10:02 I was aggressively startled by Thomas the only cashier in the store came out within a second of me getting there. he did not offer any asistance or asked if I needed it . When taking a road trip, where else can you use the bathroom at 1am? Not here, this is probably why people piss on the side of the building. It's not like they're many other gas stains on this road. Then if you want a snack, you better already know what you want and the name of it because you will have to request it through a window. God forbid you be hungry for a snack and you not know what exactly you have a taste for. There is no picture of what they have, either know, or get away from the window. This is the worst gas station in the area, I blame management or owners, was told at 11:47 pm on a Friday night 5/31 by a girl who rudely screamed out "I'm closing the doors," as I'm looking for a beverage, check the cameras when I walked into said establishment, ESTRADA is the last name she told me, I felt racist vibes from her, seeing how I walked in no problem and took a second to look at the selection they had, didn't acknowledge me when I walked in, another lady was walking around, terrible customer service, never said anything till I attempted to reach into the cooler, i immediately asked for managements number because I understand that maybe something was communicated to her and it's management or corporate dictating policy changes at the drop of a hat, what time is the close for beer?????? @chevron??? She then claimed management didn't have a number or email? i find this better than the one in elsworth & heacock, this is so much bigger and cleaner, i also like the fact that its right by the 215 freeway. so you can grab a bite or take a bathroom break before you head your way. the staffs are really friendly, and the food place is alot bigger too. also its right by the food places, like subway, or drive a few blocks for mcdonalds, starbucks, albertos, tacobell, farmer boys, walmart, etc. read more

The worst customer service I have ever seen at a gas station. Pumps broken and requiring everyone to come inside. My husband runs in with my Chevron credit card, waits in a huge line only to be told they need my ID. The clerk was very snotty when I came in. I was biting my tongue. She wanted to know which octane level, i dont know. Why cant you put $40 in and we choose at the pump like every other Chevron or other gas Station. So I had to try and yell out the door to get my husband's attention. He couldn't hear so I said just mid grade I guess. She asked what's that? 89 octane. I need to see your ID again. I cant read the name. Is this credit or debit? I didn't know Chevron had debit cards. Then a snotty have a nice day!! Won't come back to this station. When the clerk has an IQ of a turnip and goes out of her way to annoy customers. Chevron, fix your pumps and train your employees not to be morons. read more
