Day before: needed medication for an extended work trip. Contacted doctor. Had it all taken care of and put it all in. They informed me it would be ready the next day. Next day: went to pick it up. Wasn't ready. Told me I need to come back. Came back. They gave away the last of the medication. Told me to come back in 2 and a half hours. Came back and they told me they didn't have anything and that they had already told me they were out. Ignoring the fact they told me to come back and they were going to get it from another place for me. In the end they sent me to another location wasting a good half of my day driving there and back. The customer service and memory appear to be quite lacking. read more

The amount of times I get placed on hold when there's no other people on the line. Been calling everyday and it's always the same issue. Worst customer service. I went to the drive thru. I was there before 5:50pm there was 2 cars in front of me. When the first car left it. Which was taking long. It.finally left at about 6:05pm after it was the second car then it left @6:07pm. I was sitting in the car waiting my turn i Pulled up next & the Pharmacy closed there curtain. I even honk my horn. Just wanted to get a message to management (district manager) Inside the store is great. People are doing what they are supposed to do as far as cleanliness and Covid safety. Always pretty friendly and no issue. My concern is with the exterior of the building. Very dirty sidewalks and trash strewn all over, carts all over and landscaping is in need of attention. I know there's an issue with people loitering and homeless in the area, but If more focus is on the exterior cleanliness maybe that will deter some of the unwanted activity. Just a suggestion. Seems like a lot of businesses in the area don't pay much attention to the exterior of the building and it's making the whole area look bad. Thanks for your time. read more

I love the fact that they finally close at midnight!!! Yay!!! And it's around the corner of my house. I still want them to be 24/7 but I'll live. I just love it because you can basically get any thing you need from there instead of driving to a Walmart. So far I haven't had any problems with the associates but I have noticed that there's on average only one cashier ringing up at a time. That would be nice if they improved that. read more

I just had to transfer all my meds here than my local pharmacy, i prefer going here because its fast and convenient, specially when you pick it up through the drive-thru. i can NOW get texts alerts when my prescriptions are ready for pick-up or a refill needed, not only that you also get points! who doesn't want points?? now this isn't related to the pharmacy, but the downside of this store is that there's only 1 cashier, when the line gets long an extra cashier would open up but its still not as fast. i also hate how they updated their door openers, back then it used to open on both sides now there's a section where you can open for the entrance and exit. while the pharmacy is awesome most of the times when they're not busy and you ask for a refill, they get it done the same day, or even in an hour but asking for assistance on a sunday is non-existant. the front counter was too busy taking other customers. while i see no one around but another one on a cosmetic counter was also busy talking on the phone taking personal phone calls. overall, i give 4 stars for the pharmacy and 1 star off for the cashier and sliding doors. :P read more

Nope. This isn't my usual walgreens. I live next door to one so I was only here because I wanted Arby's. Made a 5 dollar purchase. Offered a 20 and then received 5 in change. I noticed before I had gone too far (I went to Arby's haha) and then boom. I have never been short changed in my life so that was a new experience. I knew it wouldn't be that big of a deal having worked in a restaurant where teens don't know how to count money. Go back, first manager was confused as to what to do. She started to walk away and a less dumfounded manager said the obvious thing "just count the register." Duh. They actually counted it at the register which seemed dangerous to me for the area this store is. He counted, and counted, and then said he'd be right back. Ok? So 2 things. Either he had to see what to do next because it was 10 over OR he had to check the cameras because it was a perfect till. I'm guessing the latter and the customer service rep that had served us 10 minutes earlier pocketed my money. I'm not going to give her the benefit of the doubt just because she didn't look shady. She was a sweet girl, but still. Stealing is stealing. If he just had to check protocol, that's irritating and the 1 star stands. Maybe I'm too harsh, but whatever. read more

If I could give negative stars I would but since I can't, I am giving 1. Yarley was the worst clerk I have ever seen. She made a comment out loud to her shift lead, that she needed to "go wash her hands." I did not know if the person in front of me was sick or what so I asked her why she was touching my items if she needed to wash her hands. I then asked her if she could wipe my items off since I did not know what was on her hands. She very rudely told me it was because she touched change and told me if I didn't like it I could go get new items and someone else could help me. So I said, "Yes I will do that, I will go get new items." When I came back, stood in line again, I found that she was again at the register. So, I proceeded since I saw her leave to go wash her hands. She then acted very rude to me telling me I needed to "mind my own business" and if I didn't like it to get curbside service. She was literally yelling at me in front of a line full of customers. I tried to explain to her that this is horrible customer service and if you "say something out loud" it becomes a concern for people especially in this environment of COVID and therefore becomes their business so they can protect themselves. This stupid clerk will never be anything more than what she is, a minimum wage clerk, because her attitude stinks and she clearly has no idea how to treat customers. I truly hope this store does what they can to re-train their employees on how to provide excellent customer service. Never in all my years have I been treated like this by such an ignorant self centered and falsely entitled individual. The only good thing about my visit to this store was Ashely, the shift lead, who apologized for this person's behavior and assured me that she would talk to her and report it to the manager. I truly hope this is the case as this is a totally unacceptable way to treat customers. But I have my doubts, nothing ever gets done to hold these people accountable. Well the b*th is back, lord help us all. Went yesterday to drop off med scripts and noticed KIM is back. Since my last review she has not been working and I've had ZERO problems!!!! Yesterday I dropped scripts off at 12 pm and by 3pm I had to start calling to find out wth the problem was because for 2 months it has only taken about an hour for me to get my meds. They told me some bullcrap story about needing to contact my insurance. I've had same insurance and meds for the past 5 years so I know for a fact there isn't a problem on their part. So this morning I call my insurance and get the information I needed. I call Walgreens and they told me meds would be ready at 3pm. I call at 3pm and they tell me meds are ready for pick up. I drive way over there after work around 5pm only for KIM to tell me my meds are not ready!!! I ask to speak to the head person in charge. While I'm talking to him, KIM very rudely trys to interrupt me!!! Never again will this business get any of my money!!! read more

Disappointed as I placed an online order on Friday August 12th to be ready for pickup at 7:28pm. I showed up on Saturday to pickup and they can't find my order. It turns out the person who worked Friday evening didn't complete my order. He only printed my pictures and didn't process my wooden canvas frame. I had to wait over 20 minutes for an order that was to be completed on Friday, what's the use of same day service if it isn't completed properly. An employee offerred me a whooping discount of only 25 cents...Wow!!! Would have been more appropriate to discount half the price for my wooden canvas frame that wasn't completed. read more

I am a 4th stage terminal cancer patient...with cancer in 4 places! Sadly Walgreens and its staff are unprofessional! I have been filling my prescriptions for the 6 years I've had cancer there . However I am constantly told to forfeit one of my prescribed medications that I would only receive a partial perscription due to their lack of knowledge in inventory! This is a constant problem every month for the past 6 years I have gone there they never have enough inventory to fill my prescription correctly. They constantly argue give partial prescriptions then deny me when I come back to get the rest of my prescription. My doctors and case manager at the hospital constantly have to call and argue with their staff as to why my prescriptions are not ready as the doctor prescribe them! Also the lack of their inventory skills leads me to be put off of my schedule that the doctor has perscribed as they will not refill next time the doctor sends them a prescription. They normally will give me the excuse of it being lost and make me have the doctor resend...which takes 10 more days for approval. NOT CANCER FRIENDLY AND NO KNOWLEDGE OF INVENTORY! WALGREENS PLEASE LEARN HOW TO CORRECTLY SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS!! I would have given 0 stars but Yelp requires at least 1 read more

I've been to this Walgreens many times. It's the closest to my house and if I need something quick I'll come here. If I go into the store they are friendly and always on top of things. If they do have lines they will quickly open the next register or take you over by cosmetics. The only reason I am giving them two stars is because I went to the drive thru pharmacy and the women was very rude. I come up and she asked me for the information. I give it to her and she asks if I have the insurance I said yes. So I hand her the insurance card. Soon after she lets me know the inside has a line and she will have to look up his other insurance, she says can you come back in an hour. I said I don't have the other insurance card because I just got it so even if I come back in an hour I still won't have the other card. So she lets me know she was the only one there so she couldn't help me right away. I came to pick up my sons inhaler and he cannot breath. That hour is going to be dreadful. Anyway I understand her frustration I get it she is overwhelmed, because the pharmacy is not fully staffed. That is something Walgreens pharmacy has to fix. But on the other hand my son is 4 years old having problems breathing. With the being said the pharmacy is always backed up they need to get more employees in there. I apologize for giving the pharmacy tech attitude as well we are just both in need of help. read more

I didn't know it was policy to ring up an employee before a customer. I was in line asked for my pictures at the photo place the guy looked but couldn't find them said let me ring her up( employee) and I had to wait. First of I got there no one was at the photo booth I see male and female employee walk out of back room and they don't acknowledge me. Make employee walks to front register at from of store. Maybe to clock in. Then comes asks if I've been helped. I said no. He proceeds to look for my order and can't find it. Rings up employee first and they are making chit chat and she says she's going to fall asleep as she purchases a red bull. He says hungover huh she smiles. Her card doesn't go through so she does it again. Mind you I've been waiting for about ten minutes now and I was there first. He says he can't find them. I tell him well I ordered about 100 pictures and 5 enlargements 5x7. I point out to a large package at the back shelf and yes those are mine. She charges me and that's it. No "thanks for waiting" "have a good weekend" sorry for wasting your time" nothing he just continues talking to his co workers. Wow. Thanks for making me feel wanted read more
