The customer service here is terrible staff here is not friendly or helpful at all I don't think I will be returning to this location...

This was my first experience at this Walmart. My partner and I did self check out and paid for a few items separately at the same register. I walked away for a few minutes to the medicine area and supposedly my partner was accused of stealing by the front security guard, I believe to be named Monique. I walked over and tried asking her what happened, she asked if we spoke to a manager but I said we were still waiting. My partner tried pulling up his credit card purchase to show her the proof and she said 'You're not showing me anything' and she proceeded to get continuously more rude. Granted my partner and her argued, & I am not denying he was being rude back, but I tried to tell them to stop to diffuse it and she said 'Don't wave your hands in my face'. Okay then? She then looked at me and said 'If i were you I'd be telling him to be more respectful to women' and it just started to get weird and more aggressive. He was trying to defend himself but she kept talking back to him saying how she's not listening to him anymore. Telling us how my partner stole and they have proof on camera and "there are consequences". We just decided to leave at this point, she followed us out the door a bit and started yelling at us how my partner can come back and talk to her husband on the phone to tell him what he said to her. Was my partner right in this situation? No, but at the end of the day we still didn't steal anything and have the proof of purchases on our card statements, I literally have my own receipt texted to my phone. It seems Monique wanted to harass us after disliking what my partner said. Completely unwarranted interaction and absolutely horrible treatment. I will NEVER be returning to this location. Also, I have called around 5-6 or times and please believe the reviews that say they don't answer the phone. I suppose we will be contacting corporate in the near future. I completely doubt this store will do anything to keep their employees accountable. Beware walking in here for sure. read more

Lady at service desk wouldn't take a batter core return WITH RECEIPTS. Tried saying "you didn't even purchase these batteries here" but after looking at my receipt she saw they were purchased earlier this month. Still refused and she caught an attitude after realizing she was wrong. I went to another location and they returned them without any hassle. Old lady on a power trip and needs to not deal in customer service. Put her in the back with the boxes. read more

Been shopping at this location for years. Recently, I submitted an ethics complaint against Daisy (primary) and store manager Brandon. Daisy's customer service and people skills are unprofessional to say the least. Still waiting for Brandon to respond as the person in charge of this location. Now, Walmart's corporate ethics department is involved until this matter gets resolved. There are so many other options for shopping so don't waste good money on companies that are managed poorly. The customer service center, I have a 16 month old grandson and so I've chosen to purchase clothes and toys at the Yucca Valley, Walmart supercenter, and of course at his age some of the things I purchased are not the correct size, I've had to return and exchange three different clothing items for my grandson and all three times I've encountered the same employee at the customer service center. And all three times this person a woman carries on these long drawn out conversations either with another shopper or with a coworker and absolutely ignores me for minutes at a time. When all I wanna do is get money, gift card or my debit card reimbursed, they need to just shut up and do their job and take care of the customers, and they can go hide in their corner and babble to their fellow employees when there's not a customer at the counter management needs to address this and fix it! read more

I came in for one item! Yes that's because some other markets don't carry quarts of Lactate Milk. Well as I saw the shelf was empty of The quarts! I saw a employee pulling a load of empty pallets and asked him if he could ck and see if they had some quarts in the case in back! I even showed him what they look like with the larger size so it would help. He stated he'll check but he doesn't work in that department! I waited about 5 mins. Then he was filling the space in the cooler so I opened the door and grabbed one! I said thank you and asked for his name! He said Russ!! If the store manager reads this then I hope you explain to others to help the customer even if they don't want to or it's another department! I would hire more like Russ who will take time to help those that need it! I have been coming here a long time and have gone to the front desk to get help and always get excuses! This location may look newer but it's the same old crap! Employees who do not give a care about anything. The order pick up is a joke. I received notice that my order was ready. I responded I was on my way. I indicated when I was there and the parking stall number after waiting 30 minutes and watching all the parking spaces around me had 3 rotations of cars. I finally asked someone for them to tell me my order was given to another car and they would have to replace my order. I responded to them id be back tomorrow. Trying to get a hold of someone in the store by phone was a joke. Walmart is trash complete trash. read more

sFirst of all, they are out of stock of everything I need every time I go Ratchet place full of savages who push people or walk slow like they are walking on the beach. People cut you off or come too close to you while we are in a pandemic. A lot of people who come here are disrespectful. I was even trying to cross and a large pick up truck almost hit me while I was trying to cross in front of the store. People drive in zigzag in the parking lot and almost hit my car. I've never seen such chaotic low level ratchets in one place. No security, no guards nothing. Just a land of chaos. Even if there is a security person, they are always on their phone and doing nothing. The food isles are full of mud and water on the ground. People carrying their screaming babies and blocking every isle in the store like this is a fun place to bring their kids. Employees are super rude and get offended if you say excuse me and ask them something. I am done. Y'all got the idea. Don't come here. read more

How can you not honor the price of wallmart.con !! This is where we check prices before even going to any location ! My experience at wallmart was horrible today . I went to beat buy to purchase a gaming monitor they had it for 166 but out of stock I decide to go to my local wallmart and they had it for 229 !! I asked the cashier if they would be able to match the Best Buy price and she said no BUT GO ON WALLMART.COM AND WE WILL MATCH OR IF IS LOWERE FROM THERE . I go to wallmart.com and for my surprise they had make a mistake and had it listed for 1.18 the cashiers start talking to each other a nice young guy comes and scans it bumb 1.18 it is ! He goes yeah I give it to you but someone must approve it . He calls the manager and after 45 minutes to an hours I'm not lying she finally shows up and claims she never heard or got a notification . Team lead violette brings the coach star only to say plain no , I asked if she could at least match it with beat buy and plain no . If you advertise something at a price you should respect that ! Just left the store, The lady currently working the fitting room.....Older lady, bigger size was the rudest person I have EVER encountered! I told her I was done with trying on the stuff and there was a few things that didn't fit. She told me with a huge attitude, "well, you can put them back where they belong." In all the years I've shopped at Walmart the employees sitting at the fitting rooms always told me to go ahead and hand them what I didn't want. But not her. I've worked retail and fitting rooms and that was super rude to say to a customer! She shouldn't be assigned to the fitting rooms if she refuses to do her job. read more

I was out the door by like 10pm, but whoever the older guy was checking/highlighting receipts at the door was (Description: Tall black man) was rude as hell & very unprofessional! Was criticizing me for how I was giving my receipt & when I explained why my receipt was at the bottom of my bag & I corrected him, he still had the nerve to gas light me in the most snotty way by saying "YOU AIN'T SAYING IT RIGHT" so I snatched my receipt out of his hand & just walked out. Be careful buying a TV from Walmart . I just bought a 70 inch Samsung TV 3/27/2023. Open from a brand new box, at least, I thought it was.. Someone swapped an old 2017 TV from the box. I talked to the customer service representatives (Durrand and Daisy). They were not helpful at all. They said that there was nothing that they can do because the serial numbers did not match. Basically they're saying that I swapped the TV's incredible!. Daisy, the customer service manager/coach suggested I try returning the TV to a different Walmart., are you kidding me?! so another customer can experience the same thing?! I have contacted customer service and they advised me to contact the store manager, Brandon Acosta. I have tried calling the store. No one answers, so I had to call customer service again and let them know that no one picks up the phone there. They assured me that Mr. Acosta will be in touch with me. To be continued. . Please help!l. Update 3/5/2023 no call back from Mr Acosta yet, in stead I received a call from Daisy today (and she referred me as to your the guy with the TV?) not my name I'm not surprised. She had one of her coworkers Julio (asset protection clerk) call me about the situation with the TV. He basically had the same outcome has Daisy. I can tell that I was on speaker and that she was listening, I asked Julio why I was not talking to the manager, (Mr. Acosta ) instead of him and that's when Daisy picked up, I said that I was done talking to employees from there I only want to speak to management. I've contacted Walmart customer service and have escalated this to Christian Wolff (Market Manager). Update 3/11/2023. Daisy called me and gave me an apology and said I can return the TV . She gave me my money back and a $25 gift card for my troubles. She said that they looked further into it and that the TV was returned by another customer and it was not properly checked. read more

Crowded. Unhelpful employees. A hot mess. I ordered online two movies - Us & Get Out. Had same day pickup so I was waiting for the email to say it was ready. I got a little impatient especially since stores were closing early due to the curfew that was placed all because of the protest. Went to the store and checked at the online pickup area. No one assists that area. Push a button - no one comes. Asked an employee - they called someone else to come. They couldn't give me any information on my order. None. So I left and when I finally received an email from Walmart, it was saying the order was delayed. Over a week later the email said one DVD couldn't be found so they would give me a refund. 2 weeks later, nothing! I asked for a refund. Took another 2 weeks to actually get it. I didn't get either DVD from them because of their stupid online system lying about it being in stock. read more

Seriously disappointed in this place. Went in on my lunch break to grab some plain white work T shirts and come to find out they are locked behind glass so I pressed the button for assistance sat and waited 10-15 minutes and no one came. Went to look for an associate to find out that the person I found didn't have keys for that department. Settled on some crappy other shirt and went to check out. The lines on a Thursday at noon were super long so I decided to do self checkout. Inserted my money into the machine and poof. It was gone with no change dispensed. After hunting down the manager for the lady that was at the self checkout I then had to explain that no I did not get change and I was on my lunch and I just wanted to get my money back and leave already. But she decided that she needed to check the cameras incase I did get the money so I then waited for that and when I was finally exonerated of any wrong doing they forked up my money so I could finally leave this hell hole of a store. As a customer that does not steal and just wanted a simple shopping experience I felt like I was in a prison. How about instead of making everything a robot and locking it all up you just employ some humans to make sure things don't get stolen. THIS WALMART SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Two horrible experiences. Ordered groceries, etc. for store pick up. Waited 2 HOURS for the staff to get them to my car. Unable to contact ANYONE inside the store! Completely unorganized! Next time, ordered for delivery to my home. The ENTIRELY WRONG ORDER was left at my door! Unable to contact ANYONE even though I received multiple texts/emails about my delivery. The store phone rings for up to 5 minutes, then disconnects. Finally, after waiting 2 days, I was able to get customer service at 1-800-walmart to cancel the order. They made me wait 48 hours to be sure my order was not delivered! I received someone else's stuff....toilet paper, personal items, cleaning supplies. Meanwhile, my order, several grocery items for a large family, MISSING! I'll pay the extra money and drive to Target from now on! Would prefer to give ZERO stars. read more
