This store just gets worse and worse. I get it that they lock up some items. That's no big deal for me BUT what i have a problem with is when i need said locked up item it takes forever to find someone to come unlock a item!!!! Last night hubs needed to go to Walmart, It was around 6 pm not a crazy hour. We head to electronics an find the item he wanted. Ugh it is locked up, no big deal off to find someone. Head to the register I asked worker if he could get someone to unlock the item for me and he told me no one else was working that area, it was just him. WTF!!! here it is prime shopping Saturday night and Walmart only has ONE lonely worker in the electronic area!!! SMH no wonder i hate this store, next time hubs will have to go alone. I went to Poulsbo Walmart to get a battery installed after my last oil change said I needed one (same Walmart). I told him my key fob wasn't working right so it was time to change the car battery. He said I needed a fob battery, I'm insisting I need a car battery. He checked and was right, the guy changing my oil was wrong. Battery was perfect! He was honest and took very good care of me. I wasn't treated like a dumb blond that knew nothing about cars. I happened to mention I broke the clip thingy on my wiper when I was changing it (the directions we're confusing). He didn't want my wiper flying off driving down the road in a rainstorm so put a new one on. He didn't charge me anything for his time or a new wiper or the battery check. I have never waited so long for a grocery pick up!! I checked in at 11:24pm and I didn't get my groceries until at 12pm. There were several other cars that showed up long after I did and still got their groceries before me. I had a 10 month old screaming in the back seat the entire time and I will never use this service again. read more

i recently went grocery shopping here in the beginning of september , once i got home to unload grocery's i noticed multiple food items expired in july. it's september they had expired food on the shelves for over a month. Horrible experience. Arrived at 5:30pm for an online pick up scheduled between 6-7pm. There are not enough numbered stalls to properly register arrival. The system only has registration available for stalls 1-10. They have 20 numbered stalls. All of them occupied. After 1 hour of waiting only one spot opened up. It was #15. I called the number to notify I'm here and the attendant answered unprofessionally, was rude and then told me that I would have to wait at least 1 more hour as they are backed up. read more

Two hours. That's how long I waited today for a pickup order because they were short staffed. You're short staffed because you don't run a business well. This is exactly what happened to Kmart: poorly run, year after year, and they lost their market. It's eminently clear no one at Wal-Mart cares, and all systems are broken. The management at this place is horrible, like everyone says. They never bother to keep an eye on the lines to open up new registers, but it really is more of a management problem than a customer service problem. I've had some good and some bad in the customer service realm. What I really like at this place, other than the prices, obviously, is the deli. They have a really unusual selection of hot food items like General Tso's Chicken, Orange Chicken and Chimichangas. My favorite though is their fried shrimp. They're just the kind you buy and fry yourself at home but still, their kitchen gets all greasy and they're only $2 per 6 shrimp. (Now $2.48 per 6 shrimp as of 2/2016.) So for their (relatively) cheap milk and other low prices and their cheap shrimp, I'm willing to deal with a little incompetence, dodge the solicitors that they station at their doors and stand in line for a reasonable amount of time. I have, on occasion though, ditched my purchases and left when the wait time becomes ridiculous. I should also add that I'm not sure all of the bad reviews for this place are really for this location. One person mentioned something about self-checkout aisles, but this place has no self-checkout aisles. Just know the potential pitfalls of shopping here and if you can, use their website instead. It's free shipping for orders over $50, so if you get your paper towels, toilet paper and Great Value k-cups (48 pods for $16), you can easily get most of what you need from Walmart without ever having to leave your home. read more

Let's face it, nobody ever wants to admit that they shop at Walmart. But with a super center like this, it's hard NOT to when the prices are so damn low! This super center definitely gives Target a run for its money and I'd highly recommend coming here if you're okay with the difference in ambience. The crowds at Walmart are what you'd expect, but with such low prices it's really hard to complain. The name says it all--super center-- so with that being said you can come here for pretty much anything and everything, from groceries to auto parts! They also have an indoor McDonald's if you're interested in grabbing a bite to eat while you shop. It's also open until midnight which is incredibly convenient when you need something at the odd hours of the night. read more

I like this Walmart at least compared to the others I've visited. Spacious and clean - probably why it's a Supercenter. I will update you guys when and if I hear back. Also did a price match earlier and the associate was Uber friendly. Spice is the variety of life. Few months ago I went to return dept to get my refunds. The three workers were so stupid to take care of it that took me 45 minutes ! Today my husband and I ( I wont shop alone there even day time - not safe at parking lot) noticed that outside of entrance of the Walmart building. There were two black voluteers asked for petition for IMPEACH TRUMP on the sign. Why did the store manager give permission to let them ?? Very offensive sight. It should be banned. Any one asks for donation or selling cookies or whatever. They often upset customers while going into or out of the store. This place doesn't even deserve a single star. The employees that work here are rude, disrespectful, no assistance when needed, careless, immature, and childish people ive ever met. BUT the shelves were very disorganized (I posted photos) and employees generally provide lackluster customer service although the checkout clerk was kind and effecient. Waited in line forever to purchase items one being ibuprofen that was locked up and you have to wait forever to get someone to open the glass and get it for you, then they only had 2 registers open and the self check out but only half of those worked. Someone broke a glass in one of the only two lines open they called for maintenance for almost 25 minutes but they never showed, instead of just closing the lane and moving to another register ( since they have so many not being used) we had to navigate around the spill in the floor. Poorly organized especially for the pandemic!!! I ordered a product online and the website didn't let me check in from the app even though my text I received told me to check in, so i checked in when I got there. I saw that when you checked in that the machine raises and you get your product and no where after you check in does it says to please wait while they bring your order. Since there is supposed to be an online option to check it, I though I can do some quick shopping. I after I was done I asked them if my order was ready and they said they came by already. It took 30 minutes and they wouldn't let me just get it faster from the electronics department itself. It was suppose to be in and out, but they made it so difficult. My all time dreadful shopping place. It's not Walmart it's self, it's the employees... they are so ignorant and non compliant with their basic employment roles. I hate when a ask for something in a particular isle and the employee acts like it's their first day and gives me the " that's all we have" or I don't think we have that item" when I find it 10 min later after looking for it myself.... worst pick up service ever! quality has declined tremendously in the past 4 months! keep in mind this is the 2nd such experience! i gave them grace on the first one but geez! can you get something right as simple as i place an order for pick up, it gets shopped to completion and is available for pick up when you notify me instead of having me to wait twenty minutes before anyone even walks out to bring out 1 order for only one of the now 9 cars waiting! then i call 8x to be told ohhh 6-8 of your items ate being shopped right now so you will need to wait. wth!!!! i only had 15 and 3 were unavailable 3 hrs ago so why in the whole hell did you notify me that my order was ready?!!! i had somewhere to be so i had to leave now the manager matt processes it as picked up which was not true but it sure looks good for them providing timely service which is a flat out lie! fast forward ...here i sit again at 510pm waiting for my $117 grocery order!!! sidenote ...the 1800 customer service number was a total joke! all they kept repeating was it shows you picked up your order. incompetent ones can you maybe call the store and ask for the manager and then figure out the process of providing some level of actual customer service! what a catastrophic failure! read more

The one thing I love about this Wal-Mart is that it's huge and pretty much for sure will have whatever I need. The only thing is be warned when you come here especially around the 11 o' clock hour and on as there are limited staff. This review is for wal mart grocery pick up. So I place my order and pick up time was 4pm to 5pm and since I had to go to work after thought it would be convenient but guess what it wasn't. Customer service really bad,sad no communication called no one really new what was going on then finally get email saying it was delayed cause they were busy I drive by there there was no cars waiting on pick up location??? I took a chance and selected the deli option for assistance. Fortunately, Camille answered and without hesitation, offed to transfer me to the bakery and walk over to make sure someone was there.
