I have been a Walmart plus customer for almost a year. I initially greatly appreciated the perks they offered for this membership and regularly placed a few orders monthly between grocery deliveries and free shipping orders. In the past 4-6 months I would say I have had to request refunds frequently on grocery items for issues such as: damaged or opened packages i.e. bacon unsealed, product past expiration dates/spoiled, etc. I will say--the refund process is easy and straightforward but the frustration of not getting it right adds up. Who allows damaged/spoiled/inedible food products to be sold?! I have provided my feedback every time this occurs but nothing improves. I will not be renewing my membership. I had one last bad experience this evening. Placed an order for children's allergy meds and a few other produce items for making salads, then was told of a substitution which I didn't approve of. Then as my delivery time frame window was closing I received a message saying that my order was delayed an additional hour and 20 minutes, (would have been after 9:15 pm arrival). I was irritated and in need of the medication so I cancelled the order. read more

I shop here because I have no other alternative, but if there was another big box store I could shop at I would shop there instead. Coming to this Walmart seems eerie, it is so uncomfortable, the staff seems unhappy to be here. and they seem to be working on auto pilot, they don't smile, they get bothered when you ask for assistance, they ignore you and I have never been asked if I am in need of assistance even when I look lost. Worst customer service ever! If I could give the store and its employees a negative number it would be -100. Everything is locked up and when you ring the buzzer no one comes. The last two times I've been there, I had to track down an employee only for them to say they don't have authorization to open the glass door. The customer service at the checkout stations is worst than the other employees. It's sad, embarrassing and frustrating! Walmart, please do better! read more

I am beyond frustrated with this Walmart location on Moreno Beach. At this point, this is a serious management failure, not just an inconvenience. I am currently on crutches and rely on a motorized cart to shop. We came in last night and found that none of the carts were working or charged. A staff member told us it was because kids had been playing with them--which already shows a lack of oversight. We came back again this morning expecting the issue to be resolved... and once again, not a single cart was available or usable. This is completely unacceptable. Walmart has a legal and ethical obligation to provide accessible accommodations. The repeated lack of working carts shows a breakdown in management, maintenance, and basic customer care. This store is not ADA-friendly in practice, regardless of what policies say. Management needs to: * Ensure carts are charged and consistently available * Actively monitor and prevent misuse * Maintain accessibility equipment as a priority--not an afterthought Because this issue persisted across multiple days with no resolution, I will be escalating this concern to Walmart Corporate and filing a formal complaint regarding accessibility compliance. Until this is addressed, I strongly do not recommend this location to anyone who depends on mobility assistance. Do better. Accessibility is not optional. read more

I purchased tires online at Walmart and paid for them through one pay by Klarna on 3/10/26 I scheduled for pick up and to install on 3/15/26..when I got there l drop off my car and went into the store..I called from daisy who handled my car and was told they were the wrong size...so I purchased the right size by using my debit card..I asked her what about the return on the original purchased to my one pay by Klarna account I was told she had returned it to my account..and now here we are almost a month later no response from the store at all..I spoke to daisy and was told she was off that day and that she we get a manager to call me back..also I call the auto center numerous of times no one answer..I called the operator the phone just constantly keeps ringing..I sent an email to one pay by Klarna with both transactions..I feel as if Walmart is ignoring and that there service is horrible read more

The Online grocery pick up has now moved to the front of the store parking lot, which has created a terrible chaotic mess! When you try to get in the front door to go into the store employees are trying to come out with orders. They don't seem to really like that you're trying to come in, then once you get in the store, you realize there's no carts and then you have to go in the parking lot to hunt for a cart. Plus, employees bringing the online orders out to the cars are trying to dodge the traffic passing in front of the store in the parking lot. I really don't see how this is improved anything, if anything at all it's gotten worse.!!!! read more

This Walmart is getting worse every day! I was there last night and had to get something out of the men's boxers section because it's locked up. She wouldn't give me the item and said she would bring it to customer service. She never brought it there. I had to go get it again with another associate. Placed an order in app & when I picked it up this bag was in my bags...my daughter was excited to try to Tate's cookies, so she opened them up & ate one. It tasted weird & made her not feel good, so we checked the date & it's EXPIRED!!!! So were these other items in this little goodie bag. Unfortunately this walmart is aweful, never have had a complete order always something out of stock. The employees who bring out orders are amazing , very nice and fast service. My problem with this store they are out of alot of items . I live about 2 min from this walmart, usually do target pick up which I love but some great value items at Walmart I prefer. This time I place a 93.00 order 1 day early and a scheduled time. Cked on other and it was scheduled for Beaumont. Since I had 12 hrs to pick up I tried to correct as it said you could change stores up to 3 hrs before pick up. Tried several times and could not. Starting at 6:00 a.m. I started calling the store and only got a recording of high volume callers so finally reached live chat and live chat could not change so had to cancel order. Love shopping here in general it's always clean and never many people. But there pharmacy are unprofessional workers. I called 3 times back to back and funny one how can hear when you pick up and hang up the phone. No signal was lost or anything. On my 4th call I was on wait for 10 minutes never picked up, I get there mind you I live 5 minutes away... hardly any people there. Still sucks to shop here after all these years. Retail thefts are making the shopping experience worse for everyone, from Walmart associates to customers. Despite shoplifters taking things like electronics, meat, liquor and baby formula (even though data shows retail thefts have been going down) Walmart is slowly locking up everything. Large swaths of the personal item section like toothpaste and deodorant are not locked behind cases. It's just a mess. because now you'll routinely see scenes like in the picture I snapped: aisles packed with people waiting for an associate to come an open the glass. It makes for long wait times because there aren't enough associates to answer all of the customer service requests to open the glass cases. Basically, retail theft has made these companies scared of a boogeyman that doesn't exist and it's screwing everyone over because of it. read more

We went to Walmart in Moreno Valley today to buy some cooling pads and a heating pad, which are locked up in the store. While I understand that's the policy, I don't understand why the employees seem to have such a bad attitude when you ask for help. First, my wife politely asked a Latino employee (about 6 feet tall, short hair, wearing glasses) if he could assist us since he was standing nearby. Instead of helping, he responded with, "Yeah, I heard it already because of the button," even though we hadn't pressed the button at all. We just got there! No apology, no offer to help, just an attitude like we were bothering him. Then we saw another employee, an African-American guy, who seemed just as lazy. When we asked for help, he rolled his eyes and gave us the most uninterested, "What do you need?" Like, I get it, bro--you don't want to talk to us, and honestly, we don't want to talk to you either. If your products weren't locked up like we're in a prison, maybe we wouldn't have to deal with this. This is why people get mad when you guys try to ask for a raise saying you need more than minimum wage. Why should you get paid more for giving us terrible service? That makes no sense. Only the good employees deserve a raise. The rest of you should be paid minimum wage. Walmart, train your employees better and find a way to make this process easier for customers. This is why people prefer Target--at least there, they act like they want to help. This is also why I'm willing to pay more at Target just to avoid dealing with your crappy employees. read more

Jaszmin or whoever, since you want to keep your name badge by your side so you can cover it up so that people cannot read your name and not wear a blue vest, BE BETTER!!!Yeah, it may not have been your department, and I realized after I asked you a question that you were in the middle of helping someone else, but you can address people and communicate those things so they can understand what's going on instead of walking away without saying anything and rolling your eyes (yeah I saw) and then coming back and showing annoyance in helping a customer. You're in retail - it was not even that busy - yeah it was 8pm - but I worked all day too and didn't need to be dismissed by your shitty attitude so you can just open a locked case. I get why they are locked and you and Wal-Mart probably take solace that probably no one will read this but your the exact kind of employee that makes people hate going to Wal-Mart and have to deal with employees like you. Wow been profiled for some shampoo for the first time by some guy named Jatin. Ended telling me a story that in July they started making customers pay before leaving the cosmetics section. Turns out 4 months and going in that section about 20 times during that span and that's the only time. He also charged me a bag without asking if I needed one or anything. Walmart-Moreno Beach. I ordered groceries for pickup my pickup time was 1-2pm. When i arrived to Walmart at 1:40ish I checked online and its showed my order was picked up 11:59am???? I called the help center number and was on hold for 36 min to file a complaint and get a refund ( they were very helpful) while waiting an emploee came out to ask about my order i gave my name he disappeared for about 10 min and when he came back he took a video of my order and went to tell the manager Maria. She then came and said that someone called she took the call and the said they were my husband and was there to pick up my order gave my last name and first (I'm not married & no BF!!!) she DID NOT verify the order number or that the person was listed as an authorized person to pick up my order. I told her to pull the camera because i want to know what happened she said she would tell security and call the police to file a report and give the license plate. I really think an employee that knows they do not verify pickup orders told someone to come early and get my order i expressed this to the manger and she agreed with me and said it would be investigated. I hope so because i have to wait for a refund my food in the home was running low and i had no groceries to feed the kids. As long as i waited in the parking lot trying to figure this out they could have went and grabbed my order and I could have had my groceries to feed my family totally unprofessional. read more
