STANDARD & RELIABLE! Popped in to buy some contact solution for my RGB lenses and they had two bottles of solution left. This Walgreens was bustling for a suburbian location. I saw tons of people near the pharmacy and food area. It didn't get chaotic, it was generally calm. The cashier was pleasant and professional. I'd return! This is one of the worst pharmacies I've ever been to. I stood there at the Pharmacy window and was ignored for more than 10 minutes. I was next in line. There was no one ahead of me. Employees went back-and-forth and back-and-forth in front of me never saying a word. I finally asked is this window open and someone answered that they will be with you in a minute. I waited 10 minutes more and finally they gave me my order. Absolutely pitiful. They have absolutely no concept of customer service, or even a concept of a customer. read more

Time doesn't just drag here--it collapses in on itself until you start questioning whether you'll ever see daylight again. If they moved any slower, we'd be watching dinosaurs walk past the drive-thru window. Speaking of the drive-thru--avoid it like it's radioactive waste. The speaker is about as clear as yelling into a sock underwater. They hand you a bag with a pen in it like you're supposed to perform some kind of pharmacy escape room challenge. No instructions, no guidance. You just sit there like an idiot, trying to decode the world's most confusing retail pharmacy puzzle while cars stack up behind you. I was on the phone for over an hour before they hung up the line so I got in the car and drove over to the Walgreen to get in line for 30 minutes for the pharmacy to tell me to go home and get the empty bottle that I had so he can refill it with 10 pills this would be the third time that they refill my medicine at five pills at a time when the total is supposed to be 90 I do not recommend anyone to get prescriptions from this Walgreens Monday morning, I will call my doctor's office and switch my prescription from Walgreens to somewhere else. I have lived in this neighborhood for over five years and have always had an issue with the pharmacy at Walgreens. i'd give this place a -5 stars and I don't think it's so much the employees. Do go here for propane exchanges. Do use it for over-the -counter meds. Do NOT go here for speedy pharmaceutical service. Even basic HBP medication is hard for them to fill. It's been 9 days, and my prescription is "in progress." If you are going to stay there, use the DoorDash service. Tip the driver. It's better than waiting 40-60 minutes in line per trip. read more

The pharmacist is just rude. He would not lower his mask inside the pharmacy area and I could not hear him. I was prescribed a narcotic and it would have been helpful to hear his instructions. I am partially deaf and cannot hear a person with a mask through the glass. He false accommodate me and told me to turn off my engine. I still couldn't hear him. NOT HELPFUL, accommodating or friendly. The staff is the exact same way as well. read more

The pharmacy here is absolutely incompetent and unreliable. I switched from Rite Aid 3 months ago due to their closure and have issues with medications every single month since switching. I was with Rite Aid for years and never had a single issue, now I have headaches every time I have to deal with a pharmacy...which is ironic considering I had issues getting my migraine meds refilled. Worst pharmacy ever. I went in for a Covid shot and staff gave me wrong information that seemed incredibly inconsistent with what I knew. So I talked to the head pharmacist/pharmacy manager, and I can't believe that as of October 2 he didn't know that there was an updated version of the Covid vaccine to cover new variants! He told me that the vaccine for 25/26 is exactly the same as the 24/25. I told him I was almost 100% sure that wasn't true. So he went and And came back with what he printed off the computer. And he told me you're right this does have a different formulation and is meant to protect against recent new variations in the virus. Then he told me he could give me the vaccine right then and I looked him straight in the face and I said no I'm going somewhere else. I don't trust you. I told him it's inconceivable that as the head pharmacist, he wouldn't know that every fall there's an updated version of the Covid Vaccine. And this is just a tip of the iceberg. I can't tell you how many goof ups and misinformation this Pharmacy and pharmacist have been giving me. Effective immediately, I have changed pharmacies. read more

This pharmacy has been very disappointing. I came in to pick up a prescription that was supposed to be ready yesterday. I was told it would take 20 minutes and that I would receive a call when it was ready. After waiting an hour and a half with no call, I returned to the counter. The staff member I spoke with was rude and told me to wait a few more minutes, but it took an additional 25 minutes for my prescription to be filled. I needed a prescription filled and had my doctor send it to this pharmacy, I called at 4 pm inquiring about it and the lady on the phone said it was received at 3:30 and should be ready by 5:30. I called again at 5:30 and a guy on the phone said it'll be ready in 15 minutes, I called again at 7:20 and I believe the same guy from earlier said 15 minutes again, here it is 8:40 i'm here in person now and they told me my prescription is STILL not filled. Drive thru line should be quick but always takes up to an hour or more to get one prescription. Employees are in no rush to help customers. This Walgreens pharmacy used to be the best in the area but I don't know what happened. The pharmacy is awful. They randomly cancel refill requests. When I try to call I can't get through or get hung up on. I've had to go up in person several times for explanations of what's going on only to find out the pharmacy doesn't know either. There was 1 poor girl employee doing her best to keep both the inside customers and the drive thru customers happy. It was very obvious the the company may want to take a look at staffing. I attempted to call the pharmacy in order to correct a mix up regarding my prescription. The dosage was changed and the insurance denied filling due to their rules. Not the pharmacy's problem, HOWEVER, they don't answer their phone, so I couldn't correct the mix up. I called TWICE. I was routed by the robo-phone service to the pharmacy and listened to the music and their robo-apology message for being busy and then after 20 minutes of waiting, the final robo-message comes on to tell me that they are experiencing problems and then it hangs up on me. She had surgery and needed that medicine, and they were so slow and didn't even helped. She said that she wasn't able to give it to me because they had to close in 10 minutes. Even the doctor that did my sisters surgery said it was something that they have to do, their work is to give us the medicine we need. It was a stressful situation. And they don't do their work and they work horribly. If you need medicine fast, do not come this this place. I always preferred Walgreens instead of CVS. However, I am seeking a new pharmacy. These people are so rude! While I understand they might be understaffed, they are in the business of providing services to people. I go to the drive thru and there is a sign saying lunch is from this time to that time. I go back, there is a new sign with a new time posted. Ok, I wait. Then, they tell me they are still in lunch and to go inside if I want services. OK, so they are not in lunch then, if they can see you inside. The attitude the guy gave me. Sr. Some people with disabilities barely can drive themselves to the pharmacy. Have some decency to at least provide accurate information in the drive thru. I hope your parents or family members are never treated the way you treat customers. Shameful! Discrimination!! Deaf and can't walk. They changed their pharmacy window hours to end at 7. I was already in drive through line before 7 when it was my turn. They shut down the screen and refused to service me. I can't use speaker because I am Deaf. I was unable to walk in the store because of an injury which is why I needed the medication.
