If there is an option for 0 star, this is what i would rate this pharmacy. Poor customer service . RXM did not listen and raised the voice at customer. Pharmacy employees did not know how to handle the issue and the pharmacy manager was even worse. So disappointed of how the pharmacy handled issue. No surprise when employees did not know how to handle the problem. Their leadership did not know how. I lost my prescription in the mail and all they care were blaming to see whose fault . I had a very frustrating and unpleasant experience at this CVS location due to the behavior of the store manager, Patty. I went in late at night to purchase a specific item and tried to show her a picture of it on my phone to make things easier. She immediately refused to even look at the picture and told me to just tell her the name instead in an extremely rude way. I was having difficulty pronouncing the item, but instead of being patient or helpful, she acted irritated and dismissive. She gave me incorrect information about the product, and when I politely asked again for help, her attitude became even worse. She insisted that I had asked for a completely different item, which was not true, and made me feel like I was being blamed for her mistake. As a customer, I was simply trying to get assistance, but I was treated with disrespect and unnecessary rudeness. For a store manager, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I understand that working late hours can be stressful, but basic courtesy and professionalism should still be expected, especially from management. This kind of behavior from a store manager is absolutely ridiculous. Unfortunately, this experience has made me think twice about returning to this location. Absolutely horrible store. General merchandise area is in bad repair. They have several helium balloons covering the air ducts (FIRE HAZARD) most merchandise is out of stock. This a review for CVS at the corner of Magnolia and Adams. The pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The company that produces my insulin pen included a pen that did not work. After several weeks I was advised by cellphone that the replacement pen was available. I went to this CVS three times, waiting anaverage of 20 minutes each time, and no one knew a thing about it , even after speaking with the supposed pharmacy manager. CVS customer service headquarters kept telling me that they would correct the problem but the answer was for me to go back to the same pharmacy for the FOURTH time. Not going to happen. I was at the drive thru first but they told me one medication wasn't covered and to come inside the store so they can work on the medication for me and they could help me cancel the prior authorization that was submitted so they can submit for the generic brand. That wasn't the issue. I go inside and Alexis at the drop off window at the pharmacy, the big African American lady with the piercings on all over her face, was rude from the beginning when I wanted to drop off my prescription that I had just received at the ER about an hour prior. She right away had an attitude and was rolling her eyes and had kept putting her hands over her face as if she was fed up already when I was asking simple questions about a name brand Rx wasn't covered and I've had the generic brand before that has been approved by my insurance, so I tried explaining the situation to her from the convo I had at the drive thru. so I asked her if they could submit for the off brand and she said "listen to what I'm telling you it's not covered" and I told her "you didn't need to be rude I was just asking a simple question" and she started arguing with me saying she wasn't being rude and that I need to listen to her. And when I seen her name on her name tag and said ok thanks Alexis and she said "yup you got it".. another pharmacist was able to assist me and she was able to get my medication approved so I don't understand why this Alexis wasn't able to help me instead of just being rude. When I tried to bring it up to the manager at the pharmacy, he said that he was right there and heard everything and that he doesn't think that she was in the wrong???? worst experience of my life, my mother and I needed a couple things from cvs so we went. She had the urge to use the restroom and she has a medical disability in which she cannot hold it in. The pharmacist and employee working told us that the bathroom closes at 10 no exceptions and that two people ruined it for everyone else. It was 10:20 mind you and I had explained that she really needed the restroom and she has a disability in which he said no exceptions. So instead he'd rather just gossip and say that two people ruined it for us. That is on those two people why should people with disabilities have to suffer because of those two people. By this time it's too late to transfer the script to another pharmacy because they are all closed but this one. Then she tells me that they just got a very large shipment of drugs in and she will text me when it's filled, "if it's even in there" I asked her if she knew for sure that my meds were in there? Terrible location so many issues . If it wasn't for the app and my prescriptions are here, I would not keep coming. Where to start Outside: It is getting disgusting around the building. Full of trash and papers. It is clear that they do not have staff or service to clean up around the Building. There is an old mattress for a month and it is still there. The bushes and planters around are not well kept. Front trash container is usually full. This store is an eye sore for the neighborhood. Store: It seems to be a busy store and they may not have enough srufff shelves in disarray and poorly stocked. Usually one cashier so expect to be online. Good thing they have the self service cashier machines. Pharmacy: Staff is friendly and polite. I do not think customer service is an issue. The problem is management. Staff waste so much time chasing your prescriptions. They also have billing and refill issues. Mistakes billing coding your prescriptions and this cause wrong copay or rejection of your refill. If you call, prepare go over all the voice menus to try to get to the pharmacy. Then prepare to be on hold for a while Hope corporate office provides assistance to this store, more hours, more budget, to turn around this store At least corporate office needs to do something keep up the outside landscape and most of all to keep the outside clean. Received my scheduled first covid shot today. Horrible experience! When I arrived at 4:15 for my 5:00 appointment (hoping to get in earlier), I was third in line at their check in table and no one manning the table. 15 minutes later there are 10 people and finally someone shows up to check us in. I was told they are running 30-45 minutes behind because they triple booked their appointments! Who does that? I guess they don't understand what the definition of appointment is . I'm asked to stay nearby and they would call my cell. 40 minutes later and no call, I decide to walk to the pharmacy end and get in line. Now I'm 4th in line for about another 15 minutes before I get to sit for my shot. The tech was fabulous. Now I get to do it all again in a few weeks for round two . Now... last time I was at CVS on Market, my number had supposedly been updated, unfortunately this was not the case, because Paul got extremely frustrated with me as I tried to struggle and remember the other numbers that could be associated with my CC acct. I was excited to try curbside pickup today. I arrived shortly after 9, and as directed texted "Here" to an automated cvs number. I received a response, "Thanks. Someone will be with you soon. Turn your car's hazard lights on when you see the CVS associate." Then I sat. I sat for 15 minutes with my hazard lights on, watching everyone who walked in and out of the store, with a screaming infant in my backseat. Finally at the 15 minute mark I got my two children out of the car and walked inside. I approached the first associate I saw and I was told to stand in line and wait for the manager. Manager Dave told me that curb service ends at 9. I showed him the text I received at 9:05 indicating 'someone would be with me soon' and he said "that's weird, the app says 9pm. It's for our safety." While I understand the safety issue I should not have had to wait 15 minutes with a screaming infant before having to go inside to get my order. THEN manager Dave goes on to say, " well I'll still give you your order, anyone else probably wouldn't, but I'll help you out" He "helped me out" by handing me the diapers I had already paid for. I am so disappointed in this curbside service. If the hours do end at 9pm cvs needs to update their automated messages and make that more clear on their app. I have since spent several minutes on the app looking for this 9 PM time limit and I don't see it anywhere. And after manager Dave made it seem like he was doing me a favor by giving me diapers I had already paid for (and waited more than 15 minutes for) I will never return to this cvs. read more
