I gave this Walgreens pharmacy several chances, but my experience today was unacceptable…read more I came to the pharmacy after a procedure, expecting my prescriptions to be ready, but Instead, I was told they were not ready and had to wait. The delays in filling prescriptions have been an ongoing issue and have made an already stressful situation even more difficult! What made today particularly upsetting was how I was treated by Michelle, the pharmacy technician. My doctor was literally on the phone with me at the pharmacy, actively trying to reach the pharmacy and help resolve the issue.. While my doctor was on the call, Michelle told me I needed to move out of the way. When I explained that my doctor was on the phone and actively trying to help, she responded, "Welllll, we're answering our phones, so you need to move we have customers ahead of you." I understand that pharmacies can be busy and that there are other customers waiting. However, the way I was spoken to was unnecessarily rude and dismissive, especially considering I had just undergone a procedure, was in significant pain, and my physician was actively trying to resolve the situation with the pharmacy. Patients should be treated with basic courtesy and compassion. Based on their very poor rating as a location Walgreens should reconsider who they are hiring. Based on the other reviews, my experience was not an isolated event. So to customers be aware and believe the reviews. This location has a very rude and unprofessional staff who will dismiss you even if you're on the phone with your doctor!

Asked me if I have any allergic reaction to anything etch. It was a grand experience, and the needle didn't hurt me at all. I'm scared of needles lol! That's why when she did the booster on me, I was quite surprised because I normally get high anxiety just from knowing I'm getting a needle. She was also very pleasant to talk to also, so it turned down my anxiety level by 1000%! Thank you!!!

I've felt myself aging as I stand repeatedly pressing the "assistance" button for 10 minutes without help arriving. I've spent 45 minutes in the pharmacy drive through multiple times and yesterday, I stood waiting, the only person in line for 5 full minutes before I had to go and demand help at the counter from the pharmacist. I hate being that person but ffs, I've got limited years left on this planet and I'd rather not expire at CVS. My final straw was a pharmacy tech who looked me straight in the face and told me my insurance covered a portion of something it clearly did not as the medication was denied and I was paying cash for it. If they are happy to lie to your face about that, what else do they lie about at the pharmacy? Liars gonna lie. This company only cares about its shareholders profit margins and CEO salaries, not serving my community. I'm finding a new pharmacy and not shopping there for anything any longer. I'm done with this whole company.

When I get there, I find out they're closed for lunch for an hour. Their automated phone message doesn't tell you that. Today, I call to find out if they have received the order yet from my doc for a new prescription. I can't talk to a person. I get a recording again. When I ask for customer service, I get a voicemail. CVS needs to hire more staff so they don't need to close for lunch, and so someone can answer the phone personally. Terrible customer service.

The excuse I was given was that they okay had two people working there. The manager if this location needs to hire more help. Like yesterday. They took and printed my photos despite them clearly not meeting U.S. passport requirements, showing a complete lack of knowledge and professionalism. Because of their incompetence, my passport application was delayed, forcing me to resubmit photos and wait even longer to receive my passport. What should have been a quick process turned into a nightmare--I waited hours for two simple passport photos and had to make three separate trips to the store to fix their mistakes. The store manager, Susie, was shockingly unhelpful and dismissive, delivering customer service that was rude, careless, and completely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Staples, for example, had no lines and produced compliant passport photos in under five minutes. The contrast is embarrassing.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Walmart today…read more After paying for my groceries, I realized I had accidentally left one of my reusable fabric shopping bags in the produce section. I went back inside, found my bag, and headed back out. Because I accidentally walked toward the wrong door first, I simply walked a couple of feet over to the correct exit and left. A few minutes later, while I was sitting in my car, a Walmart employee approached me and demanded to see my receipt because i walked out the wrong door. I understand that receipt checks may be part of store policy, and I would have gladly cooperated. What upset me was the employee's attitude and the way he handled the situation. While I was looking for my receipt, he rudely said, "Just give me the bag of food and we'll call it even," implying that I had stolen my groceries. I found that comment insulting and unprofessional. Once I located my receipt, he looked at it, handed it back, said, "Have a good day," and walked away without any apology or acknowledgment. To make matters worse, when I got home I called to speak with a manager. Around 3:30 p.m. I was told the manager was at lunch and to call back after 5:00 p.m. When I called back after 5:00, I was then told the manager had already gone home. I was told the manager is off at 5 every day.... I understand that employees have a job to do, but customers deserve to be treated with respect. Being spoken to as though I had stolen something, only to be proven that I had paid for everything, was embarrassing and unacceptable. I hope Walmart provides better customer service training and ensures customers have a way to speak with management when concerns like this arise.
