I usually use the drive up lane. But today there were alot of cars waiting in line. So I decided to go inside for once. It look like they are up grading the POS system for pick up. So it take a little bit longer. You have to use the pad to type in your information and answer a few questions. Im not sure about this system. Phone service is terrible. I call to see if my prescription is ready. I take to an automated message. It's ready so I go to pick it up. When I get there, I find out they're closed for lunch for an hour. Their automated phone message doesn't tell you that. Today, I call to find out if they have received the order yet from my doc for a new prescription. I can't talk to a person. I get a recording again. When I ask for customer service, I get a voicemail. CVS needs to hire more staff so they don't need to close for lunch, and so someone can answer the phone personally. Horrible location. Pharmacy has no clue where anything is. They will text you and voicemail you and tell you your meds are ready. When you get there they can't find your meds or they are not ready. When you tell them that you were contacted and told your medication is ready, the pharmacy will tell you that their automated system has been broken for years. It needs to be fixed. Yet they don't do anything about it to fix it. Pharmacy does not care about customers, they don't do anything above & beyond to help a customer. They don't return phone calls and will let you wait 2-3 days. You have to call and get updates. How is this CVS still open. They need Chick-fil-A to go train them in customer service and how to be friendly with customers. read more

They charged me for medication under an old plan. When I discovered the error and tried to get my refund I was treated like I was an idiot. I was so angry with the arrogant male pharmacist that denied me a refund because my photo of the receipt was incomplete. Fast forward received a call today with an apology, really dude? I am a senior on a VERY LIMITED INCOME, your refusal cost me dearly. I have since moved all of my prescriptions to Walgreens. I love their convenient drive thru pharmacy; however, it is impossible to get thru to a live person when calling the pharmacy. They have a sub par virtual assistant that will only transfer you to a voicemail if you want to talk to a person. It asks you to leave a detailed message; however, they don't listen to the message. They will call you back but they have no idea what you need because they don't listen to the message. I have told them about all of this but no one seems to be concerned about it at all. This place is a joke. Simply use the restroom as a customer they want you to go to the pharmacy to have them unlock the door. The door is remote entry. I asked the cashier if he could give me the code or open it up for me and he could not. Nothing but positive experiences thru the drive-thru. Staff have been friendly and helpful. One of my medications has a manufacturer coupon and this location hasn't had issues entering and submitting my claims. Retail pharmacies are generally understaffed so one thing to know about this location, any location, any retail pharmacy is you must/ should be patient. Again, my experiences have been pleasant and if this changes I shall post and update. I have not been in the store, just pharmacy and drive-thru only. Knowing what times to go like earlier in the day and later in the evening prior to closing would be best if you're in a rush. Hope this helps! read more

I walked into the store and was promptly greeted by the manager. We chatted about our family's and social lives for a few minutes and then to business. He guided me through the store and helped me find each item I was looking for. He gave me his employee discount. When I walked out to the parking lot several cvs associates were washing my car as a courtesy and to show their appreciation for my patronage. Now that is customer service. I had an experience last week, I called ahead of time to ask if they could look up my transaction so I can make an even exchange. The cashier told me they could look it up under the card I used. I went in and we tried about 6 times and it kept cancelling my entry. The cashirt asked me to wait for her manager, I waited a good 20 minutes because he was busy. When he came back to the counter, she explained the problem to him, and he made a face and shrugged his shoulders and did not give her an answer. She came back and told me we could try once more, and if the same thing happened, she could not help me. I left without any resolution to my problem. Very rude and unprofessional of the manager. Female employee did not know how to process the payment for gift cards and had to call her manager. She had a bad interaction with the prior customer as well. Amazon gift cards I bought from the manager were tampered with and they could not help when I returned except give me a number that I had to call. Not sure if I'll see my $200 again. read more

I've been helped with the utmost of professionalism each time I go and I come here multiple times per month for myself and my family. Is it a bit busy most of the time? Yes, but the pharmacy staff moves at a fast pace and have always addressed any concerns in that moment. Do NOT use this pharmacy!!! There has not been ONE time I have come here and had an easy, quick experience. There are always tons of people behind the pharmacy counter but only one or two help the line of people waiting for assistance. They often fill the wrong prescription so you have to wait twice as long due to THEIR errors! If they don't have a certain prescription in their store they just don't even bother telling you so you can go get it filled somewhere else. AND they are always completely rude and act like it's your problem. I would highly advise you go to Walmart pharmacy across the street. Save yourself a ton of headache! The lady manager was very mean and rude today. The one with star stickers on the left side of her face. Rude tone and yelled at her fellow coworker "did you hit the damn button that many times" talking about the alcohol button. I said it was me because I couldn't hear it working due to hearing issues. She rudely stormed off. This is the problem with management today, they allow this toxic behavior which provides the other worker with an unsafe work environment free of hazing or harassment. (I will be reporting this to corporate and I need to find out where to report this for this man who is just trying to do his job while taking verbal/ emotional abuse from this lady) The cashier who is a taller man about 6'2, black hair and glasses at 330pm today was very patient.
