Maria went out of her way to run out of the pharmacy and grab the meds for me. I paid in the drive they and was able to go home successfully! The delays in filling prescriptions have been an ongoing issue and have made an already stressful situation even more difficult! What made today particularly upsetting was how I was treated by Michelle, the pharmacy technician. My doctor was literally on the phone with me at the pharmacy, actively trying to reach the pharmacy and help resolve the issue.. While my doctor was on the call, Michelle told me I needed to move out of the way. When I explained that my doctor was on the phone and actively trying to help, she responded, "Welllll, we're answering our phones, so you need to move we have customers ahead of you." I understand that pharmacies can be busy and that there are other customers waiting. However, the way I was spoken to was unnecessarily rude and dismissive, especially considering I had just undergone a procedure, was in significant pain, and my physician was actively trying to resolve the situation with the pharmacy. Patients should be treated with basic courtesy and compassion. Based on their very poor rating as a location Walgreens should reconsider who they are hiring. Based on the other reviews, my experience was not an isolated event. So to customers be aware and believe the reviews. This location has a very rude and unprofessional staff who will dismiss you even if you're on the phone with your doctor!

I've spent 45 minutes in the pharmacy drive through multiple times and yesterday, I stood waiting, the only person in line for 5 full minutes before I had to go and demand help at the counter from the pharmacist. I hate being that person but ffs, I've got limited years left on this planet and I'd rather not expire at CVS. My final straw was a pharmacy tech who looked me straight in the face and told me my insurance covered a portion of something it clearly did not as the medication was denied and I was paying cash for it. If they are happy to lie to your face about that, what else do they lie about at the pharmacy? Liars gonna lie. This company only cares about its shareholders profit margins and CEO salaries, not serving my community. I'm finding a new pharmacy and not shopping there for anything any longer. I'm done with this whole company.

Because of their incompetence, my passport application was delayed, forcing me to resubmit photos and wait even longer to receive my passport. What should have been a quick process turned into a nightmare--I waited hours for two simple passport photos and had to make three separate trips to the store to fix their mistakes. The store manager, Susie, was shockingly unhelpful and dismissive, delivering customer service that was rude, careless, and completely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Staples, for example, had no lines and produced compliant passport photos in under five minutes. The contrast is embarrassing.

A few minutes later, while I was sitting in my car, a Walmart employee approached me and demanded to see my receipt because i walked out the wrong door. I understand that receipt checks may be part of store policy, and I would have gladly cooperated. What upset me was the employee's attitude and the way he handled the situation. While I was looking for my receipt, he rudely said, "Just give me the bag of food and we'll call it even," implying that I had stolen my groceries. I found that comment insulting and unprofessional. Once I located my receipt, he looked at it, handed it back, said, "Have a good day," and walked away without any apology or acknowledgment. To make matters worse, when I got home I called to speak with a manager. Around 3:30 p.m. I was told the manager was at lunch and to call back after 5:00 p.m. When I called back after 5:00, I was then told the manager had already gone home. I was told the manager is off at 5 every day.... I understand that employees have a job to do, but customers deserve to be treated with respect. Being spoken to as though I had stolen something, only to be proven that I had paid for everything, was embarrassing and unacceptable. I hope Walmart provides better customer service training and ensures customers have a way to speak with management when concerns like this arise.

Palmieri Pharmacy on Magnolia St Corona, and Owner Sam and Saneen is such a wonderful Pharmacy. Once a couples ago, one of my prescriptions meds wasn't at the store, so Sam graciously allowed me enough to get through the week-end until shipment arrived on Monday. Can't say how much that meant to me. Sam saved me the 3 days of pain I would have been in. And Saneen is the best.... she's always happy and cheerful and quickly helps people, and she knows the best over-the-counter items. She referred me to non-prescription hydrocortisone ointment. Palmieri pharmacy has been my choice for over 8 years now. Different folks before were wonderful also. I was worried when new owners Sam and Saneen and others took over the business a fews back. But right away I loved the new owners just as well. THANK YOU Palmieri Pharmacy, and I certainly will continue having my medications filled there the remainder of my life.....danny peavy. read more

Sam, Naseem and the group are wonderful! They are VERY knowledgeable. For instance I explained the symptoms and they knew exactly what was needed...I have been able to avoid doctor visits time and again. They also do custom compounding of medications. Give these guys a try! read more

I don't know why it was delivered so late, but at this point, I'm not mad. It is what it is. I will give them one more try.
