Maria went out of her way to run out of the pharmacy and grab the meds for me. I paid in the drive they and was able to go home successfully! I waited for 5 minutes and looked around with still no worker around. I asked the cashier in the front if someone else is going to come back from the photo area and she gave me a dumb look. I waited another 5 minutes and still no one came. I saw the pharmacy also had a line for about 8 people. This is possibly the worst Walgreens. I am never getting my prints here. Plus, he says he's can get a bag of chips and a candy bar. They are a compounding pharmacy, the DR at the ER said it literally was the only place in town that could do this special mouthwash. They did call me and say my insurance didn't cover it, but I got it anyways.. On a personal level, this mouthwash is "DISGUSTING" stung my mouth for a few seconds... then I guess the lidocaine kicked in, it numbed my mouth, cheeks, roof of my mouth and 1/2 down my throat. I struggled to swallow and the tongue halfway down felt like a hairy spider was on it. Keep in mind, you swish and spit.. unknown how my throat got involved. I was put on hold SEVEN TIMES before talking to an actual person --18minutes in all. When I finally got someone, I asked if it was their pharmacy's practice to put callers on hold repeatedly without even talking to them. The excuse I was given was that they okay had two people working there. The manager if this location needs to hire more help. Like yesterday. With the closings of every Rite Aid in the area, I'm sure there are qualified candidates to hire.

They took and printed my photos despite them clearly not meeting U.S. passport requirements, showing a complete lack of knowledge and professionalism. Because of their incompetence, my passport application was delayed, forcing me to resubmit photos and wait even longer to receive my passport. What should have been a quick process turned into a nightmare--I waited hours for two simple passport photos and had to make three separate trips to the store to fix their mistakes. The store manager, Susie, was shockingly unhelpful and dismissive, delivering customer service that was rude, careless, and completely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Staples, for example, had no lines and produced compliant passport photos in under five minutes. The contrast is embarrassing.
