I was put on hold SEVEN TIMES before talking to an actual person --18minutes in all. When I finally got someone, I asked if it was their pharmacy's practice to put callers on hold repeatedly without even talking to them. The excuse I was given was that they okay had two people working there. The manager if this location needs to hire more help. Like yesterday. With the closings of every Rite Aid in the area, I'm sure there are qualified candidates to hire.

What should have been a quick process turned into a nightmare--I waited hours for two simple passport photos and had to make three separate trips to the store to fix their mistakes. The store manager, Susie, was shockingly unhelpful and dismissive, delivering customer service that was rude, careless, and completely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Staples, for example, had no lines and produced compliant passport photos in under five minutes. The contrast is embarrassing.

Store is also organized and items are nicely stocked here. The Customer Service counter can have a long line, depends when you come in. They have rotisserie chicken here that is also fresh and made after 4:30pm. Parking can be a little tight, as it's part of a smaller shopping plaza, but they usually open up pretty quickly. This is located in the 6th Street area and close to the freeway.

I shouldn't have to open a foil-sealed bottle at the pharmacy register just to be certain they are giving me the quantity requested (90) on my prescription. Good place to pick up some over-the-counter medicines, snacks, drinks, and everyday essentials like health and beauty products. Definitely a one stop shop for all your needs. Though not all products are stocked nor are the prices correct. I also used their pharmacy counter for a prescription refill, which was convenient when it was ready but that line can be super long. I have waited almost an hour just to pick up my prescription and I was 5th in line. They are understaffed and I can see one person at the register and there are 2 in the back filling orders (taking phone orders and talking to doctors, etc.) that's all I could hear. The service at this location vary. At times, some staff members friendly and eager to help, and other times they are just slow and the prices on the tag don't match up when rung on the register. So I would only recommend coming here if you have extra time to wait for your pharmacy order or to go back and wait for customer service to check on the correct price.
