I'm glad this place is closing down, useless employees, and rude for no reason. I've been in customer service in years and would never talk to someone like that, I called today wondering if an item was in stock because I don't want to make the 25 minute drive and them not have it. The Indian lady who is usually at the register answered and all she said was "I don't know", and I continued to ask if she could check and the situation I was in. Went to Rite Aid for ice cream on Saturday night and was turned away by the cashier saying she could not help us and two other patrons because she had a bandage arm and there was no one else to help. Why would you have an employee working that cannot perform their job duties due to an injury. The Store Manager must be an idiot to allow this to happen. Are you in the business to make money? Really appreciate the clean, bright, welcoming and efficient layout of the Norco Rite Aid, my preferred store . Staff is friendly and knowledgable, and special shoutout to 'Sarah' a young woman so cheerful, friendly, and welcoming and quick to answer question and make me feel like a valued customer. Very 'small-town' personal service here in a country-store setting but with RiteAid's national standards and perks. I prefer using RiteAid's own housebrand products and find them equal to if not better than famous namebrands. Nothing is ever in stock! Some of the pharmacists are kind though and the ice cream is good. But it's so frustrating that they never have anything ever and nothing ever gets restocked. Empty shelves for weeks. read more

This is for the pharmacy. I went to pickup my prescription in the drive through. After waiting for the pharmacist to check me out, I asked them to try a good RX code and he said he would but asked me to either come into the store or let the car behind me go and asked me to drive to the end of the line. He told me it was because the other car was waiting. I told him I was also waiting. After I drove to the back of the line he didn't return to the window for a few minutes. I will be moving my business to Vons moving. He was nice but I thought the request was unreasonable. read more

Bare shelves..its like a 3rd world country. Don't waste ur time coming in to look for products, they probably won't have it.

I like that this store is always clean. There's always parking and even though people don't always say hi back to the person that greets them, they still say hi welcome or whatever it may be, I jokingly say hi if I'm nearby and the person walking In doesn't respond. But anyway, isles are spacious and holiday decorations are always on sale BEFORE the holiday even arrives, that's nice. I like the GNC area. They also carry Lindora products, way cool! ********* In Response to the comment from Rite Aid, I did contact customer service about a week ago I never heard anything back.*********** My husband was in an accident at this location. I called and spoke to the sweetest young lady asking her who I needed to speak to regarding parking lot cameras. Before transferring me to the store manager she advised me to make sure I have my dates / time of accident in hand. She also said they've had calls like this before and this info is very helpful. I spoke with the manager, I can't remember the name but he sounded Indian. He said they have absolutely no cameras in their parking lot and did what he could to get me off the phone as soon as he could. He was a complete asshole. Just be aware that if you are ever in an accident in this parking lot, robbed or even worse the store manger will not help you out. read more

Ice cream!!!! Glory be! There is an older lady there that, when I asked for a SINGLE scoop, gave me half a tub of ice cream. Ohhhhhh. I wonder what the double looks like? Shoulda taken a picture. I'm sorry to hear all the bad reviews. We always go to the Rite Aid off of Ontario Ave in Corona. The customer service was great. They closed this Rite Aid in Corona. The ice cream was great and so were the servers and checkers. It sounds to me they closed the wrong Rite Aid. They should have closed the Norco Rite Aid and kept the Corona one opened. There are more bad reviews than good ones about Norco. Corporate should pay attention and do something about this situation!! read more

Thrifty ice cream freezers broken more times than not. Only reason I make a trip to Rite Aid is the ice cream.

I went in there to use the restroom. It was an emergency situation and I had a drive home that was at least 30 mins. I go there frequently since it is near my paitents home. I go into Rite Aid on multiple occasions since I worked for Amazon to use the restroom. The manager straight up lied to my face and said they've been closed to the public since the beginning of covid. So when I wear a different jacket they're suddenly closed. If I peed on your floor would you still say they were closed?? read more

First the positives, consistently clean store and greeted warmly coming in. The negatives, came in two weeks ago and ice cream freezers were out of order. Today, another 100 degree day, freezers operational but out of Choc Malted Crunch (most famous flavor) and Choc Mint. Then, get to front and girl mistakenly rings up customer before me twice and have to wait 5 minutes for manager to finally get to the front. That is not a big deal though because mistakes happen though the wait was a tad long. What I found irritating is that the customer is apologizing to me for the wait....did so twice...in front of the employee. And the employee does not say anything leaving the blame on the customer. I had been paying attention so I knew it was the checkers error. Why let it appear the customer is to blame? Again, no problem with the error but if it's your mistake, don't let the customer look like it's their fault. read more

Michael at the front counter is freaking the best employee I have ever met ANYWHERE. There needs to be more people like him! Very respectable, courteous, caring, and down to earth kind of guy. He instantly greets you, makes sure you're welcomed by even asking how you're doing today, and when you go to check out he's super nice and patient with you and you can just tell he cares and wants you to be happy! Went in to get ice cream a middle aged women working there named MICHELLE was extremely rude and disrespectful to the customers in front of me and behind me. Simply making unneeded comments and making us feel dumb and unwelcomed. She had extremely slow service and did not seem like she liked us there. Do not use the pharmacy at this store. If you can drive to the next closest pharmacy even another RideAid. There is a woman who works as one of the pharmacists (the older Asian lady) there and she won't let you speak or ask a question. I had to stop multiple times because I was cut off by her and she would not answer my questions directly when I asked. And she won't even speak to the doctor directly she speaks to an assistant through the doctor. She also said I had to get paperwork from my doctors office and when I asked my old pharmacist what she was talking about she said it was strange she brought them up because it is their job to get the paperwork not mine. They also take forever to fill a prescription and are poorly understaffed!! Do Not Go Here!!!! Worst experience and not expected from RiteAide. read more

The pharmacy at Rite Aid Norco is pretty close to as incompetent as they come. Over the years I have tried to overlook its many flaws in meeting our prescription needs but enough is enough. The issues we have had include things like: never having medication in stock, promising they will order medication and then it doesn't arrive because they forgot to order, saying they will call insurance but they do not, not paying attention to who the RX is for (telling me not to have my 2 year old drive while taking specific medications), and providing inaccurate information, additionally the staff I have dealt with over the years is extremely unhelpful and acts frustrated when you ask questions. I used to think the drive-thru was worth dealing with the issues but I will now be taking our prescriptions to another pharmacy in town. read more

Wow. The slowest cashiers I've ever seen in life. I've been coming here for over a year and the average transaction takes 3 to 5 minutes even if you have one item. These old cashiers need to learn the POS (point of sale) system and stop chitchatting with the customers so much... 3 people ahead of you can be a 9 to 15 minute wait in line. Unless you have time to kill don't go to this location. Stood in line for a long time. NOBODY working check out registers. Finally after 5 people are in line the ice cream server calls for a checker. The person who came to finally work the register was about 6 feet away signing the make up section. She saw me in line and didn't hop on register. Guess she only works a register when it's broadcasted over the intercom. read more

We went in for ice cream at around 8 pm. My family stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes while 2 employees stood there talking, never greeted us or acknowledged us. When one of them finally turned around, she greeted us with "are you ready yet?" Then rolled her eyes when my daughter asked for a sample if one the ice creams. Their pharmacy has always helped me out with my mom's prescriptions such as calling doctors or her insurance company. They are pleasant and understanding. The cashiers at the front are always friendly and whenever the line gets long, they always call up another cashier to help. read more
