I've checked in recently to capitalize on some super wonderful Canvas Print Specials for Mother's Day and I really appreciate this Team for being so kind and welcoming to me! I was super impressed by how consistent the Employees are here with making me feel like a respected priority and and packing my Prints professionally and with great responsible care. The Prints have elevated the quality of the Energy of our Home so much, and when I brought one of them back because the back was attached upside down the Manager on Duty was incredibly nice about helping me fix the problem right away while providing me with fun and energizing Conversation :0) Thank You Cindy for modeling such lively and Festively Chic Nail Designs too, it got me in the mood to buy a Press On Set sold at the Store for a great Price and I got lots of compliments on it throughout the week too :0) The Positive and Friendly Highly Professional Culture here is so refreshing, keep up the good work!! read more

If I could give no stars I would. The pharmacy is probably one of the worst. My dad was a pharmacist so growing up I worked in his pharmacy so I kinda get how that are run. This CVS and this pharmacist are truly incompetent. This CVS is very poorly managed. The pharmacy never has the prescriptions when they're supposed to. I went tonight to pick up my prescription and Caitlin was extremely rude when I pulled up instead of saying, how can I help you? She proceeded to just say yes like I knew what she wanted, then I gave her my Arizona ID and she acted like my ID was fake, and the pharmacist was extremely unprofessional as well. Her name is Bhumilca, i've never had a problem using my Arizona ID to pick up my prescription. When I asked to talk to the manager, she said they will not have a manager in the store until Monday. Needless to say I will be changing pharmacies and I would not recommend going here. read more

Really poor service via the drive through. Trying to update my insurance and she refused to look at my card saying it would take too long. Then she made me read off the entire card to her ... only to confirm it was already updated . I made payment . She gave me card back with by throwing it in bin instead of attaching it to the bag. Kept telling me to speak up but refused to come to window. read more

Absolutely rude! This young gal working the window was rude and did not even want to help me even though I was right at the window at 8 pm, the time they close but I was behind another car waiting for ever! She was like "forever? She just pulled up". Not true cause I saw her struggling to get her prescriptions after waiting for hers for awhile too. By the time I got to the window, it was 8 pm. Discrimination at its finest. Watching a customer not have to show ID for the same purchase I was going to make and then when I show my ID I'm asked by a woman to remove my glasses and smile. Due to recent events I was not in any mood to smile and I'm not removing my medically necessary glasses. Asked to speak to with her supervisor and of course the gentleman comes out and it's easy to just give him my ID and make a purchase. Give certain "people" power and they use it and abuse it as they wish. This woman needs to be retrained on customer care and service. read more

I always go to this CVS because most of their items are always stocked. Pretty clean and neat. The reason I only gave this 3 starts is because of their customer service or lack thereof. I love running into on of the staff named Paola, she always has a positive attitude and I always see her assist guests upon entering the store or even guests who are just browsing while waiting for pharmacy items. Paola interacts with guests and and never hesitates to help. This is something I have always noticed when coming to this CVS. Today was a little different. I came across an employee named Eryn (she did mot have a name badge on BUT this was the name on the receipt) and she seemed like she did not want to be working there at all. Its possible that maybe it was just one of those bad days? But again, the attitude was a bit much. After ringing up my items, she quickly handed me my receipt and I asked her if I could get a bag as I had more than just 1 item. She responded with "Oh you didn't ask me for one". I would think with a little common sense, it would be obvious that a guest would need a bag or AT LEAST ask if I needed one. It was as if it was such a hassle for her to do her job. Im hoping this was just one of those bad days that we all have to deal with sometimes. read more

David at the Pharmacy is a miracle for little kids. My 6 year old daughter got her 2nd vaccine and she a fighter! He was quick but patient, as well as great as distracting her and I overheard him speaking to the other kids-he's just amazing at his job! I had the worst experience at this CVS yesterday. I went shopping with my friend when the cashier Daniel hassled us about using two different accounts. When attempting to do separate transactions and pay separately, he began barraging us with questions about whether we lived in the same household. When we told him no, he retorted with "so you're not married?". Not only was this line of questioning inappropriate, but he was extremely rude in his tone and the attitude that he approached us with. He then went on to say that he was doing us a courtesy by allowing us to do two separate transactions since we were clearly there together. I don't know what type of sensitivity training Daniel has had, but it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never be returning to this CVS and I will be reporting this incident to be manager. read more

I have been in this store a few times and every time I have gone I have been geared with a smile and a hello. I have been using the rite aid in Norco for about 3 years and after have poor experiences almost every time I go there I decided to try this location instead. They are a little out of my way, but the pharmacy staff is very friendly and always willing to help. I am so glad I moved to this pharmacy. read more

My friend and I went in today to get some snacks and nail polish remover. the older lady who works in the front was quite rude to us when we were in there. and this isn't the first time. this is the 3rd time this woman has been rude when i've come into this cvs. came in to get a covid test a few weeks ago and she was very judgy. if you're scared of covid, at least where a mask. or don't work at cvs where they sell covid tests. she was very snappy when we said that we didn't have a phone number with cvs. the candy we got were 2 for 7, and when we told her that, she was super rude and didn't give us the deal. for no reason at all. definitely will not be back here. do not want to have another interaction with this worker. not sure what her name was. read more

I literally have never been to a worse CVS in my entire life! I shouldn't have come back after my issues in January. The pharmacy techs are just absolutely lazy and don't care to do their jobs. They half ass everything. My first encounter with them was when I needed to pick up a migraine medication. I dropped it off on January 29th. It finally was filled MARCH 20th!! Are you kidding me ?! They didn't keep in contact with me. They didn't try calling my doctors office. Nothing. Just let the prescription sit there! I kept bringing it up at my appointments and my doctors were saying they never received anything. That they would contact the pharmacy. The pharmacy would never contact them back. So I finally at one of my appointments was like what the hell. And they said they sent the authorization over A MONTH AGO. So I call and they're like "we don't have anything from the doctors." And I told her to check again. She checks and goes "oh, you're right. It will be ready in an hour." So you looked but it wasn't there and now all of a sudden it was ?!?!?! Fast forward to June, EVERY single time I drop a prescription off to them, there's an issue. "We've reached out to the doctor." Oh great, so it will be another TWO MONTHS before I see my medication. I don't even care that this is the most convenient location for me anymore. I'll be going to the one inside of target at Norco. Everyone always has an attitude here. Seriously, find new people. read more

I've been going to this CVS since they opened and I've always been pleased with the help from the employees and their thoughtfulness. But today, David in the pharmacy went above and beyond! He was so kind to take the time to help me with our insurance mess. And then he ordered medicine for us that we've been unable to get at other pharmacies. But more important was his attitude! He treated me like I was a friend that he was honestly trying to help. So very thankful for this CVS and I hope they keep David...he's the best! read more

I live in Eastvale, but ever since this CVS opened I shop here when I can. They always have things in stock that the Eastvale store is always out of. Today the manager went above and beyond to assist me with locating an item for my hair. I wish every place takes their customer service as seriously as he does. Best CVS I've been too. Seriously.
