Got my Covid 19 booster shot here. The service was quick and easy. Didn't take more than 10 minutes wait. The lady that was giving me my booster was very nice, sweet and informative. I wish I got my first two shots from here. I went to a different place because I was living in LA at that time. She told me about the mix and match shot, and triple made sure I was ok with it. Asked me if I have any allergic reaction to anything etch. It was a grand experience, and the needle didn't hurt me at all. I'm scared of needles lol! That's why when she did the booster on me, I was quite surprised because I normally get high anxiety just from knowing I'm getting a needle. She was also very pleasant to talk to also, so it turned down my anxiety level by 1000%! Thank you!!! read more

I've been going to this CVS for about 12 years and it's declined starkly. Everything is behind locked glass doors and there are insufficient employees to help you with anything. I've felt myself aging as I stand repeatedly pressing the "assistance" button for 10 minutes without help arriving. I've spent 45 minutes in the pharmacy drive through multiple times and yesterday, I stood waiting, the only person in line for 5 full minutes before I had to go and demand help at the counter from the pharmacist. I hate being that person but ffs, I've got limited years left on this planet and I'd rather not expire at CVS. My final straw was a pharmacy tech who looked me straight in the face and told me my insurance covered a portion of something it clearly did not as the medication was denied and I was paying cash for it. If they are happy to lie to your face about that, what else do they lie about at the pharmacy? Liars gonna lie. This company only cares about its shareholders profit margins and CEO salaries, not serving my community. I'm finding a new pharmacy and not shopping there for anything any longer. Attempted to buy 4 of the same Christmas items marked on clearance. Manager,Alexa, informed me they were no longer on clearance and I could only buy 2? Mind you these items were 1.50. If a item is clearly marked that way the item should be sold for that price. Opened up a complaint with corporate and emailed them a week ago in hopes of resolution before posting here. There are too many complaints about your Pharmacist. I dnt have a name But he is a "FLOATER". I SPOke to many ppl that are customers there and they have nothing but complaints about the pharmacist. He has alot to say to the customers that are prescribed narcotics. Making accusations about them being "drug addicts". Many of these customers/patients are sick, have rare diseases, tumors and in alot of pain that they have no control of. It is unfair for anyone (drug addict or not) to be treated this way. Older female manager there is always so rude. I hate coming to this location because she is there so I typical go to another location or just go to Walgreens or any other store. This place is like 1 minute away from where I live but I'd rather drive 10+mins just to not have to deal with that rude manager either the long black hair. Store is very clean and organized. There's a lady up front, very young with nice long brownish hair who is sweet and offers her help with everything. And has the most perfect Spanish i've heard. Customer service is good and there has been no problems so far. The other workers are nice and calm which makes a comfortable environment. First the positive: The person who administered my shot was amazing & instantly put me at ease. The planet needs more people like her. I went in today to get my first vaccination shot today. There's a lot that could be improved. I stood in one line to be asked if I received a text message in the last 15 min. Then I was told to go to another line to "check in". A pharmacist then just looked at me & said that they have to resolve some insurance issues. Waiting & waiting just to be told to go back to the original line but this time, "tell them that you are all check in". What? Why would I need to do this elaborate game of multiple lines. Than I'm told to follow the red tape. The red tape that goes right back to where I "checked in" already. Then I'm told, you have to follow the red arrows. I do & it takes me, right to the same line. I stand on the last red arrow that I see. I'm then told that I need to stand on a red x. Nobody is social distancing at the only red x I see. CVS management, shame on you for this confusing floor plan. I'm an unemployed 36 year old highschool drop out who can logistically plan out your stores layout. Review of Covid shot. Great experience! 1. Check in using the link that was sent from cvs, access your link 15 min prior to scheduled shot 2. When in store there is a check in booth, it's near the entrance. You will provide your ID, they will check you in and give your ID back along with Covid shot immunization card, they will direct you to follow the red arrows on the ground. 3. Follow red arrows, you will end up in the back of the store next to pharmacy. Stand on red X, there is a staff member available to tell you were to stand. 4. Wait until staff member directs you to enter the shot area. 5. Get your shot, don't tense up, it's easy. You will get a sticker with a release time they stick it on your shirt 6. You will be directed to the chairs and asked to wait for 15 minutes 7. Check out with staff, they want to make sure you waited 15 minutes and are feeling fine. Don't just leave let them see your sticker it will be on your shirt. 8. Nice work, keep washing your hands and wear your mask. read more

Worst customer service worst cvs I've ever been to, basically denied me service for a cough drop. Needed an ID? What the fuck. I bought a pregnancy test too, with no ID. But I can't get a cough drop? So I'm old enough to be pregnant but not old enough to suppress illness.... Fuck CVS, they asked me to go to the pharmacy for better assistance, I waited for 10 mins for them just to say they didn't know what else I can get. Why do u all work in pharmaceuticals then. Michael is beyond rude and disrespectful. This is by far the worst cvs in California I purchased beauty products. Attempted to return without a receipt and they wanted to give me less than I paid. And said they couldn't look it up with my cvs number . I let them know that was not acceptable and I would call corporate I went home called 800 corporate immediately emailed the receipt. And gave me a $10 credit. I went to the store for the rest of my money. I told the new cashier what happened and showed the receipt. And asked for my refund. I give only one star for HALF OF THE staff, few and VERY FAR between am I blessed with associates that seem to care. I am a frequent to this location, and have grown up almost 40 years here. Maybe I am in the wrong, because I expect management to be the leadership, yet today I was wrong. Everyone is always on the go here. The C.S.R.'s here that I experienced...are more helpful/knowledge than the management/team leaders. I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years of my life, over half being management. I give reviews when I feel It is needed, I definitely tend to be more on the positive side, as I understand it is detrimental to the employees and their performances. Yet, lately this specific employee that I have seen, i usually do self check out...but it shows on my receipt the name Is Laura. She doesn't show the Brand ambassador you want, and the rudeness makes me want to go elsewhere. I have observed multiple times. I made a purchase today, no one behind(consciousness of anyone waiting), I stepped away to reprint my coupons to see what I had off. When I got back, she had had already closed the sale and was just waiting for payment. She only stated "there's a few questions, you'll have to answer on my side. Yes...I donated to cancer treatment, did she ask or explain what I'd be signing/agreeing about I'd probably of been more inclined to add more than just rounding up my cents. From a management standpoint/perspective....she was the furthest from what I would want to represent. Even after I asked if i had added my number to the sales, she said no..and just left it at that. Dear Sirs and Madams, I am writing to you to inform you of an incident I had with a CSR at your store and the pharmacist. I went into your store 1322 West Sixth Street Corona, CA 92882. On the evening of November 27th 2019 at approximately 8:15pm . I was shopping and had several items to purchase when I was having a reaction in which I needed to use the restroom. I was was told by both employees that I could not as there are no public restrooms. I am not the type of person that asks for special privileges and can respect a company policy however I was in dire need of a restroom, I was told by said employees to use the bar next door . As a woman traveling in unfamiliar territory I feel that was a disturbing statement . Your said store was not busy by any stretch of any imagination. What if I was having something more severe like an allergic reaction? Where has your companies compassion gone for its customers? I hope in the future your employees will find the empathy to help a customer in need but you have lost me as a customer and hopefully everyone that I have told this story to will also no longer patronize your store. DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICES???? After many months of using this pharmacy, out of the blue, she-Hela ( not sure if this is the correct spelling), the main pharmacist-decided not to fill my prescriptions for no apparent reason. She told me it was about illegal trafficking and fraud, as to the reason why she would not fill my prescriptions, although, I have been a regular customer for many months with proof of residency and valid ID. This is an obvious and blatant lie. So, Why did she all of a sudden decide not to fill my prescriptions after months of doing so? I contacted the corporate office and was told that CVS has company wide policies that govern how their pharmacies operate and they advised me that in this situation they do not understand why she did not fill my prescriptions. So, what do you think public opinion? Was it my clothes, my hair, or my southern accent that made her not want to help me today, lol. Maybe it's a bit of "prejudice" on her part. I'll let you figure that one out for yourself. Regardless,she was rude and made me feel like a criminal looking for a quick fix when all I wanted was to fill my daughters much needed prescription. I have also been a registered nurse for the past 37 years and believe you me, I know a drug seeker when I see one and I don't fit the bill. I was sure to inform her of the same and that I have a nursing license that I protect and guard with appropriate practices.
