We try to go weekly at this location for over a year. My 20 year old son is profoundly autism. The cashiers are typically nice and engaging. Not today. I didn't realize until today when we got in Dollys line. She was VERY loud shouting go rams etc I quietly stealthily asked her to talk softly or don't talk my son at 6ft was clearly agitated wearing noise canceling headphones (muffles loud sounds not everything) and shaking. Her response very loudly was rude we were trapped in the isle a quick thinking cashier took over yet Dolly went to next check stand purposely being belligerently loud. Store Manager, GM, CEO we need some community training w some of your staff. It's been 2 hours and my son is still meltdown mode. read more

I live near 2 Albertsons and I prefer coming to this one for my groceries. The staff are friendly especially when I'm looking for a particular item I can't find. The meat and seafood selection always look fresh and prices are reasonable. If you download their store app you'll save even more money my clipping the deals. Although Albertsons shares the parking lot with other businesses there's plenty parking. I definitely prefer this Albertsons than the one on Ontario. Happy shopping everyone. read more

I ordered a turkey dinner 4 days ago. Today I called before my husband went in to pick it up. They said they didn't have the order so after several phone calls I placed my second order this morning. This afternoon my husband went to pick up the order, and Yep, you know, they didn't have my order even though it was placed twice. So my husband placed an order a third time paid for it and brought it home. I had asked for sweet potatoes which the girl at the store said she would add to my order and said she would do it right away to make sure I got it. But surprise! No sweet potatoes in the bag. After several calls talking with Joseph the manager I finally hung up on him. I had had enough of Albertsons making me feel like I had done something wrong. He did admit that they found the first two orders but didn't comprehend it took 3 times ordering dinner for anyone else to find the . Starbucks is not very good inside this location. The drinks are just milk with no flavors at all. It has been multiples attempts for me even after they remake the drinks. The only reason I go there is because it is 5 minutes from my house but I guess today is the last time, I would rather drive 15 to 20 minutes to the one on Ontario. I have never tasted so bad coffee compares to all the Starbucks I have been to. Service is not friendly either. read more

I've been going here for years and never complain, but the amount of expired food that they leave on the floor is insane. Every time I'm buying something I buy it expired and I don't bring it back because I don't like to waste my time having to drive all the way back to the grocery store to return an expired item and on top of it it's embarrassing. Also have been delivered expired food when ordering pick up or moldy food. The produce has improved a bit, but before it was disgusting and always moldy and smelly. I miss living near a Stater Brothers. I'll tell you that. Unfortunately, this is the closest grocery store to my home. Love going to eat breakfast and the food is expired. This is my absolute favorite Albertsons! I love this grocery, and especially the new remodel they did. Wide aisles, everything is well laid out, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Add to that the place is spotless, and the prices are reasonable (even despite the current economic issues), this has quickly become my home grocery, and by far my preferred place to shop, even over others who might have a slight edge on some prices. Why the 3-star rating, then? One simple reason, and I hope management takes this seriously. Peddlers outside the doors, begging you to buy something from them on the way in and on the way out. Although used to be only an occasional thing during the 6 years I've been shopping here, it seems over the last few months to have ramped up significantly. Lately, it's rare indeed to show up and not be approached by someone holding a box of candy bars or whatever, claiming to be raising money for some unverifiable organization or sport team, or worse, not even claiming anything at all! Just "Hey wanna buy a candy bar?" Nope. If I want a candy bar I'll buy it inside, thanks. Honestly, it's getting beyond irritating. And, I'll mention, it's a safety risk. Once you give them a glimpse of the cash you have on hand, what do you think might be waiting for you in the parking lot? I've been to numerous groceries in nice neighborhoods, and it is rare to see them allowing this at their stores. Their clientele don't appreciate it, and it makes the place look low-class. I really hope this Albertson's management takes this on, for the sake of the community who shops here. I for one will be looking for a new "home" grocery if they don't do something soon. read more

So not sure why the bread aisle is always picked clean in the English muffin section but clearly someone needs to double their orowheat order. Especially the extra crispy which is always out. After 10 straight days of going to the store I finally found a package today. Also, the support beams in the pasta aisle need to be stripped as they blend in with the floor. Lastly, I realize Covid did a number on all business but the quality of the produce has steadily declined. Special shoutout to the bakery! They are always so kind and happy to help me with any special requests. My favorite thing is to order a white cake with whatever custom writing or photo on it, and just use edible glitter and sprinkles to decorate it myself. SO affordable and easy! I paid $10.99 for my 5" 2 layer gender reveal cake (all white with pink icing in the middle) and it took me 5 minutes to blow some glitter on it and stick on some sugar pearls. Some bakeries charge insane pricing for cakes but Albertsons makes it so reasonable and easy and the people are sooo nice. read more

Hello Albertsons. In this age of Pokémon scalpers it is a disheartening and disappointing to see an employee on the clock as the first person in line while the Pokémon vending machine is being stocked. I know they put a limit on the machines to try to make it so everyone has a chance to get pokemon cards. But when your employee "female with reddish hair and a bob hair style" is making multiple transactions to extort the limit they placed on the vending machine it's sad. As an employee of the store, they should lead by example and enforce the limit, not try to clean out the machine of all the hard to get series of cards. Albertsons, please do better for your customers. Do it on your brakes, you shouldn't be getting paid to buy Pokémon cards and don't try to cheat the limit. It's there for a reason. I have to say... hands down...! This is one of the cleanest Albertsons and neatly organized one's I've been too since I moved here. The staff here is always friendly and says hi to use. I think it's cause he's been here longer than I have (my fiancé) and they know him well. We come here almost on a weekly basis. They keep this store pretty well stocked and also up to date on everything. We always find what we need here. My fiancé cooks a lot, so he would buy most of his ingredients here. (I don't cook) lol. They also have a Starbuck's inside here, so it's pretty convenient for me when we need to leave the house early to do shopping etch... when we land here I can get my afternoon pick me up. The parking is a pretty big structure, so you will have no problem's finding a parking spot. read more

This is the best Albertsons you will go to in your entire life. The staff is friendly and very professional. The store is entirely clean from top to bottom. Everything is labelled clearly and organized. The managers are always nearby to help and the lines never get long. I've been coming here for years and it's so much better than the other grocery stores in Corona. I recommend this place to anyone in Corona. This is a review for the Starbucks inside Albertson's. I love Starbucks and I've been drinking it for a over 10 years. I started going to this location because it's convenient. I'm not a big fan of leaving negative reviews, but I had to. The girls here charge different prices for the same coffee I order. Ivana especially charges more than the others. This morning I was the only person in line and an employee told me she'd be right with me, but she decided to continue talking to her co-worker about personal issues instead of helping me. I like this Albertsons. Its close enough to my home that I can walk there which is super convent. The store opens at 6:00 am to midnight which is also helpful. The store is always well stocked and appears well cared for. The floors are always clean and uncluttered. Periodically they carry pies from the Julian Pie Company which are really good and quite a treat when they're in sock. When they are in stock they move very fast. There's always something creative in the front store for quick meals. meatballs, hamburger patties, carne asada and marinated chicken to just mention a few. The produce department is well stocked with very fresh and attractive product. My only criticism would be at times there seems to be more Albertsons employees in line at Starbucks than customers but everyone deserves a break and Starbucks is an excellent way to celebrate a break. read more

Really disappointed with the freshness of goods at Albertsons. My husband and I have gone to this store for the past 3 years because it's conveniently close to us. However, we have frequently found the products are expired. We have made it a habit to check the expiration dates on all products since this has happened so frequently. Unfortunately, even though we now check all the dates, even that isn't enough. And they either put product out with incorrect exp dates or they don't store it properly. Attached is a picture of the most recent experience we had. 2 separate bags of cheese set to exp in Nov of 2018 (3 months from now) and both have mold in exact same location. Really disappointing and think we finally have to cut ties and drive further to stock our home with food. read more

What in the hell did I experience here ?!! Harassment of some sort ? Just got off a long shift from the hospital, wanted to get some sushi , waters etc , get home and eat ... I use my blue tooth , to make some calls and listen to emails , etc ---- my first instinct is to go to self check out (not in the talking mood)--- pay for my items and leave ... my hands were full , only have 2 hands -/ didn't see a spot to place the basket , I was holding --- plus a 24 case of waters ... so I placed aside of me (temporarily) until I finished scanning my items Any-who , I feel this shadow , eyes piercing at me from a distance by this giant woman , not sure what was occurring since I was listening to my call , I have no idea ... what was going on, but for some reason ... the security/cashier was not having it , I've been shopping at this Albertsons for many years , so this was the first time , I dealt with something so odd ? She then came over , to cancel & hover, literally hover over me and continue to talk to the other cashier about , I have no idea what issue it was , so I asked if there was a problem ?! She then answered with a NO , oh but that wasn't enough , she then came back trying to insult me ha ha , (didn't work) as if I tried to delete an item ?!! (As she stated ) with a condescending tone ?Like ok now she was trying to be petty ? Albertsons do better in training , your employees don't want to work and it shows , they are very miserable. So sad to see individuals with so much anger, These are hard times , but the attitude is not helping you be a better person. I needed a money order and I've always gone to Albertsons in the past when I'm moving to a new place. My mother warned me that she has had issues with the customer service at Albertsons lately. She warned me that they won't help you before the desk opens. Apparently she was trying to buy a lotto ticket 5 minutes before they opened and was rudely chastised for asking for help before the desk opened. I told her it just have just been an employee having a bad day. I tried finding customer service desk hours posted online but I couldn't find anything. I showed up at 9:40 and saw signs posted for FedEx pick up and drop off from 9a-8p at customer service desk. I found an employee and asked for help purchasing a money order. She made eye contact but didn't respond until she walked right past me and said "opens at 10." She went into the back and that was the end of our transaction. Kind of lame. We are all very stressed right now and for work I have to enter homes and hospitals on a daily basis. It's very stressful but we can only make the best of our interactions. I hope corporate is providing some sort of support to their workers. If they don't they will continue to have bad customer service and lose business. FYI Vons is down the street and someone can help you at the customer service desk during the hours they are open. Also people said "hi" and asked if I needed help. read more

Went to pick it up at 7:30 and no order? Josh the night manager and apparently afraid to give his last name was NO HELP. My card has been charge (although "pending") I said I can show you this and you can just bring me 4 things. Nope. No order no order number no nothing. I just want to thank you for well...aggravation and no help or concern for my situation. My situation is that I tested positive for Covid and told him this. I want to keep others safe or I could've walked into the store and no one would be wiser but I'm not that person so honestly felt my unique situation would have prompted some help but humans never fail to disappoint. As a man I tend to wonder endlessly through the aisles hoping to see an employee who can help with a potential question or two. I just want to grab what I need and go. Albertsons staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. The check out lines are fast and the staff seem to really care. Not much more you can really say. Wait! They have a ton of food to choose from! Starbucks is located within their establishment which helps if you need a beverage while shopping. The butcher department is by far my favorite. I always grab some jalapeño poppers and ribs to season! No denying they offer the best meat in the business. Quality food and even better employees. Keep it up Albertsons. I will continue to shop in confidence. By the way Valentines Day is coming up. Grab some fresh flowers and a kick ass ballon/card to show a loved one you care! I've been patronizing Albertson's for decades and one thing I was glad to see still existed was the guaranteed warm bread deal. While standing in line I grabbed a loaf and noticed the bread was cold and it was within the guaranteed time slot. Back in the day this was like winning the lottery because the cashier would simply give me the bread with a smile. No muss, no fuss. However this location doesn't do this. Instead, the cashier asked if I wanted a fresh loaf. I told her "no", the cold one was free so I'd take it. She said that wasn't how it worked (despite the sign a few feet away saying otherwise) and that they had warm bread in the back, so if I wanted it I'd have to wait for it... with a line of anxious customers watching on. Great, so if I say yes, the line is held up even longer to pay for a warm loaf and if I say no, then I had to pay for a cold loaf. WT...??? This is not a huge issue--really, it isn't--but in principle feels kind of slimy. Ultimately they shouldn't offer something if they have no intention of actually following through with it. read more

When you shop the sales you can get descent deals but overall you pay more here than at most other grocery stores. This is a really nice, big, neighborhood store. Unfortunately, one I never even think about going to. But it is about the same distance from my home as many stores I do frequent. So, after my recent encounter, I think I will start shopping here more often. I like the larger variety of items, more than most stores in the area. I like finding the hard to find gourmet items. Saves me a trip elsewhere. I like the well maintained appearance, inside and out. I like the friendly atmosphere. Helpful workers, great cashiers. I especially like the nice short cashier lines I found on the Saturday morning right before Thanksgiving week. What's that all about? But I don't care, saves me from fighting my way through the zoo known as Costco. Probably will still not buy raw seafood here. Sorry, but these chain markets sell some seriously NOT fresh fish. We bought a cake here for my daughter's birthday. The only things she really wanted was covered in sprinkles, pink roses, and pink cake batter inside. The bakery only did a few pink roses and a pinch of sprinkles. Such a disappointment when we opted to get a cake from here for the pink batter option (like a gender reveal cake) over other places. In a closer radius, I have another Albertsons, Vons, Stater Bros, and El Super, yet I drive the extra distance just to come to this location. 1. Cleaner. It's just clean. The staff does a great job at keeping this stocked, in the right places, and cleaning up trash and spills. The placement of the aisles and items make sense 2. Stock. They always have what I need, and seem to have a bigger selection than the other Albertsons. 3. Quality. Things actually last like they are supposed to. Shocking I know. 4. Customer service. Every employee I have run into, has been nice, helpful, and attentive. Did you k ow that the baker is self taught and is AMAZING at creating unique things for you. I know this because one of the nice cashiers was raving about her work.
